Hundreds of Noncitizens on Voting Rolls in Swing State of Virginia

The 2012 presidential race in Virginia was decided by just 3 percentage points, as was the next year’s race for governor. In both 2005 and 2013, fewer than 1,000 votes decided contests for Virginia attorney general.

Against this backdrop, watchdog groups have pushed local election officials in seven Virginia jurisdictions to reveal hundreds of noncitizens who are registered to vote. So far, they have found more than 550.

Potentially more could be found on the voters rolls, as the Public Interest Legal Foundation pursues a total of 20 counties and cities in the Old Dominion—a sampling of its 95 counties and 38 independent cities.

Fed up! 41,000 petition Congress to stop paying Obama while he campaigns for Hillary

More than 41,000 people are asking Congress to stop paying President Barack Obama’s salary while he campaigns for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

“We the People demand that Congress withhold President Obama’s salary, pension, travel expenses, etc. for any time he spends actively campaigning for Hillary Clinton between now and the election in November,” the petition on conservative petition site StandUnited says.

Obama plans to devote one or two days each week in October to campaign for Hillary, an unnamed clinton advisor told Bloomberg News.

“When a lame duck President reaches his last few months in office he often endorses a candidate from his party to secede him,” the petition says “Rarely however, does that same lame duck President spend weeks or even months prior to the November election actively campaigning for his successor.”

Chicago's Plight: Why Do Blacks Perpetually Vote For Politicians Who Make Their Lives Worse?

Chicago suffered through its worst summer of violence in decades. In August, over 400 people were shot and 80 killed.

Activists and public unions blame income inequality. Income inequality is rising, but very few understand who is to blame. And the tax hikes and pay hikes that unions seek exacerbate the problems and cause white flight.

Many claim education is the answer, but the Chicago public school system is not only financially bankrupt, it is morally bankrupt.

Bloody Chicago Summer

In Chicago, activists confront longstanding issues of inequality and poverty following a long Bloody Summer.

There has been little peace this summer in Chicago — where President Barack Obama began his political career. Last month alone more than 400 people were shot and nearly 80 killed, the most violent month in two decades in the city’s metropolitan area, according to the Chicago Police Department. This violence occurred exactly 50 years after Dr Martin Luther King Jr marched through the city’s south side demanding civil rights for African Americans.

Community leaders cite a vicious circle of poverty when discussing violence in the poorest African American and Hispanic neighborhoods. It is driven by inequality, poor access to good schools and food and has led to an evaporation of hope that they say perpetuates this crisis. This is particularly pertinent in Chicago, which remains one of America’s most racially segregated cities.

Research from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Great Cities Institute published this year showed that 40 per cent of African Americans aged between 20 and 24 were either out of work or out of school, compared with 18 per cent for the Latino population and 6.3 per cent for whites in 2014. The rate was higher in Chicago then elsewhere in the US, where the average for blacks was 28 per cent.

New Driving Laws to Take Effect October 1

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A number of new road laws will be going into effect on Saturday, October 1. Among them, is the Drunk Driving Reduction Act of 2016, also known as Noah’s Law.
Maryland Department of Transportation Officials say that under Noah’s Law, drivers will be required to participate in the state Ignition Interlock Program if they are found of:
  • Driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Driving while impaired (DWI) — while transporting a minor under the age of 16
  • Driving while intoxicated if there’s an initial breathalyzer test refusal
  • Killing or inflicting a life-threatening injury on anyone while driving under the influence or while impaired.
An ignition interlock is a device that is essentially a breathalyzer test inside one’s vehicle. It prevents a vehicle from starting when it detects a certain level of alcohol on the driver’s breath and requires the driver to retest at random points while they are driving.

Drug Trafficking And The Clinton Crime Family

After the Iran-Contra hearings detailed Oliver North’s diversion of funds to the Contras and all of the failed indictments to bring anyone to justice, President Bill Clinton denied any involvement in the clandestine Mena Operations.

It was Bill Clinton’s time as Arkansas’ Governor that oversaw the blocking of any funding or cooperation in an investigation into one of the largest drug, gun running and money laundering schemes America has ever witnessed.

To this day the banks continue to launder the billion dollar drug cartel industry’s money.

And when they are caught, they pay a fine and no one goes to prison.

Corruption that has been normalized.

