In New York (the state, not just the city) there’s a rather Orwellian gun bill on the table that would require would-be firearm purchasers to turn over 3 years of their social media history and one year of their internet search history if they want to buy a gun.
“A three-year review of a social media profile would give an easy profile of a person who is not suitable to hold and possess a firearm,” said Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, who has proposed the legislation with New York State Senator Kevin Parker. (source)
Applicants to purchase a gun would be required by law to turn over their social media passwords to accounts like Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram, and they’d have to allow police to see a year’s worth of their searches on a year’s worth of searches on Google, Yahoo, and Bing. As well, anyone renewing their permit for a pistol would be subject to this invasive investigation.
Now, for those of you sitting there saying, “That’s fine, I don’t use social media and I use Duck Duck Go or StartPage” this is great – for now.

The Weekly Standard Expected To Shutter In Coming Weeks
The Weekly Standard is not expected to survive going into 2019 and is preparing to shut down permanently, according to a current staff member and former member of the magazine’s parent company who spoke to The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Rumors had been circulating throughout the media class Tuesday about the fate of The Weekly Standard in the wake of the magazine’s dwindling readership and circulation, despite a rebranding effort as the preeminent right-leaning periodical for conservatives opposed to President Donald Trump.
“I don’t expect it to exist after December 14, 2018,” one editor at the magazine told TheDCNF. “There is no budget for it AT ALL.”
News broke Tuesday afternoon from CNN that the magazine’s editor-in-chief Stephen Hayes addressed staff about the magazine’s troubles, but did not go into detail about what the future might hold.

Wisconsin Republicans lock in Medicaid work requirements to block incoming Democratic governor
Wisconsin Republican state lawmakers have approved a Medicaid work requirement during the legislature's lame-duck session in an effort to block the incoming Democratic governor from abandoning the changes set by his GOP predecessor.
The vote, which occurred early Wednesday morning, makes official a provision that will require certain Medicaid beneficiaries to work, volunteer, or take classes for 80 hours a month. If enrollees fail to follow the requirement for 48 months in a row they will be dropped from coverage.
All Democrats and one Republican, Rep. Todd Novak, voted against it.

Then VS. Now: How The Liberal Media Reported George H.W. Bush’s Legacy
The liberal media are now praising George H.W. Bush, something they rarely did when he was alive.
The 41st president deserves all the praise he’s receiving and more. He’s a World War II hero and a life-long public servant who served our nation honorably.
Those who knew him describe him as humble, decent, considerate and thoughtful — sentiments which some in the liberal media are now repeating. But you have to ask, where was the love before?
If you pay attention to the news coverage of Bush, you will see some using his death to attack President Donald Trump.
Some in the liberal media have no shame, is it really too much to ask to stop making everything about Trump?

This Washington Redskins Are Considering Signing Kaepernick
The Washington Redskins need a quarterback — badly.
With starter Alex Smith out for the year with a broken leg, and highly-anticipated second-string quarterback Colt McCoy also out for the season with a leg injury, the Redskins are getting desperate. Mark Sanchez, who was just signed to the team despite not having played a snap since 2016, looked decent. But the team needs another quarterback.
The glaringly obvious choice from the slim pickings, it seems, has been Colin Kaepernick. He brings a ton of buzz and is at least halfway talented.

Grassley Accuses Fusion GPS Founder Of Giving ‘Extremely Misleading’ Testimony
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley is drawing parallels between the false testimony that former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen gave to Congress in 2017 and the “extremely misleading” statements made by the founder of the firm that commissioned the infamous Steele dossier.
“I hope that the Justice Department is handling all these instances of false statements to Congress with the same level of seriousness they treated Mr. Cohen’s,” Grassley, an Iowa Republican, wrote Monday in a letter to Connecticut Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal.
Cohen pleaded guilty on Nov. 29 in the special counsel’s investigation to lying to Congress in 2017 about the extent of his attempts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Cohen admitted he lied about how long he worked on the project, which was ultimately scuttled in June 2016.

