Why People Will Happily Line Up To Be Microchipped Like Dogs

So…some people actually want to be microchipped like a dog. They’re lining up for it. They’re having parties to get it done. It if isn’t available to them, they’re totally bummed out.

I’m not even going to venture into the religious aspect of having a microchip inserted into a human being. Let’s just talk about the secular ramifications.

Certain folks won’t be happy until everyone has a computer chip implanted in them. Here’s how this could go.
Initially, it would be the sheep who blindly desire to be chipped for their own “convenience” leading the way.
Then, it would become remarkably inconvenient not to be chipped – sort of like it’s nearly impossible to not have a bank account these days.
Then, the last holdouts could be forcibly chipped by law.

Read on, because I could not make this stuff up.

Hillary Says The Dumbest Thing Ever About Bill Clinton’s Problems In White House

Hold on to your hats, ladies and gentlemen, because we’re about to take a long ride on a roller coaster of stupidity and you’re going to want to be here for every second of it.

Hillary Clinton tried to brag about her husband and his accomplishments while in the White House. She gave her little speech at the Clinton Presidential Center as a way to mark the 25th anniversary of Bill’s first election. (Is that pathetic or is it just me?)

And then, just when you thought that the Clinton’s couldn’t be anymore tone deaf, Hillary said something so outrageously stupid that I was rendered speechless for a good 20 minutes after reading it. Seriously, I was just making grunting and groaning noises and I tried desperately to maintain my grasp on the English language. I was frightened that her stupid may have been contagious and I caught it by reading this story.

Sam’s Club Customer Plays the Piano and Worship Session Breaks Out

On November 10, a Sam’s Club in Dothan, AL, went from being just a store, to being a place of worship. Michelle Holland Conner, who experienced it, said “Sometimes you need a little church. Even if it’s in Sam’s Club.” She later posted the wonderful video of the event on Facebook.

It all started when a group of local Christian musicians began testing out a keyboard. The group included Slade Alday and his wife Danielle. He was asked about the inspirational event.

“It was impromptu,” he said. Alday is a member of the Sons of Jubal, a Baptist chorus.

He continued, “The Holy Spirit just showed up in a mighty way. In this time when people can’t get along for various reasons we were all together. We were just singing praises to God.”

Ms. Conner’s video shows Mr. Alday singing, while Joy Buczek played “Our God is Awesome” on a keyboard.

Alday continued, “When we were walking around we turned the corner and there were these keyboards. Like any curious musician, Joy wanted to mess around on them and started playing some song. We started singing in our little group and began having a worship time. Our eyes were closed, so we didn’t really know how many people had joined in before I looked around.”

Alday said, “I heard people saying ‘Amen.’ So, I turned around and they had their hands raised; some were crying. It was a beautiful moment.”

Videos Reveal A Close, Gory View Of Police Dog Bites

Donald W. Cook is a Los Angeles attorney with decades of experience bringing lawsuits over police dog bites — and mostly losing. He blames what he calls "The Rin Tin Tin Effect" — juries think of police dogs as noble, and have trouble visualizing how violent they can be during an arrest.

"[Police] use terms like 'apprehend' and 'restrain,' to try to portray it as a very antiseptic event," Cook says. "But you look at the video and the dog is chewing away on his leg and mutilating him."

Cook says the proliferation of smart phones and body cameras is capturing a reality that used to be lost on juries. "If it's a good video, it makes a case much easier to prevail on," he says.

The latest high-definition body cameras worn by police provide especially clear views. Cook collects these videos on his computer, and what strikes him is the degree of bloody violence the dogs can inflict.

"Beyond Resistance" - Soros, Pelosi Headline Left's Biggest Dark Money Conference

A secretive three-day conference where big money liberal donors are plotting the next steps of the "resistance" will be headlined by Friday speeches by billionaire George Soros and Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, according to internal documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The Democracy Alliance, a donor club of deep-pocketed liberal donors that each pledge to direct hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding to approved left-wing groups, descended on California's posh La Costa Resort on Wednesday morning for its fall donor summit. The group continued its tradition of secrecy, promising all members and guests of the summit their participation would "remain confidential."

The first page of the conference agenda, which was obtained by the Washington Free Beacon and can be viewed in its entirety below, lays out "participation guidelines," explaining that the Democracy Alliance is a "safe place" for donors and activists to meet.

Guests are instructed not to share members' names with the press and not to post to any social media sites, to contact Democracy Alliance if "the media or a blogger" contacts them, and to "refrain from leaving sensitive materials out where others may find them."

This latter directive was ignored.

The agenda for the meeting, titled "Beyond #Resistance: Reclaiming our Progressive Future," lays out three full days of events culminating in a Friday night dinner headlined by Pelosi.

Bankrupt Toys R Us want to pay $16M in Executive Bonuses

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Toys "R" Us has asked the bankruptcy court for permission to pay $16 million in bonuses to its top executives if the company is able to hit some financial targets during the upcoming holiday shopping season.

Toys "R" Us filed for bankruptcy in September, and now must get court approval for many of its basic business decisions. The court will have the final say on its incentive plan.

In the filing made with the court Wednesday the company argues the bonuses are necessary to get executives to perform at a high level during its bankruptcy.