Canned Pumpkin Actually Contains A Surprisingly Low Amount Of Actual Pumpkin

When September rolls around, it means one thing: Pumpkin everything. But when you're at the store stocking up on all that pumpkin (or like, sipping and 'gramming that PSL), there's something you need to know about the canned fruit, and it's going to make your entire life feel like a lie. Get ready to feel some things.

You're probably familiar with Libby's Canned Pumpkin. You know the ones—those orange cans your mom filled the kitchen with every Thanksgiving, the ones that say 100% pure pumpkin on the front. Except that it's not 100% pure, because it's not even pumpkin. We feel seriously betrayed right now.

As it turns out, even though Libby's says pumpkin on the can, it's actually a strain of Dickinson squash. And the closest produce relative to it isn't even pumpkin. It's butternut squash. Seriously, what is happening right now and how are they getting away with this trickery?!

IRS to target 20 million Americans who didn’t buy Obamacare

'Government is particularly interested in compliance from healthy young people'

Are you one of 20 million uninsured Americans who hasn’t signed up for Obamacare?

Then you might be getting a note from the IRS this year “suggesting” you enroll.

“Getting a letter from the IRS can be a threatening and nerve-racking experience; it seldom is seen as a suggestion and more of a threat,” Galen Institute President Grace-Marie Turner wrote in a Forbes column Wednesday.

The IRS is reportedly “reaching out” to Americans who claimed an exemption or chose to pay the tax penalty for not purchasing mandatory health insurance. The ploy is intended to “attract”
Obamacare enrollees.

Russia Views Hillary Clinton As An "Existential Threat" To Peace

When it comes to the two front-runners in the current presidential race, the media often attempts to paint Donald Trump as a crazy, unpredictable president who will lead us down a path of terror. However, the truth remains that despite Trump’s overall nonsensical rhetoric, he is the only leading candidate who has said anything sane regarding American foreign policy. Statements to the effect that the Middle East would have been safer with Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi still in power are probably the most profound things ever spoken by the wildly racist billionaire mogul.

Hillary Clinton, on the other hand, voted in favor of the Iraq war in 2003 and was instrumental in bringing about the fall of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya in 2011. She even laughed hysterically about the despot’s death in an interview despite the fact she single-handedly plunged the rich democracy that was Libya into an extremist war zone.

In the eyes of the Russian establishment, this is especially worrying given that it was Clinton who convinced Russia not to use their veto power at the United Nations Security Council level to stop the NATO onslaught of Libya; she promisedthe so-called “no-fly zone” would not be used to pursue regime change.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was very critical of NATO motives when it became clear that NATO forces had, indeed, designated Gaddafi a military target, asking the important and necessary question: “Who gave NATO the right to kill Gaddafi?” After Gaddafi was murdered on the streets of Sirte, Putin astutely stated:

“The whole world saw him being killed; all bloodied. Is that democracy? And who did it? Drones, including American ones, delivered a strike on his motorcade. Then commandos – who were not supposed to be there – brought in so-called opposition and militants and killed him without trial. I’m not saying that Gaddafi didn’t have to quit, but that should have been left up to the people of Libya to decide through the democratic process.”

FATAL DWELLING FIRE IN CAMBRIDGE UNDER INVESTIGATION

FATAL DWELLING FIRE UNDER INVESTIGATION

DORCHESTER COUNTY (September 27, 2016) Members of the Office of the State Fire Marshal and the Cambridge Police Department are continuing the investigation into the origin and cause of a house fire that claimed the life of an adult male.

Rescue Fire Company was dispatched at 1:15 am for a structure fire located at 1100 Locust Street, Cambridge. Fire Department personnel arrived on location to find a two story wood framed single family dwelling with heavy fire conditions. Approximately 50 firefighters from multiple departments from around the area were called to assist and brought the fire under control within approximately two hours, including fire extension to the two houses located adjacent to the original fire structure.

During suppression activities an adult male victim was located within the structure. The body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause of death and to positively identify the victim. A second occupant of the dwelling escaped the fire by jumping to the ground from a second floor window. He was transported to and later released from Dorchester General Hospital with minor injuries. Two firefighters also received minor injuries during suppression activities.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Office of the State Fire Marshal at 410-713-3780.