Five teens indicted on lynching charges in Virginia mob murder
Five teenagers – including two minors – were indicted earlier this week on the rarely used charge of “lynching" after the brutal August murder of a 24-year-old Virginia man.
A Prince William County grand jury indicted Terrence Tyrese Martin, 18, of Manassas; Ebelin Jojana Lopez, 19, of Manassas, Seni Jimenez Blanco, 19, of Manassas Park; and two 17-year-old juveniles, who police said will be tried as adults. The names of the juveniles were not immediately released.
The quintet was indicted on multiple charges, including lynching, which in Virginia is defined as any act of violence by a group of people that results in someone’s death. It carries the same penalties as second-degree murder, a spokesperson with the Manassas City Police Department said in astatement.
Additionally, one of the juveniles was charged with murder.
The five teenagers went to the apartment of 24-year-old Reynaldo Eliazar Araujo on Aug. 30 at about 2 a.m. with the intent to rob him, officials said.

Voters doubt Mueller can 'trap' Trump
For those who are keeping count, the proverbial “Mueller investigation” began on May 17, 2017, when Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, “the No. 2 Justice Department official, appoints former FBI director Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia,” according to a helpful Reuters timeline of the big doings. If we do all the math, that means that on Dec. 17, the investigation will have gone on for 19 months.
The investigation has mesmerized journalists, who have produced hundreds of stories about it. Major news organizations have made the investigation a whole subgenre, bolstering the topic with advisories, explainers, alerts, fluctuating polls, videos and op-eds — even as critics like talk radio kingpin Rush Limbaugh have insisted from the beginning that the investigation has yielded “nothing.” Protesters who back the probe have taken to the streets waving signs with the motto “Save Mueller.”
Others mull the cost. President Trump recently has suggested that the investigation has cost $40 million; a speculative estimate based on available figures by the nonpartisan fact-checker PolitiFact put the cost at “$27 million or so.”
Americans, meanwhile, appear to be unconvinced.
“Hope breeds eternal in the hearts of Democrats, but other voters see little chance of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation trapping President Trump,” notes a new survey from Rasmussen reports.

Miseducated or Stupid?
A recent Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation survey found that 51 percent of American millennials would rather live in a socialist or communist country than in a capitalist country. Only 42 percent prefer the latter. Twenty-five percent of millennials who know who Vladimir Lenin was view him favorably. Lenin was the first premier of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Half of millennials have never heard of Communist Mao Zedong, who ruled China from 1949 to 1959 and was responsible for the deaths of 45 million Chinese people.
The number of people who died at the hands of Josef Stalin may be as high as 62 million. However, almost one-third of millennials thinkformer President George W. Bush is responsible for more killings than Stalin. By the way, Adolf Hitler, head of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, was responsible for the deaths of about 20 million people. The Nazis come in as a poor third in terms of history's most prolific mass murderers. According to professor Rudolph Rummel's research, the 20th century, mankind's most brutal century, saw 262 million people's lives destroyed at the hands of their own governments (http://tinyurl.com/lu8z8ab).
Young people who weren't alive during World War II and its Cold War aftermath might be forgiven for not knowing the horrors of socialism. Some of their beliefs represent their having been indoctrinated by their K-12 teachers and college professors. There was such leftist hate for former President George W. Bush that it's not out of the question that those 32 percent of millennials were taught by their teachers and professors that Bush murdered more people than Stalin.

Man Unable to Speak, Walk, See or Breathe Days After Getting Flu Shot
‘It’s the last time anyone in my family will ever get one’
A Las Vegas man lost his vision, became partially paralyzed and has been unable to breathe without assistance since getting a flu shot last month.
Shane Morgan and his wife Monique decided to get flu shots on November 2, believing it would help protect them and young family members ahead of the busy holiday season.
But what they thought was a pro-active measure turned to horror when Shane began losing feeling in his arms and legs.
“About 36-hours after he got the flu shot he started to get sick,” Monique explained to KSNV.
“I never dreamed that any of this could ever happen,” Shane told local media.