"It is the [company's] employees — and more particularly the senior management team — that must execute at this critical juncture and provide the foundation for a successful turnaround," it said in the filing.

Among the 17 executives who would get payments is chairman and CEO David Brandon, who joined the company in 2015.

Gunmaker Remington faces default as Americans buy fewer firearms

Remington Outdoor, the second-largest U.S. gunmaker has suffered a “rapid” and “sharp” deterioration in sales and a similar drop in profits since January, and faces “continued softness in consumer demand for firearms,” credit analysts at Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings said in a report today.

S&P as a result has cut the company’s corporate credit rating — already at a junk-bond-level CCC+ — two full notches, to CCC-, a move likely to make the company’s high-yield debt less attractive to investors and lenders, and force Remington to pay more in interest. The company could face a change in control, bankruptcy, or default on its debt by next year.

A backlog of unsold, unwanted firearms will force Remington to operate at a loss and “pressure the company’s sales and profitability at least through early 2018, resulting in insufficient cash flow for debt service and fixed charges,” unless Remington gives up cash to pay for ongoing operations, S&P adds.

The National Republican Party

After Judge Roy Moore won the Alabama Republican senatorial primary election a few weeks ago, I wrote this:

You can bet that the establishment is not finished trying to destroy Roy Moore—not by any stretch of the imagination. When Trump stumped for Luther Strange last week, he said that Judge Moore would have a hard time winning the general election. He said that because he knows that not only will Roy Moore have to defeat the Democrat establishment, he will have to again defeat the Republican establishment. So, Roy’s fight is far from over.

Boy, were those words an understatement! After forty years in public office; after being investigated more times than probably any man in America; after being removed from office twice for not caving in to unconstitutional judicial rulings; after taking on the President of the United States Donald Trump, the Vice President of the United States Mike Pence, the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and the entire media and political establishments in New York and Washington, D.C.; and after having over $30 million spent against him by the Republican establishment AND WINNING—and just four weeks away from the most important senatorial election in modern American history—suddenly several women come out of nowhere to accuse Roy Moore of sexual improprieties from some forty years ago.

Wisconsin College Democrats leader resigns after tweeting, 'I f--ing hate white men'

An executive board member of the College Democrats of Wisconsin has resigned amid backlash over a derogatory tweet about white men.

Sarah Semrad, a junior at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and vice chair of the statewide College Democratsorganization, reportedly tweeted last week from her now-deleted Twitter account: “I f—ing hate white men.”

Ms. Semrad also celebrated tearing down flyers at her campus for Christian-based pregnancy counseling, the La Crosse Tribune reported. The tweets apparently caught the attention of conservative Milwaukee radio talk show host Mark Belling.

“My new bit is tearing down all the pro life Christian pregnancy resource center fliers that they put up around campus to try & trick people,” Ms. Semrad wrote, according to screenshots shared by Mr. Belling.

A spokesperson for the College Democrats of Wisconsin told Campus Reform that Ms. Semrad had stepped down as vice chair as of Tuesday.

This Is What Anguish Looks Like: Victims of Black-on-White Violence

Budding Hollywood actresses do not have to rely on semi-naked fat dudes in expensive hotels for acting tips. Not anymore.

Real-life examples of real-life emotions such as despair, abandonment, anguish, and betrayal are easy to find if you know where to look – e.g., local stories of black-on-white violence.

Let's start with some backstory in Chicago. During last year's election for the Chicago version of states attorney, Kim Foxx was not hiding anything. With loads of cash from George Soros and lots of support from Black Lives Matter, she bragged about how, under her watch, she was going to stop over-policing, halt mass incarceration, and begin a new era of arresting fewer black people in Chicago.

Because everyone knows that cops are always picking on black people for no reason whatsoever.

The new D.A. is as good as her word. In the latest example, Chicago has seen over 700 carjackings this year – almost all of them done by the fellas.

U.S. Contemplated Soviet False Flag

The U.S. government considered manufacturing or obtaining Soviet aircraft in order to launch an attack on American or friendly bases that could then provide an excuse for war, according to newly released documents.

The documents are part of an October release of thousands of formerly classified files related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It describes a March 22, 1962 meeting that discussed “the question raised by the attorney general on the possibility of U.S. manufacture or acquisition of Soviet aircraft.”

The meeting was held by the “Special Group (Augmented),” which according to an encyclopedia on the Central Intelligence Agency, included Attorney General Robert Kennedy, CIA Director John McCone, National Security Advisor McGeorge Bundy and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lyman Lemnitzer. And while not members, President Kennedy and Secretary of State Dean Rusk would attend meetings.

The previously top secret documents listed three reasons for obtaining or manufacturing the aircraft.

FBI Informant Has Video Of Russian Agents With Briefcases Of Bribe Money In Clinton-Uranium Scandal

An undercover FBI informant in the Russian nuclear industry who was made to sign an “illegal NDA” by former AG Loretta Lynch, claims to have video evidence showing Russian agents with briefcases full of bribe money related to the controversial Uranium One deal – according to The Hill investigative journalist John Solomon and Circa‘s Sara Carter.