Charlotte Police Says 70% Of Arrested Protesters Had Out Of State IDs

Confirming what many had suspected when viewing the sudden and intense collapse into anarchy that occurred in Charlotte this week, Todd Walther, spokesman for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Fraternal Order of Police told CNN's Erin Burnett:

"This is not Charlotte that's out here. These are outside entities that are coming in and causing these problems. These are not protestors, these are criminals."

"We've got the instigators that are coming in from the outside. They were coming in on buses from out of state. If you go back and look at some of the arrests that were made last night. I can about say probably 70% of those had out-of-state IDs. They're not coming from Charlotte."

As shocking as this statement is, it should not be a total surprise. 18 months ago, as the riots flared in Ferguson, there was one man pulling the strings of this 'domestic false flag'... George Soros. In an apparent effort to "keep the media’s attention on the city and to widen the scope of the incident to focus on interrelated causes — not just the overpolicing and racial discrimination narratives that were highlighted by the news media in August," liberal billionaire George Soros donated $33million to social justice organizations which helped turn events in Ferguson from a local protest into a national flashpoint.

Washington Monument to be closed indefinitely

WASHINGTON — The Washington Monument will remain closed indefinitely as officials continue to struggle with the elevator problems that have dogged the structure for years.

“We have not been able to determine the causes of the ongoing reliability issues,” said Mike Litterst, of the National Park Service, in a statement Monday. “As a result, we have made the difficult decision not to reopen the Washington Monument until we can modernize the elevator control system.”

After the monument was closed in August due to elevator problems three times in a five-day span, Litterst told WTOP, the park service was prompted to “close it down and spend some time getting in and … (giving) it a really thorough evaluation.”

After that, the plan was to reopen the monument until a full-scale modernization could be done.

Hillary Emailgate: How One Twitter User Proved The "Intent" That The FBI Missed After Months "Investigating"

Earlier this week, a twitter user named "Katica" seemingly proved the "intent" of the Hillary campaign to destroy and/or tamper with federal records by revealing the Reddit thread of Paul Combetta (aka the "Oh Shit" guy; aka "stonetear"). But what's most crazy about this story is that "Katica" was able to discover the greatest "bombshell" of the entire Hillary email scandal with just a couple of internet searches while the FBI, with unlimited access to government records, spent months "investigating" this case and missed it all. The only question now is whether the FBI "missed" this evidence because of gross incompetence or because of other motivating factors?

Now, courtesy of an opinion piece posted on The Daily Caller, we know exactly how "Katica" pieced her "bombshell" discovery together...the folks at the FBI may want to take some notes.

Per the twitter discussion below with @RepStevenSmith, "Katica" discovered Combetta's Reddit thread on September 16th. But while she suspected that Paul Combetta and the Reddit user known as "stonetear" were, in fact, the same person, she had to prove it...

Poll: 67 percent support Hogan’s post-Labor Day back-to-school order

WASHINGTON — Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan’s executive order mandating public schools in the state keep their doors closed for the summer until after Labor Day enjoys overwhelming public support, according to a poll released Monday.

About 67 percent of Marylanders approve of Hogan’s executive order on school start dates, according to a Goucher College poll, which surveyed 668 Maryland residents between Sept. 17-20. About 19 percent of respondents opposed the order, and 13 percent said they didn’t know or didn’t answer the question. The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus 3.8 percent.

Support for the measure came despite general opposition to the use of executive orders to make policy. More than half of respondents — 54 percent — said they think governors should “rarely or never use” executive orders to put regulations in place without the state legislature’s approval.

Hogan issued the executive order Aug. 31 arguing the change to the school calendar would give families more time to enjoy summer vacations, save on energy costs and boost the coffers of the state’s tourism industry.

Share This Chart: Countries Destroyed by Hillary

In an email sent to his business partner and Democratic fundraiser Jeffrey Leeds, former Secretary of State Colin Powell wrote of Hillary Clinton, “Everything HRC touches she kind of screws up with hubris.”

Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State during Barack Obama’s first term was an unmitigated disaster for many nations around the world. Neither the Donald Trump campaign nor the corporate media have adequately described how a number of countries around the world suffered horribly from Mrs. Clinton’s foreign policy decisions.

Millions of people were adversely harmed by Clinton’s misguided policies and her “play-to-pay” operations involving favors in return for donations to the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative.

The following is a before and after chart illustrating, country by country, the destabilizing effects of Clinton’s policies as Secretary of State:

Natural Resources Police Handle Striped Bass Poaching Cases

Officers working surveillance in Dorchester County over the weekend charged eight Montgomery County men with poaching striped bass.

