Salisbury News: Barricade Situation Last Night In Salisbury On E Church St

There is a situation going down on E. Church St now for the last hour. Guy won't come out. He is armed. Road closed. Army of police.

Nothing on the news WBOC , WTF is going on with these guys. I want news that is worthy of reporting , I'm not interested in a reported 38 degrees when it's 53 degrees .

They knew the guy was armed and did not evacuate the houses surrounding the situation. smdh.