The informant, whose identity was revealed by Reuters as William D. Campbell, will testify before congress next week after the NDA which carried the threat of prison time was lifted. Campbell, originally misidentifed by Reuters as a lobbyist is actually a nuclear industry consultant who is currently battling cancer.

As previously reported, Campbell was deeply embedded in the Russian nuclear industry where he gathered extensive evidence of a racketeering scheme involving bribes and kickbacks.

“The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns. And none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions,” a person who worked on the case told The Hill, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retribution by U.S. or Russian officials. –The Hill

Campbell’s attorney, former Regan Justice Department official Victoria Toensing, previously told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs “He can tell what all the Russians were talking about during the time that all these bribery payments were made.”

New Fed Chief Powell - A “Swamp Critter Extraordinaire”

Just like many of his other campaign promises, Trump isn't doing a great job of draining the swamp. His nominee for Fed Chair is Jerome Powell.

Powell is a 'swamp critter extraordinaire' so declared by Bill Bonner last week. We're inclined to agree. Name-calling is poor sportsmanship when it comes to politics, but hey, Trump started it.

When Trump traveled around the United States campaigning for the most privileged position in the country he lashed out at the seemingly abstract promise to 'Drain the Swamp' at every opportunity. He used it to criticise anything he didn't like about the status-quo.

He made the 'swamp critters' the fall-guys for every hardship Americans were facing. In many ways he was right.

Yet as has been the case throughout the last eleven months, Trump hasn't done a great job of turning rhetoric into reality.

Trump: 'Hillary, get on with your life'

President Trump on Saturday returned to attacking his favorite target: Hillary Clinton, the election foe he vanquished more than a year ago.

“Crooked Hillary Clinton is the worst (and biggest) loser of all time,” the commander in chief tweeted.

Trump continued: “She just can’t stop, which is so good for the Republican Party. Hillary, get on with your life and give it another try in three years!”

It wasn’t clear what, exactly, Trump was responding to. But Clinton recently suggested to Mother Jones that Russian government interference undermined the “legitimacy” of Trump’s win.

“There are lots of questions about its legitimacy,” the 2016 Democratic nominee said in the interview, published this week. “And we don’t have a method for contesting that in our system. That’s why I’ve long advocated for an independent commission to get to the bottom of what happened.”

She added: “Because, look, this is the first time we’ve ever been attacked by a foreign adversary, and then they suffer no real consequences.”

Hillary Clinton, Who Colluded With The Russians, Questions The Legitimacy Of The 2016 Elections Because….Russia

Some of the reasons cited by Clinton are literally exactly what she and her campaign actually carried out themselves!

Failed former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is now directly questioning the legitimacy of the 2016 elections, citing the discredited deep state narrative that Donald Trump worked with the Russians as one of her reasons despite the fact that her own campaign colluded with “Russian sources” to spread disinformation about President Trump through what would eventually become known as the “Trump dossier.”

Clinton made the comments in a wide ranging interview with the always friendly Mother Jones Senior Reporter Ari Berman where she stated that there are many questions about the actual legitimacy of the last presidential election in which she lost.

During the interview Berman asked Clinton, “So between the Republican voter suppression you talked about and Russian interference, do you think it was a legitimate election?”

Joy Everingham becomes U.K. Methodist Church's first transgender minister

Joy Everingham, a chaplain at the University of Kent Canterbury, has two sons and a wife named Ruth. The 46-year-old minister also is undergoing a transitioning process that involves hormone therapy and wearing women’s clothing full-time — all approved by church leaders.

“People sat down and started reading [my letter on transition], and then I could see them looking up and around,” the minister said, Kent Online reported Friday. “I was scared to death, but people kept coming up to me and saying ‘well done.’ A couple of people didn’t speak to me for a bit, but they had to work it out for themselves. I was expecting it to be a long hard trek to justify who I was, but it’s not been like that.”

The decision was 22 years in the making, which included years leading a double-life, a gender dysphoria diagnosis by health care professionals, and battles with depression.

“I tried running away from it, but I couldn’t resist it any longer,” the chaplain told the newspaper. “Sometimes I felt like God had cursed me, but I had to trust in a God that loves me, whatever I am.”

Large U.S. farm study finds no cancer link to Monsanto weedkiller

LONDON (Reuters) - A large long-term study on the use of the big-selling weedkiller glyphosate by agricultural workers in the United States has found no firm link between exposure to the pesticide and cancer, scientists said on Thursday.

Published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute (JNCI), the study found there was no association between glyphosate, the main ingredient in Monsanto's popular herbicide RoundUp, "and any solid tumors or lymphoid malignancies overall, including non-Hogkin Lymphoma (NHL) and its subtypes".

It said there was "some evidence of increased risk of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) among the highest exposed group", but added this association was "not statistically significant".

The findings are likely to impact legal proceedings in the United States against Monsanto, in which more than 180 plaintiffs are claiming exposure to RoundUp gave them cancer - allegations that Monsanto denies.

Time To Crush The RUMOR About WiHi Today

Very early this morning I had received a message telling me kids were spreading the word that someone on social media stated a student was going to come into WiHi with a gun and start shooting up the place.