Three men were caught shortly before 4 a.m. Friday near Ferry Bridge on Hooper Island with 36 striped bass, 31 of which were undersized.

Juan C. Ardon Gonzalez, 44, Melvin Omar Guzman, 45, and Juan Francisco Cruz-Hernandez, 33, all of Gaithersburg, were charged with catching over the recreational limit of two fish, keeping undersized striped bass, catching fish outside legal hours and keeping an undersized sea trout.

All three men must appear in Dorchester County District Court Nov. 11. If found guilty, each man faces a maximum fine of $5,500.

On Saturday just after midnight, officers caught three men in the same area who had 23 striped bass, 22 of which were undersized.

Julio Cesar Najera Maldonado, 32, and Melvin Gerardo Maldonado, 36, both of Silver Spring, and Roberto Carlos Rivera Sibrian, 38, of Gaithersburg, were each charged with catching over the recreational limit of two fish and keeping undersized striped bass.

NAACP Leader Speaking Against Cops In Charlotte Financed By George Soros

NEW YORK – As riots continue to plague Charlotte, North Carolina after a police shooting there, Rev. William Barber, president of the North Carolina chapter of the NAACP, has taken center stage in helping to shape the public narrative by commenting on the issue in the news media.

Not only is the NAACP heavily financed by Soros to the tune of millions of dollars, Barber himself was singled out in a hacked document from the billionaire’s Open Society Institute as part of the rationale for offering a local grant to the NAACP’s North Carolina branch,Breitbart News has found.

The memo states that the NAACP’s North Carolina chapter “advances several key OSI (Open Society Institute) priorities,” and describes Barber himself as a “dynamic leader, catalytic speaker, and builder of powerful and diverse alliances.”

WSJ columnist: 'Perpetually angry' Clinton only knows how to 'yell'

Kimberley Strassel, conservative columnist for the Wall Street Journal, has written an op-ed advising Donald Trump on how to beat his opponent Hillary Clinton at the first presidential debate.

One of her tips is to take advantage of what she says is Clinton's harsh demeanor.

"By being positive, Mr. Trump would draw a stark contrast," wrote Strassel in a column published Thursday night. "Mrs. Clinton these days looks perpetually angry and seems to have only one volume setting: yell."

The agency says in a statement it’s accepting public comments through Oct. 17 on a proposal to add regulatory language stating that only the weapons listed in the regulations may be used for deer and black bear hunting.

Those weapons are bows and firearms, including a powerful new type of air gun that shoots full-sized arrows.

In debate, Clinton gets no follow-up questions, Trump gets 6

Republican Donald Trump was kept on the defensive at the first presidential debate, in several instances having to debate the highly anticipated event's moderator as well as his Democratic opponent.

Trump was challenged on his answers Monday night at Hofstra University in New York at least six times by NBC's Lester Holt, according to the Washington Examiner's count. Hillary Clinton, meanwhile was no follow-up questions for the 90-minute debate.

In the entirety of the debate, the closest follow-up question Clinton was asked at the debate dealt with racial issues. She was asked the same question as Trump on how to heal racial divisions and then, after her answer, was asked how to improve whether she believed police "are implicitly biased against black people," a reference to a recent comment she made about "implicit bias" among police.

Leading up to the debate, there was a big push by the Clinton campaign and some media critics to get Holt to act as a live fact-checker at the debate, taking on a more aggressive and active role as a moderator, especially for Trump.

"How Is This Not Classified?"- Obama Used A Pseudonym In Emails With Hillary, FBI Data Dump Reveals

Following Ted Cruz's endorsement of Donald Trump and president Obama's veto of the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act, aka the "Sept 11" bill allowing victims to sue Saudi Arabia in US court, the trifecta of Friday afternoon data dumps was completed by the FBI, when the agency released 189 pages of notes from its investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server, just three days before she squares off against Donald Trump in the first presidential debate.

The notes are from FBI's interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides, such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills; senior State Department officials; and Marcel Lazar, also known as the Romanian hacker “Guccifer." A summary of the interviews had been released in the overall FBI report. Politically, Friday's release helps keep the issue relevant before Trump and Hillary hit the debate stage on Monday in what is set to be the most watched presidential debate in history with some 100 million expected to watch. The release also came hours after news that top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills had obtained a limited immunity deal from the FBI in order to cooperate with its investigation.