Get Ready For Mueller to DROP A BOMB Soon – The Mueller Team Would Not Have Stopped Unless They Thought They Had Trump
The writing is on the wall. Mueller will go ‘soft’ on General Flynn and ‘show mercy’, then he will drop a bomb on Manafort and nuke President Trump. The MSM will lap it all up and call for the President’s removal. The House Democrats will work diligently to make it so.
The corrupt Mueller team was not benevolent towards General Flynn today. General Flynn should never have been put in that position. It was all just a cover up for the crime of spying on General Flynn and others by the corrupt Obama administration. Mueller and his Deep State gang targeted Flynn and others whom they illegally spied on and set up.
This was all predicted yesterday as soon as Michael Isikoff from Yahoo News (the same reporter whose story was planted and used by the Obama team to support obtaining a warrant to spy illegally on candidate Trump) announced that the Mueller gang was wrapping it up –

Policies Have Consequences
This week, France set itself on fire; the stock market tumbled; and news broke that low-wage employment tumbled in the city of Seattle. What do these three headlines have in common? That policies aren't wish lists -- they have real-world consequences.
Begin in France, where the so-called "yellow vests" -- a group of anti-tax protesters dressed in safety vests -- tore up Paris. Rioters defaced the Arc de Triomphe, burned cars and attacked police with stones. They were protesting the exorbitant fuel taxes pursued by French President Emmanuel Macron, taxes designed to curb climate change. The fuel tax rates in France are already estimated to be a whopping 64 percent on unleaded fuel and 59 percent on diesel fuel. The riots resulted in the French government backing down, with French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe announcing, "No tax is worth putting in danger the unity of the nation." By polling data, more than 70 percent of French voters support the yellow vests, and Macron's approval rating has dropped to an anemic 23 percent.

Pollak: Michael Flynn Sentencing Document Shows Collusion -- Between Media, Deep State, and Obama Admin
Special Counsel Robert Mueller filed a sentencing memorandum Tuesday with the federal court in Washington, D.C. that recommends General Michael Flynn receive no jail time after pleading guilty to the crime of lying to the FBI, citing “substantial” assistance to the government in its investigations.
The mainstream media interpreted that remark as evidence that Flynn gave Mueller key information against President Donald Trump and Russian “collusion.”
More likely, however, Mueller’s request reflects the fact that Flynn did not actually commit the crime to which he pleaded guilty. No less than then-FBI director James Comey told Congress last March that Flynn had not, in fact, lied to the FBI.

It's a lie — except when Obama says it
" The Truth Matters Now More Than Ever" is not just the design on a $300 graphic tee, it is also a new motto the New York Times adopted after former President Barack Obama left office. This timing highlighted the unavoidable truth that the news media slumbered through the Obama years.
The sharp eye and investigative fervor the news media takes towards Trump today is a great thing. Too bad it was absent during Obama. To show this, I often use an example from my beat in the early years, lobbying.
Barack Obama said in his first State of the Union address, "we have excluded lobbyists from policymaking jobs." This was false. Obama had hired at least 40 lobbyists for policymaking jobsby the time he said this, including a Goldman Sachs lobbyist as chief of staff at Treasury, and a Swiss banker lobbyist at the IRS. Yet when the New York Times wrote up his speech, they referred to that discussion of lobbyists without mentioning the brazen lie. When the Washington Post more recently "counted" Obama's lies, they didn't count that lie, becauseObama had excluded some lobbyists.

House Democrats Will Push to Criminalize Private Gun Sales
House Democrats plan to introduce legislation criminalizing private gun sales once the new Congress is in session.
Mother Jones reports that Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) met with gun control groups that included the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, Everytown for Gun Safety, the Center for American Progress, the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, and Gabby Giffords’ group. He asked them what they wanted, and a bill to criminalize private gun sales was on their wish list.
So Thompson will sponsor legislation requiring a background check before someone may buy a gun from his neighbor, a co-worker to get a background check before buying a gun from a co-worker, and so forth. The bill will go so far as to require a son to get a background check before a father can give him a gun as a gift.

Maryland woman flees car crash scene with cop clinging onto hood of her car
A Maryland woman trying to flee the scene of a car crash sped off at 80mph with a police officer clinging onto the windshield wipers on the hood of her car, holding on for dear life.
Mother-of-three Denai Holly, 25, was involved in a three-car crash along Interstate 270 in Rockville at 7.50am.
Off-duty Montgomery County Police officer Chris Jordan saw her silver Chevy Impala try to leave the scene by driving along the emergency shoulder by weaving in and out of traffic.
He cut off her car with his own vehicle and approached her on foot, but then she allegedly stepped on the accelerator, according to WJLA.
But she didn't make a clean getaway as off-duty Officer Chris Jordan jumped onto the hood of her car to avoid getting run over.