I immediately contacted the Sheriff's Office in which I was assured that they were aware of the RUMOR and they were proactive in sending in multiple Deputies just to comfort parents and students. NOTHING ever happened.

I've been fielding phone calls from parents all morning and while I strongly felt I needed to stay away from publishing anything about this as I did NOT want to scare parents and students about something that just wasn't true.

Because I continue to receive phone calls and since we're getting close to the end of the day for students I just wanted to assure everyone it was just a rumor. I'll add, parents who contacted WiHi about this were told they could come in and pick up their child/children.

Social Media has become one of the top problems for schools across the nation. The cool part is this though. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office was well aware of this very early this morning and were prepared for any questionable situations. Give credit where credit is due.

Does Your Age, Sex, and Location Make You a Target for Cybercrime this Cyber Monday?

Do you know how likely you are to become a victim of internet crime, fraud, and identity theft based on your age, sex, and location? With Cyber Monday just around the corner, you need to be aware.

The United States loves to shop online. According to a recent study, ecommerce is growing 23 percent year-over-year, and a whopping 80% percent of Americans with an internet connection have made an online purchase in the last month.

Since 2016’s Cyber Monday was the biggest shopping day in the history of U.S. e-commerce —with $3.39 billion spent online—2017 is bound to be one for the record books. Unfortunately for bargain hunters, malicious attacks against consumers increase almost 40% on Cyber Monday. To help you understand your risk of being affected by cybercrime while shopping for gifts and deals, we analyzed cybercrimes that were reported to the FBI and CSN in 2015 and 2016—concentrating on internet crime, fraud, and identity theft. Based on reported complaints per 100,000 people, we were able to reveal the most and least affected states in the country for total cybercrime victims, the most victimized sex and age, and how much money people lose on average in each attack. We hope that this will inspire you to take extra precautions to protect yourself if you fall into one of these categories. For more on the methodology, please scroll to the end of this piece.
State By State Ranking of Cybercrime—From Most to Least in the Country

States are ranked from most to least total victims of cybercrime—by equally weighing the total number of internet crime victims (per 100,000 people), fraud victims (per 100,000 people), identity theft victims (per 100,000 people), average dollar loss per victim of internet crime, and average dollar loss per victim of fraud.

All ranking information is based on 2016 data from the FBI’s IC3 and CSN reporting databases. It’s important to note that the average dollar loss per victim of identity theft was not available from CSN, so this was not included in the ranking system. Also, states which tied were assigned the same rank.

Whirlpool enlists government to help avoid competing and innovating

On Thursday, October 19, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) held a hearing to determine what actions should be taken to “remedy” supposed damage done to Whirlpool’s washing machine business by foreign competitors LG and Samsung.

The hearing came on the heels of an ITC ruling that Whirlpool suffered injury from increased imports of LG and Samsung residential washing machines. If this disastrous ruling is upheld, consumers and potentially taxpayers will have to bear the burden of higher costs and lower quality.

During testimony, Whirlpool’s attorney recommended levying a 50 percent import tariff on washing machines from LG and Samsung – which somefear would discourage both companies from carrying out their direct foreign investment plans that have been in the works for years.

The ITC “global safeguard” trade case, under Section 201 of the Trade Act of 1974, is a rarely used and deeply flawed provision and statute. Contrary to misinformation spread by Whirlpool and its advocates, safeguard cases have nothing to do with illicit or legitimate anti-competitive practices. In fact, these maneuvers amount to little more than crony capitalism and protectionism designed to buoy a struggling domestic industry. Never has Section 201 been used – nor was it intended – to target specific competitors as the Whirlpool petition does.

HuffPost: 'Joe Biden 2020 Is a Terrible Idea in a Post-Weinstein America'

Rumors are circulating about former Vice President “Uncle” Joe Biden’s potential run for president in 2020, and the HuffPost — a major news source for the left — has made a case against such a scenario, citing the potential for massive backlash in the wake of mounting allegations against men who behave inappropriately.

“From former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly to producer Harvey Weinstein to comedian Louis C.K., men are losing their jobs after years of having sexually harassed or assaulted women with impunity,” the HuffPost wrote. “Biden is the wrong guy to bear the standard of any party purporting to speak for the victims of unaccountable power.”

Biden, adoringly referred to as “Uncle Joe” by many Americans, has long been a champion of women’s rights. And while he may have good intentions, perception is reality.

On Tuesday, Biden said, “I’m not closing the door. I’ve been around too long, and I’m a great respecter of fate, but who knows what the situation is going to be a year and a half from now?”

The Great American Earthquake

Column: Can the foundations of our society hold?

"Who can deny that, in the United States today, as never before in its history, there is a vast unease about the prospects of the republic?"

So asked Irving Kristol in "Our Shaken Foundations," a 1968 essay for Fortunemagazine. Observing the student revolt, urban riots, increase in crime, and mass mobilizations against the war in Vietnam, Kristol acknowledged that Americans in the late 1960s were not the first people in history to worry about the instability of their society. Nor would they be the last. "The premonition of apocalypse springs eternal in the human breast." Every civilization undergoes recurrent cycles of anxiety and dislocation that eventually subside. "Somehow, the human race endures, life continues to yield its modest satisfactions; the world doesn't actually come to an end."