Much of the released information had already been made public. One notable exchange from the FBI's June 7, 2016 interview with "Guccifer" supposedly confirms FBI Director Comey's claim that Lazar falsely asserted to Fox News that he'd accessed Clinton's server. "Lazar began by stating that he had never claimed to hack the Clinton server. [An FBI agent] then advised that Fox News had recently published an article which reported that Lazar had claimed to have to Clinton server. Lazar then stated that he recalled the interview with Fox News, and that he had lied to them about hacking the Clinton server." It remains unclear why he would have lied.

Hillary Struggles to Stand Without Step-Stool, But Won’t Get One For Debate

Debate commission denies Hillary's request for step-stool

Hillary Clinton routinely requires a step-stool for support during long speeches, but can’t use one for the upcoming presidential debate, a fact which could derail her campaign completely.

The presidential debate commission denied her request for a step-stool at her podium for the Sept. 26 debate, according to the Drudge Report, and as Infowars reported in Aug., Hillary cannot give a speech without having a step-stool – or a Secret Service agent – to lean on for support.

"This Is An Absolutely Corrupt Process" - Clinton's Deleted Emails Won't Be Released Until After The Election

One month ago, we reported that the State Department announced some good and some bad news for transparency advocates was disclosed, when Hillary Clinton's former employer said it would release all of the deleted work-related emails that the FBI recovered from Hillary Clinton’s private system, eliminating the possibility that the messages will remain secret. The State Dept had "voluntarily" agreed to produce non-exempt agency records responsive to Judicial Watch's FOIA request. That was the good news. The bad news was that as we said, it remains unclear if the full set of emails would be released by the presidential election on Nov. 8.

Now we know the answer: no, it won't.

According to a new timetable set Friday by a federal judge, most of Hillary Clinton’s deleted, and then recovered, emails won’t be made public until after Election Day. As the WSJ reports, Judge James Boasberg on Friday ordered the State Department to finish processing 1,050 pages of material for release by Nov. 4—just a fraction of what could be as much as 10,000 pages of material.

The farcical development, and latest confirmation of corruption at all echelons of US government, was revealed when the judge set the new timetable, which previously was expected to play out in the coming weeks, after acknowledging that the State Department was struggling to manage the burden of dozens of lawsuits and thousands of requests for records from Mrs. Clinton’s time in office.

Why did feds grant immunity to Hillary’s ‘highly improper’ aide?

If anyone would know Hillary consigliere Cheryl Mills’ reputation for obstructing investigations, it’s FBI Director James Comey. He complained about her lack of cooperation while probing Clinton scandals in the 1990s. Yet he agreed to give Mills immunity from prosecution in his probe of Hillary’s illegal e-mails as secretary of state, where Mills was chief of staff.

As a Whitewater investigator for the Senate in the mid-1990s, Comey sought information from Mills; but wouldn’t you know, the then-deputy White House counsel claimed a burglar stole her notes.

Comey concluded that Hillary Clinton ordered Mills to block investigators. The obstruction, the Senate committee found, included the “destruction of documents” and other “highly improper . . . misconduct.”
Two years later, Mills was in the middle of another Hillary scandal, involving the then-first lady’s integration of White House and Democratic National Committee computer databases.

Dilbert Creator Scott Adams Explains Why He Switched His Endorsement To Trump

As most of you know, I had been endorsing Hillary Clinton for president, for my personal safety, because I live in California. It isn’t safe to be a Trump supporter where I live. And it’s bad for business too. But recently I switched my endorsement to Trump, and I owe you an explanation. So here it goes...

1. Things I Don’t Know: There are many things I don’t know. For example, I don’t know the best way to defeat ISIS. Neither do you. I don’t know the best way to negotiate trade policies. Neither do you. I don’t know the best tax policy to lift all boats. Neither do you. My opinion on abortion is that men should follow the lead of women on that topic because doing so produces the most credible laws. So on most political topics, I don’t know enough to make a decision. Neither do you, but you probably think you do.

Given the uncertainty about each candidate – at least in my own mind – I have been saying I am not smart enough to know who would be the best president. That neutrality changed when Clinton proposed raising estate taxes. I understand that issue and I view it as robbery by government.

Read more here...