Obama's FBI brass hollowed out, after latest resignation of key official
Another top FBI official who helped oversee the Trump-Russia and Clinton email investigations is retiring, as the last traces of the bureau's embattled leadership team that once stood under Barack Obama's presidency disappear.
The official, Bill Priestap, will retire from his post as assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division by the end of the year.
“Assistant Director Bill Priestap became eligible to retire and has chosen to do so after 20 years of service,” an FBI spokesperson told Fox News on Wednesday.
Priestap, who participated in the bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server and the FBI’s initial probe into Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election, has testified before Congress on multiple occasions regarding the bureau’s handling of both investigations.

Atheists target Christmas, Hanukkah displays: 'All we do in December is this kind of thing'
For as long as anyone can remember, a Nativity scene has been displayed during the Christmas season in front of the public library in Emmaus, Pennsylvania, but not this year.
After Americans United for Separation of Church and State dangled the threat of a lawsuit, the borough agreed reluctantly to end the tradition this year. The scene has since found a new home on Main Street outside the Emmaus Moravian Church.
Not everyone was happy about it. Some argued that the display honored the borough’s distinctly Christian roots: Emmaus was founded by the Moravians and named after the biblical town where Jesus was seen by two of his disciples after his crucifixion and resurrection.
“There were a couple of members of the council who felt strongly,” said borough manager Shane Pepe. “Their emotional response was, ‘Why should we bow down once again to an overly sensitive organization that is looking to sue people?’ But we’re not fighting a legal battle over this.”
Annie Laurie Gaylor, co-president of the Freedom From Religion Foundation, said her organization has handled hundreds, if not thousands, of such cases over its 40-year history. The foundation now has nine attorneys and two legal assistants on staff.
“All we do in December is this kind of thing,” said Ms. Gaylor. “People will be driving past their city hall on Christmas Eve and send us an email with a picture because they’re offended. It goes on all through December and into January.”

An investigation referred to Justice Department prosecutors by Special Counsel Robert Mueller earlier this year into possible criminal activity by Clinton-linked Washington insider Tony Podesta and former Obama White House Counsel Greg Craig is heating up, according to a new report that underscores federal authorities' increasing enforcement of laws governing foreign business relationships.
The inquiries center not only on Craig and Podesta -- a Democratic lobbyist and co-founder of the onetime lobbying powerhouse known as the Podesta Group -- but also on Vin Weber, a former GOP congressman from Minnesota.
The probes had been quiet for months since Mueller referred them to authorities in New York City because they fell outside his mandate of determining whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia.
But in a flurry of new activity, Justice Department prosecutors in the last several weeks have begun interviewing witnesses and contacting lawyers to schedule additional questioning related to the Podesta Group and Mercury Public Affairs, people familiar with the inquiry anonymously told the Associated Press.
The apparent wind-up comes as multiple reports and indications suggest that the Mueller probe into possible collusion in 2016 between the Russian government and President Trump's campaign is wrapping up.

Cold Weather Precautions
Subfreezing temperatures and wind chills can be dangerous and even life-threatening for people who don't take the proper precautions. It is important for everyone to monitor their local weather reports and take steps now to stay safe, whether traveling or at home, during times of extreme cold temperatures. During cold weather, you should take the following precautions:
Stay indoors as much as possible and limit your exposure to the cold;
Dress in layers and keep dry;
Check on family, friends, and neighbors who are at risk and may need additional assistance;
Know the symptoms of cold-related health issues such as frostbite and hypothermia and seek medical attention if health conditions are severe.
Bring your pets indoors or ensure they have a warm shelter area with unfrozen water.
Make sure your vehicle has an emergency kit that includes an ice scraper, blanket and flashlight – and keep the fuel tank above half full.
If you are told to stay off the roads, stay home. If you must drive, don’t travel alone; keep others informed of your schedule and stay on main roads.
You can find more information and tips on being ready for winter weather and extreme cold temperatures at www.wicomicocounty.org/ES or http://www.ready.gov/winter-weather.
Paris Tax Revolts
The world appears to be slowly awakening to the disaster that governments have caused and funded by theft over the course of human history. The French revolts, which began over an increase in the petrol tax, left 133 people injured and over 400 arrested after the people rose up finally realizing that all taxation is theft.
As governments across the globe increasingly enslave the tax cattle, more and more are waking up to the violence and horrific atrocities committed in the name of government with funds stolen from innocent people. Paris was only the latest example of people beginning to realize they are enslaved to the political elites and are finally demanding their freedom and refusing to be stolen from any longer.
French President Emmanuel Macron was chairing an urgent security meeting today following the violence by anti-government protesters in the streets of the French capital, according to a report by The Evening Standard. The protest against rising taxes and the high cost of living forced by government regulations turned into a riot in the French capital, as activists wearing yellow jackets torched cars, smashed windows, looted shops, and tagged the Arc de Triomphe with multi-colored graffiti. The violence is certainly unacceptable, however, people seem to be at the beginning stages of the realization that government is not a solution, and is actually a problem.