Yet, Kristol added, Americans do not live in "the world." They live in "a particular world; and history records many particular worlds that did indeed come to their ends—sometimes abruptly, more often slowly and insensibly, but always painfully for those who felt themselves part of what was being destroyed." The revolutions of 1968, he went on, may have been the beginning of another such painful transition.

Climate Alarmists Warn of Coming ‘Mass Extinction Event’: Don’t Worry, They’re Always Wrong

Scientists are once again sounding the alarm that humans are destroying the planet, and we're heading towards a "mass extinction event."

"We the undersigned, senior members of the world's scientific community, hereby warn all humanity of what lies ahead," wrote over 15,000 scientists from 184 countries—an irrelevant fact to make it sound like a consensus. "A great change in our stewardship of the earth and the life on it, is required, if vast human misery is to be avoided and our global home on this planet is not to be irretrievably mutilated."

Sounds dire. But don't worry, they're always wrong.

The group called their letter "World Scientists' Warning to Humanity: A Second Notice." You might wonder why this is their second notice. What did they predict the first time?

As Investors Business Daily points out, the first notice, published in 1992, got everything wrong.

Deadline set for DOJ to release Lynch-Clinton tarmac-meeting docs

Clandestine conference happened while FBI probed Hillary over email

It happened on June 27, 2016, on the tarmac at the Phoenix airport. Bill Clinton was there on his plane, and then-U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch was there on hers.

They met, privately, without witnesses, except possibly Lynch’s husband.

What otherwise might have been a meaningless chat between two Washington power brokers, one out of office and another on her way out, was significant because Clinton’s wife, Hillary Clinton, a candidate for president, was under investigation by the FBI for allegedly mishandling classified information.

Then-FBI director James Comey took the unusual step only days after the meeting to publicly announce that while Clinton had been “extremely careless” in her handling of classified information while secretary of state, he had decided not to refer the case to the Loretta Lynch-led Justice Department for prosecution. Comey insisted no “reasonable” prosecutor in the nation would find the case worth prosecuting.

Ultimatum Given to One Fire Department

Lose the Confederate Flag or Lose Funding:

Commissioners in Montgomery County say they will restrict funding to a rural volunteer fire department that for months has refused to take down the Confederate flag that waves over it.

Debate over the Uwharrie Volunteer Fire Department's flag has simmered for months but complaints about it go back years, according to news accounts. The department, organized as a nonprofit corporation in 1983, occupies a privately-owned building but gets county money.

County commissioners had previously asked the department to remove the flag. This week they delivered an ultimatum.

Commissioners said by letter they would limit the fire department's funding until it removes the flag, paying only for fuel and maintenance of the two county-owned trucks that firefighters operate. The county will also replace the Uwharrie name on the trucks with new graphics "in support of the county's stance on equal rights and freedom of speech."

Nathaniel Smith, 45, and Latasha Smith, 28, entered guilty pleas on Friday to charges of aggravated assault and cruelty to children, according to The Florida Times-Union.

Surveillance captured Latasha beating Jeanette Norris, the owner of the Qwik Chick, in Baxley, on June 22 because the couple claimed their food was cold and they didn't have enough fries.

When Norris's 15-year-old daughter got out of a vehicle to help her mother, Nathaniel is seen punching her in the face, sending her flying backwards.

Norris suffered a broken nose and her daughter was treated for a concussion.

Why Oswald Chambers and his incredible ‘My Utmost for His Highest’ is still a guide for today

To Scottish preacher Oswald Chambers, the word “tweet” described the sounds bird make. Having died a century ago, he knew nothing of Facebook, Instagram, or our other modern forms of communication. His world differed dramatically from ours.

So what could Chambers possibly say to us today about social media where religious, political, and lifestyle opinions are regularly posted to highlight our differences and often lead to anger and angst?

I suggest that Chambers’ approach to belief and the way we express our belief is a helpful example to the divided, noisy, uptight world in which we live.

Oswald Chambers’ personal style is just one aspect of a legacy that is as powerful as it is unlikely. A book of his daily meditations, “My Utmost for His Highest,” has sold more than 13 million copies worldwide since 1927. It remains one of the most popular Christian devotionals even today.

Some four dozen books bear Chambers’ name, nearly all of them published posthumously from verbatim notes of his teaching that were captured by his stenographer wife. Chambers’ insights are treasured a hundred years after his death by Christians of many ages and backgrounds.

All of us, though, whatever our beliefs, might learn something from the man’s example.

Judge continues suit by black teacher punished after criticizing ‘white privilege’ lessons

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A U.S. District Judge refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a black teacher in the St. Paul school district who alleges administrators retaliated against him for criticizing the district’s ineffective, race-based school discipline policies.

U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson denied a motion by St. Paul Public Schools to dismiss a lawsuit brought by Aaron Benner, a black former teacher at John A. Johnson Elementary, who sued the district in May after the St. Paul Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity found probable cause the district violated his rights, the Twin Cities Pioneer Press reports.

Benner quit in August 2015 after a series of district investigations that coincided with him speaking out against the district’s race-based school discipline policies that he and other teachers claim are encouraging bad behavior, especially among black students.