2. Confiscation of Property: Clinton proposed a new top Estate Tax of 65% on people with net worth over $500 million. Her website goes to great length to obscure the actual policy details, including the fact that taxes would increase on lower value estates as well. See the total lack of transparency here, where the text simply refers to going back to 2009 rates. It is clear that the intent of the page is to mislead, not inform.

So don’t fall for the claim that Clinton has plenty of policy details on her website. She does, but it is organized to mislead, not to inform. That’s far worse than having no details.

Obama Thinks US Sovereignty Overrated, Should Cede Freedoms to UN

"I am convinced that in the long run, giving up some freedom of action... enhances our security"
On Tuesday President Obama met with world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly where he campaigned against presidential candidate Donald Trump and national sovereignty.

Amid several calls for America to open its doors to Syrian refugees, Obama went on to admit he believed the US should “constrain” its freedoms within the UN’s international laws.

And we can only realize the promise of this institution’s founding — to replace the ravages of war with cooperation — if powerful nations like my own accept constraints. Sometimes I’m criticized in my own country for professing a belief in international norms and multilateral institutions. But I am convinced that in the long run, giving up some freedom of action — not giving up our ability to protect ourselves or pursue our core interests, but binding ourselves to international rules over the long term — enhances our security. And I think that’s not just true for us.

BREAKING NEWS: SALISBURY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS SETTLE CASE WITH CITY OF SALISBURY

It was Salisbury News that was the first to deliver you this case in which SU Students challenged the Salisbury Police Department had gone overboard with these arrests. Video 1, Video 2.

While we at Salisbury News were publically criticized for publishing this very detailed story that included original video footage, I can tell you this. Settling ANY case with the State of Maryland Government Insurance Trust is extremely rare. The State Insurance Trust employs full time, qualified, experienced attorneys who are very skilled and at defeating cases that are without merit.

The individual Police Officer involved resigned from the Salisbury Police Department. The Mayor, (Jim Ireton) who unconditionally supported the Officer has returned to teaching elementary school. The SU students have since graduated and have started careers in their various fields. Mr. Luke Rommel, who represented the SU students in their criminal jury trials and this federal civil case, was reached for comment and “wishes them both the best in their future endeavors.”

Tim Kaine: If You Can’t Tell the Truth, You Can’t Be President

Vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine believes that if you can’t tell the truth, you can’t be president.

“If you can’t tell the truth, frankly, if you can’t recognize what the truth is, then you really can’t be a president, you can’t be a commander-in-chief,” he said.

Kaine made his remarks during a rally in Miami, accusing Trump of multiple lies during the presidential campaign. But Kaine made no mention of his running mate Hillary Clinton lying on serial occasions, particularly when she discussed her private email server.

In 2008, Clinton lied about landing in Bosnia “under sniper fire” in 1996 and being “dead broke” when she and her husband left the White House, and she even claimed that she tried to join the Marines in the 1970s. She lied about F.B.I. Director James Comey’s statements regarding the truth of her habit of emailing classified information.

"Sometimes Party Loyalty Asks Too Much" - Lifelong Establishment Democrat Urges Voters To Support Trump

I have been steeped in the Democratic Party all my life. My father, Jerry, was a New York City Democratic chairman and power broker, and I grew up in and around the Democratic Party. When I was a young man, former senators and Democratic presidential and vice-presidential nominees Herbert Humphrey and Estes Kefauver stayed at my apartment and we would proudly discuss the great traditions of the Democratic Party.

My father was a pallbearer at St. Patrick’s for Bobby Kennedy’s funeral. When I was young, Robert F. Kennedy and John F. Kennedy were (and remain) my political heroes. Four years ago, former New York Gov. and liberal lion Mario Cuomo spoke at my father’s funeral. I think his son, current Gov. Andrew Cuomo, is a very effective leader.

I was elected five times to the New York state Assembly as a Democrat. In 1977, I beat David Dinkins and Robert Wagner Jr. in the election for borough president of Manhattan, and then was elected twice as City Council president.

With this background it is very hard for me not to support the Democratic nominee for president this year. But I believe my party has become the party of the elites and moneyed class and has deserted its historic mission as the party of the working class and disadvantaged.

Given my level of discomfort with the current leftist orientation of the Democratic Party, I am now supporting Republican nominee Donald Trump for president. I urge my fellow Democrats to vote for Mr. Trump.