Trump's apathy doesn't make our debt crisis any less terrifying
President Trump never claimed to be an actual fiscal conservative on the campaign trail. But his casual shrug-off of the nation's debt problem doesn't make the impending debt crisis any less terrifying.
The Daily Beast reports that when pressed by aides about tackling the national debt, Trump says the quiet part out loud, admitting that he's just trying to kick the debt can down the road for a future president — which, in fairness, is exactly what his predecessors did to him.
Trump, a 72-year-old billionaire who's never really cared about fiscal conservatism, can blow off the national debt, but it's bound to blow up within decades if not sooner. If Republicans continue to fail to address it after multiple presidencies promising to tackle fiscal responsibility, they ought to stop pretending to be conservative. Someone needs to take charge on spending because the math is getting too frightening to ignore.

Bill And Hillary Clinton Are About To Go Away Forever
Yes, people, the day is coming, and it’s coming fast: We’re almost done for good with Bill and Hillary Clinton.
How can we be sure, you ask? Here’s how: Tickets to see them live and hear them blab about their lives are selling for the cost of a Big Mac meal at McDonald’s.
Not enough proof? Well, there’s this, too: New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd is finally sick of them.
The former first couple opened a 13-city speaking tour late last month with a premiere event in Toronto (why they think anyone in Canada wants to hear them whine about Hillary’s crushing defeat in the 2016 presidential election is anybody’s guess). They pulled just 3,000 people to an arena that seats 19,000.

'VeggieTales' is 'racist' and 'dangerous' for children, California students claim
A group of students at a California college’s “Annual Whiteness Forum” labeled the Christian children’s cartoon “VeggieTales” as “dangerous” and promoting racial stereotypes for making the villains colored.
The forum at Cal State San Marcos is a project from Professor Dreama Moon’s class titled “The Communication of Whiteness.” Students called various things racist, including the NFL, women who support President Trump, and the popular animated cartoon that started in 1993 and always ended with Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber’s tagline, “Remember kids, God made you special and he loves you very much,” the College Fix reported.
A female student made the claim that by humanizing vegetables, the creators of VeggieTales were using the children’s programming to promote racial stereotypes by making the villains racial minorities.

Richard Sherman has a theory for why the Redskins won't sign Colin Kaepernick
Kaepernick hasn't thrown a pass in an NFL game since Jan. 1, 2017
The Redskins have lost two quarterbacks to leg fractures and a once-promising season appears to be in ruins. Mark Sanchez, signed 2.5 weeks ago, is now the starter and Josh Johnson has reportedly been signed as his backup. That's the same Josh Johnson who was in Tampa Bay when Jay Gruden was an offensive assistant. He's also the same Josh Johnson who hasn't thrown an NFL pass since 2011 and just last week was the first-overall protected pick in the Alliance of American Football draft.
As always happens whenever a team needs a quarterback, Colin Kaepernick's name came up. Gruden said the former 49ers starter had been "discussed, for sure," but added:
"It's just going to be a matter of which way do we want to go?" he said, via theWashington Post. "Do we want to go with a guy that's familiar with my terminology who we worked out last week ... or go with a guy and teach, basically, a whole new kind of offense with new offensive linemen with a lot of the zone reads and all that stuff. Not a lot of time to really get a brand new quarterback, a new system installed and taught in a couple days of practice."