The “restorative justice” discipline policies are a result of a push by the Obama administration to force school districts to address a disproportionate percentage of minority students suspended from school for bad behavior.

Instead of suspension, the “restorative justice” approach involves talking circles, counseling, and other ineffective solutions that result in unruly students sent back to class, where they continue to disrupt the education of the classmates.

Williams: Ignorance Versus Stupidity

One of the most challenging and important jobs for an economics professor is to teach students how little we know and can possibly know. My longtime friend and colleague Dr. Thomas Sowell says, "It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance." Nobel laureate Friedrich August von Hayek admonished, "The curious task of economics is to demonstrate to men how little they really know about what they imagine they can design."

The fact that we have gross ignorance about how the world operates is ignored by the know-it-all elites who seek to control our lives. Let's look at a few examples of the world's complexity.

According to some estimates, there are roughly 100 million traffic signals in the U.S. How many of us would like the U.S. Congress, in the name of public health and safety, to be in charge of their actual operation? Congress or a committee it authorizes would determine the length of time traffic lights stay red, yellow and green and what hours of the day and at what intersections lights flash red or yellow. One can only imagine the mess Congress would create in the 40,000 cities, towns and other incorporated places in the U.S. But managing traffic lights and getting good results is a far less complex task than managing the nation's health care system and getting good results, which Congress tries to do.

Here's another task I'd ask whether you would like Congress to control..

Charles Ingram, a 51-year-old Gulf War veteran, went nearly a year without a therapy session or appointment with the psychiatrist who prescribed medication for his Obsessive Compulsive Disorder prior to his suicide, the VA inspector general found.

Dan Caldwell, executive director of Concerned Veterans for America, said while the VA has since implemented reforms to improve access for veterans, problems still remain.

"Helpless, Raging" Charlottesville Families Shocked By These 2018 Obamacare Premiums..."It's Horrific"

Over the past several months, Democrats have jumped on every opportunity possible to blame the Trump administration for yet another year of staggering Obamacare premium increases. Ironically, despite arguments from the Left that Trump's defunding of Obamacare's marketing budget would cause 2018 signups to plunge, as Politico recently noted, they're actually up in 2018...which begs the question:was the Obama administration just wasting $100 million a year in taxpayer money for nothing? Shocking thought, we know.

Meanwhile a fresh barrage of outcries from Democrats, most notably Ms. Nancy Pelosi, came after Trump's decision to cut federal subsidies, an action which the CBO insisted could result in devastating premium increases of up to 20%.

Of course, if Trump is responsible for 20% of Obamacare's premium hikes in 2018, then perhaps Nancy Pelosi should explain to the Dixon family in Charlottesville, VA precisely who is responsible for the other portion of the 235% premium hike they just received.

As the Washington Post points out this morning, the Dixons, a family of 4 in Virginia, were shocked earlier this month to find that their Obamacare premiums were going to surge from roughly $900 per month in 2017 to over $3,000 per month in 2018.

Ian Dixon, who left his full-time job in 2016 to pursue an app-development business, did so because the ACA guaranteed that he could still have quality coverage for his young family, he said.

But when the 38-year-old Charlottesville husband and father of a 3- and a 1-year-old went to re-enroll this month, his only choice for coverage would cost him more than $3,000 a month for his family of four, which amounted to an increase of more than 300 percent over the $900 he paid the year before. And this is for the second-cheapest option, with a deductible of $9,200.

“Helpless is definitely a good word for it,” Dixon said. “Rage is also a good word for it.”

Navy apologizes over penis drawn in the sky, grounds aircrew involved

The Navy said Friday it has grounded an aircrew over “wholly unacceptable” behavior after aviators drew a penis in the sky with jet exhaust over Washington state on Thursday.

"The Navy apologizes to anyone who was offended by this unacceptable action," according to a statement from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. "The Officers and Sailors of the United States Navy are professionals, held to the highest standards, while serving our nation with pride around world. The actions of this aircrew were wholly unacceptable and antithetical to Navy core values. We have grounded the aircrew and are conducting a thorough investigation - and we will hold those responsible accountable for their actions.

"The Navy apologizes for this irresponsible and immature act."

Residents took note of the sky writing on Thursday and posted pictures to social media.

Clinton Author: Obama Smoking Dope, Playing Video Games While Hillary boozes away

Ed Klein says Hillary under delusional belief she can win presidency in 2020”

WASHINGTON, D.C. –
Ed Klein’s new book, “All Out War: The Plot to Destroy Trump,” reveals enough information about Hillary Clinton to make sure her political career is ended, despite what Klein admits are Hillary’s ambitions to run once more, risking all that she could end up a “Three-Time Loser” for the White House.

“Though most Democrats see Hillary Clinton like the Monty Woolley character in ‘The Man Who Came to Dinner,’—she won’t shut up and she won’t go away—Hillary is under the delusional belief that she is still the head of the Democrat Party and has the best chance to grab the nomination in 2020,” Ed Klein told Infowars.com in an exclusive email.

Klein’s portrayal of Barack Obama out of the White House is equally unflattering.

Charles Manson is rotting in Hell

Charles Manson, the ’60s cult leader behind one of the most notorious killings in American history, died Sunday in California after a prolonged illness, officials said. He was 83.

Manson – housed at Corcoran State Prison since 1989 – died at 8:13 p.m. local time at Kern County Hospital, the California Department of Corrections said in a press release early Monday.

He’d been in failing health for months and was first hospitalized back in January, reportedly with serious gastrointestinal problems.

Manson — who infamously wore a swastika tattoo between his eyebrows — had spent more than 45 years in prison after being convicted of directing his “Manson Family” clan of troubled, mostly female, followers to kill seven people in California in the summer of 1969. The dead included actress Sharon Tate, the pregnant wife of director Roman Polanski, who was stabbed 16 times.

The Intellectual Arrogance of Suppressing Campus Speech

Seeming to give credence to Bertrand Russell’s observation that “The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts,” a student-written op-ed that ran in the September 25th issue of The Daily Princetonian argued that conservatives should not have the benefit of free speech, and do not even have the right to expect its protection because, given their ideological stance, “they are appealing to a right that does not exist” for them.

“In my belief, student Ryan Born continued in this astounding piece of sophistry, “when conservative ideas are opposed, there is no right that is being infringed.” In fact, he seemed to be saying, the essential worthlessness of conservative ideology—as opposed to the virtue and fundamental truths embodied in progressive thought—means that instead of debating their ideological positions, conservatives should recognize the errors in their thinking and abandon their views. “Some ideas will already have been judged wanting,” Born wrote, and “Conservatives ought to question why some ideas are so stringently opposed and then adapt their arguments, instead of begging for ‘free speech.’ ”

And unlike progressives and leftists like himself, who Born apparently felt have the right to unbridled free expression without having to actually defend their ideas in the marketplace of ideas, conservative speech “is something much different,” he claimed, while exhibiting behavior that psychiatrists term projection, because “conservatives are interested in being able to propose their ideas without any political opposition to their right to speech.”

Top NSA Whistleblower Claims "Russiagate" A Fake To Increase War-Spending

William Binney is the mathematician and Russia-specialist, who quit the NSA in 2001 as its global Technical Director for geopolitical analysis, because of the lying about, and manipulations of, intelligence, that he saw — distortions of intelligence by the George W. Bush Administration — in order to ‘justify’ systematic, massive, and all-encompassing, Government snooping into all Americans’ private electronic communications. His, and some colleagues’, efforts to get the Inspector General of the US Department of Defense to investigate the matter, produced FBI raids into their homes, and seizures of their computers, so as to remove incriminating evidence they might have against higher-ups. According to Binney, NSA's Director, Michael Hayden, had vetoed in August 2001 a far less intrusive and more effective system of signals-intelligence collection and analysis, which might have enabled the 9/11 attacks to be blocked — a more effective system that would have been less expensive, less intrusive, and not violated Americans’ Constitutional rights. Hayden went on to head the CIA, until the end of George W. Bush’s Presidency. Afterward, Hayden joined the Chertoff Group and other military-industrial-complex contractors of the US federal Government. There were no such rewards for any of the whistleblowers.

Binney viewed Hillary Clinton as continuing George W. Bush’s neoconservatism, and so, though reluctantly, voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 election.

WAYNE ALLYN ROOT: Predictions by Las Vegas Oddsmaker for Judge Roy Moore, Al Franken & Sexual Harassment in Congress

Like President Donald Trump, I’m more of a commonsense businessman than just a conservative. Here are a few commonsense observations about the biggest issues in America today- Judge Roy Moore, Senator Al Franken and sexual harassment in Congress.

First, wouldn’t it be ironic and infuriating to Democrats if Judge Roy Moore is seated as a U.S. Senator in 2018, but liberal Senate hero Al Franken is gone? That’s not a fantasy. That’s has a real shot of becoming reality.

Long before I got into politics, I was a Las Vegas oddsmaker and sports handicapper. My political predictions have been uncannily accurate. I predict the people of Alabama will elect Judge Roy Moore. First, because the accusations against him are unproven, with no evidence or witnesses. Second, they are almost 40 years old. Third, because the people of Alabama bristle when the liberal NY media or DC establishment tells them how to vote. Fourth, because blowhard feminist lawyer Gloria Allred is involved. Fifth, because the alternative is a big spending, big taxing, pro-amnesty, socialist portraying himself as a “moderate.” That acting job works across America, but I don’t believe it will play in Alabama.

REPORT: Mitch McConnell Camp Planted Roy Moore Story To Help Clear Path For Trump Impeachment Attempt In 2018

What a disgusting cesspool of self-serving corruption is the nation’s capital and no better example of that can be found today than Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell who, according to longtime political activist, Ned Ryun, was a primary source of the anti-Roy Moore stories that are now attempting to sway the upcoming Alabama special election and help clear the path for a Trump impeachment attempt in 2018.

“…I strongly suspect it’s a very short list of people, all who are associated with Mitch McConnell – whether it’s Josh Holmes, whether it’s Karl Rove, might even be Steven Law – I don’t know, but I strongly, strongly suspect somebody out of the McConnell camp planted the story. It was planted. This came with the blessing of Mitch McConnell at some point, that he was going to take a political shot at Roy Moore.”