Jimmy's Bridgeville shut down by health dept. for roaches, unsanitary conditions
The Delaware Division of Public Health's Office of Food Protection ordered Jimmy's Bridgeville restaurant to cease and desist operations due to a roach infestation and gross unsanitary conditions identified during a routine inspection.
The restaurant was closed on Tuesday, December 4th, following a routine inspection where inspectors observed employees not washing their hands and then mixing coleslaw with their hands, according to the report, as well as heavy mold and mildew inside the establishment's ice machine.
Various other violations were also observed during the inspection, including raw eggs being placed over ready to eat foods in the refrigerator, several items that were not properly labeled and dated appropriately, food stored directly on the floor, and other health hazards that the report identified.

Maryland Fishing Report
As Chesapeake Bay water temperatures continue their downward trend into the 45-degree range, striped bass are becoming sluggish and difficult to entice into feeding. The 2018 striped bass season closes Dec. 15.
Yellow perch have been moving into the tidal rivers of the upper bay and are providing some fun and rewarding fishing from shore, kayaks or small boats.
Chain pickerel fishing always improves with the disappearance of heavy aquatic vegetation during the winter months and the pickerel become more active.

Congressman Harris Announces Grant to Salisbury to Study Wicomico Port
WASHINGTON, DC: On Tuesday, December 4, the Economic Development Administration (EDA) awarded the City of Salisbury a $37,500 grant to help fund an assessment of a multi-user port along the Wicomico River. The EDA is an agency in the United States Department of Commerce, and this investment funds a port feasibility study to assess the physical and economic viability of a multi-user port along the Wicomico River. EDA grants are awarded through a competitive process based upon the application’s merit, the applicant’s eligibility, and the availability of funds.
Congressman Andy Harris made the following statement regarding the EDA grant:
“I support the federal grant awarded to the City of Salisbury that will go toward an assessment of a multi-user port along the Wicomico River. This port will provide jobs along the Wicomico River and enhance commerce as offload services and local industry exporters will be able to use the port for local business in Maryland’s First District.”

Stanford Frat Told Their American Flag Was ‘Offensive’ By Admin, Hangs Much Bigger Flag
Stanford University fraternity Sigma Chi had a unique response to an administration official who said their American flag was “offensive, intimidating, aggressive or alienating.”
After receiving said criticism, the fraternity decided to hang a much bigger flag outside their house.
The story emerged from student newspaper “The Stanford Review,” which detailed an administration official — called “Mr. Z” in the report — advising a troubled fraternity last year on how to comply better with university policies.

Denmark To Send ‘Unwanted’ Immigrants To Remote Island Known For Disease Research
Denmark announced a policy for rejected immigrants who are not able to return to their home countries: banishment on a remote island.
The Danish government — which is currently led a center-right party — announced it will send as many as 100 immigrants to Lindholm Island, a small, 17-acre island in the Baltic Sea. The arrangements are intended for rejected asylum seekers who can’t be sent back — foreigners with a criminal background and whose home countries won’t accept them, according to The New York Times.
The choice of Lindolm Island is notable in that it is a sparsely populated area that has been historically used for laboratories and animal disease research. In fact, one of the two ferries that will be shipping the migrants is named “the Virus.”
“They are unwanted in Denmark, and they will feel that,” Inger Stojberg, the country’s immigration minister, wrote in a Facebook post Friday.

'A Political Report Masquerading as Science': The Truth About the New Climate Report
Each time an end-of-the-world prophecy is delivered—whether by a self-deluded preacher, a group of politicians, or scientists—we are told that we must believe. Never mind how many of their prophecies have been wrong in the past, this time they mean it.
The latest prophecy of doom and planetary extinction comes from a government report authored by people appointed during the Obama administration. This report, and others before it, concluded that Earth is warming, humans are responsible, and that we have only 10 years to fix it.
But wait, haven’t there been earlier deadlines, which have passed, and aren’t we still here with weather patterns behaving much as they have before, to wit, hot summers, cold winters, fires, floods, and earthquakes?
Paul Krugman, the notoriously wrong columnist for The New York Times (he predicted “a global recession, with no end in sight,” if Donald Trump became president), has gone beyond science, labeling those who disagree with global warmists “depraved.”
When you resort to name-calling, you have lost the argument.