According to whispers, it wasn’t just taking “political shot” at Moore that motivating the McConnell camp. They want Roy Moore out of the way and replaced with someone of McConnell’s choosing, or even Moore’s Democrat opponent, Doug Jones, a man whose career is linked to the Bill Clinton administration. Moore would be a vehement defender of POTUS Trump and his policies. If McConnell is to succeed in laying the groundwork for an impeachment trial and vote in the Senate, he will need fewer senators like Roy Moore to contend with.

25 Most Shocking Medical Mistakes, and How You Can Protect Yourself

Hospitals are typically thought of as places where lives are saved, but statistics show they’re actually one of the most dangerous places you could possibly enter.1,2 Each day, more than 40,000 harmful and/or lethal medical errors occur, placing the patient in a worse situation than what they came in with.3

According to a 2013 study,4,5 preventable medical errors kill around 440,000 patients each year — more than 10 times the number of deaths caused by motor vehicle crashes. A 2016 study6 calculated the annual death toll to be around 250,000.
Medical Mistakes Are the Third Leading Cause of Death in the US

Either way, medical mistakes are the third leading cause of death in the U.S., and have been since at least 2000, when the late Dr. Barbara Starfield published her shocking conclusion that doctors kill 225,000 patients each year. Her findings were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.7 Ironically, Starfield ended up a statistic herself.

She died suddenly in June 2011, a death her husband attributed to the adverse effects of the blood thinner Plavix taken in combination with aspirin.8 Her death certificate, however, makes no mention of this possibility. Indeed, one of the reasons why many are still surprised by these statistics is due to fundamental flaws in the tracking of medical errors, which has shielded the reality of the situation and kept it out of the public eye.

While there are codes that capture iatrogenic causes of death, published mortality statistics do not take them into account. They only look at the condition that led the individual to seek medical treatment in the first place. As a result, even if a doctor lists medical errors in the death certificate, they are not included in the CDC's mortality statistics, and without that data, medical mistakes remain a largely hidden problem.

US Navy sends underwater robots to assist in search for Argentine sub

US Navy P-8 Poseidon patrol planes have joined an international search for the Argentine Armada submarine San Juan, and the Navy has prepared submarine rescue vehicles and four uncrewed underwater vehicles (UUVs) to assist in the search as well. The Argentine sub has been missing in the Argentine Sea, and the subsequent search is entering its fifth day.

One Naval P-8 arrived in Argentina over the weekend, and another is arriving today. Additional rescue systems are now on their way, including a NATO submarine rescue system. Thus far, rough weather and high seas have been hindering the search, and hopes for the missing crew are fading.

The San Juan, a German-built sub, had a crew of 44—including Argentina's first woman submarine officer. The vessel went out of contact while en route from the islands of Argentina's Tierra del Fuego to the Armada Argentina's northern base at Mar del Plata. Previously, the modern diesel-electric sub, built in 1983 and put into service in 1985, went through a mid-life overhaul, completed in 2013. The sub's primary role has been intelligence collection, including surveillance of fishing grounds in Argentina's economic zone for illegal fishing operations.

[Update-- 11/20, 2:55 PM EST: Argentine navy officials have reported that sounds have been detected that may be the crew of the San Juan signaling underwater for help. The search area has been reduced to a 35-square-mile area about 330 miles off the southern Argentine coast.]

Troopers Arrest Lincoln Man for 6th Offense DUI

Ellendale- The Delaware State Police have arrested a Lincoln man after he was found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol for the 6th time.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:24 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2017 as a Trooper was traveling southbound on DuPont Boulevard (US 113) north of West Robbins Road and observed a Chevrolet Malibu pulled over on the shoulder of the roadway with its flashing lights on. The trooper pulled behind the vehicle to check on the occupants. Contact was made with the operator, Kervy E. Riley, 53 of Lincoln, and an odor of alcohol was detected. A DUI investigation ensued and Riley was taken into custody and transported back to Troop 4. A computer check revealed Riley had five previous DUI convictions, making this his 6th arrest.

Kervy Riley was charged with 6th Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving After Judgment Prohibited, and Driving While Suspended or Revoked. He was arraigned at JP3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $11,500.00 secured bond.

ICE fights to protect girls and women from mutilation and abuse

More than 200 million girls and women alive today have undergone female genital mutilation, or cutting (FGM/C). FGM/C refers to cutting and other procedures that injure the female genital organs for non-medical reasons.

FGM/C exists as a cultural practice that is carried out with disturbing regularity. The average age of victims ranges from less than five years to 18 years, but the practice may vary drastically among communities – from the severity of the cutting, to where FGM/C is performed (in a home, medical office, or hut), to why it is performed (for marriageability, religion, or misconceptions about health). The common thread among practicing communities is that it is cultural, passed down through the generations and part of the community identity.

Unfortunately, parents or other family members are often involved, although many female family members may be victims themselves.

While primarily concentrated in north, west, and central Africa, as well as parts of the Middle East and Asia, FGM/C also occurs in the United States. The Centers for Disease Control estimates that approximately 500,000 women and girls in the United States are either victims of FGM/C, or are at risk of being subjected to it.