I have known him since the early 1970s and have seen his deep concern for people, and how effective he has been while working on behalf of the average citizen.

Teacher: Kids Wearing Donald Trump Gear are Racist

A high school teacher in Long Island, New York apparently has a problem with people who want to make America great again.

Veronica Welsh, a teacher at Smithtown High School, is facing significant backlash after she called students who support Donald Trump racist.

“This week is Spirit Week at Smithtown HS West,” she wrote on her personal Facebook page. “It’s easy to spot which students are racist by the Trump gear they’re sporting for USA Day.”

Ms. Welsh sounds like your average, run-of-the-mill liberal indoctrinator who enjoys bullying children.

Patriotic Americans around Smithtown are fuming.

FIVE TIMES Lester Holt Shilled for Hillary Clinton at First Debate

NBC News’ Lester Holt had his “Candy Crowley” moment at the first debate of the 2016 presidential election on Monday night, bowing to pressure from the Hillary Clinton campaign and the liberal media by “fact-checking” Republican nominee Donald Trump on the question of his support for the Iraq War.

Holt lived up to the expectations of his peers. But he lived down to the worst expectations of conservatives, who routinely see Republican candidates treated unfairly by debate moderators.

Again and again, Holt asked Trump tough questions that were straight from the Clinton campaign’s talking points, and which were obvious set-ups for Clinton to attack (and for fact-checkers to pounce on whatever Trump asserted in his own defense).

Here are the five worst examples.

Do White Lives Matter in Charlotte? Internet Outrage Grows After Protests Turn Violent

The ongoing protests in Charlotte over the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott has some outraged observers wondering if “white lives matter.”

Influential finance blogger Zero Hedge, among others, have drawn attention to a video posted on social media that appears to show Charlotte protestors “beating, dragging, stripping, and laughing at an innocent white man.”

Trump Questions Why Lester Holt Didn't Ask About Hillary 'Scandals,' Benghazi, Foundation, Emails

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump called out the moderator of the previous night’s president debate NBC “Nightly News” anchor Lester Holt for not questioning his opponent Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on certain aspects of her past.

Trump pointed specifically at the September 11, 2012 attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and questions about her family charity the Clinton Foundation.

“He didn’t ask her about her emails,” Trump said. “He didn’t ask her about her scandals. He didn’t ask her about the Benghazi deal that she destroyed. He didn’t ask her about a lot of things she should have been asked about. You know, there’s no question about it. He didn’t ask her about her foundation. Why? I don’t know. I mean, I didn’t think he did a bad job. You know, when you look at – you watch the last four questions. He hit me on birther. He hit me on a housing deal from many years ago that I settled with no recourse and no guilt. He asked me about that. That’s a beauty to be asked, you know a 40-year-old lawsuit or older.’

Obama Shut Down Whistleblower Program Revealing 1,811 Aliens Granted Citizenship

Under the Obama administration, 1,811 aliens from terrorist countries were granted U.S. citizenship instead of being deported—and the Obama administration ended the program that uncovered the extensive fraud.

Originally, the Associated Press reported that the aliens’ fingerprints were not in searchable government databases, allowing them to apply for citizenship under different names and birthdays.

The scope of the problem is massive: “Fingerprints are missing from federal databases for as many as 315,000 immigrants with final deportation orders or who are fugitive criminals,” the Associated Press stated. “Immigration and Customs Enforcement has not reviewed about 148,000 of those immigrants’ files to add fingerprints to the digital record.”

Three of the aliens under final deportation orders who were granted citizenship gained access to secure commercial airliner areas and maritime facilities. Another is working as a law enforcement officer.

But the Obama administration shut down that program, the Office of Inspector General found:

Hillary Clinton Sponsored Secretive Arab Spring Program that Destabilized Middle East

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. State Department under the leadership of Secretary Hillary Clinton continued a program to embolden foreign, revolutionary, social media activists to agitate for regime change in various parts of the world. The program arguably had major, detrimental consequences for the trajectory of the Middle East.

Recent leaks show a memo that top Clinton aide Huma Abedin sent to her boss stating, “I’m giving you credit for inspiring the ‘peaceful’ protests,” with regard to Egypt, with quotation marks around the word “peaceful.”

The United States government is believed to have utilized a program called the Alliance of Youth Movements Summit, co-founded by a close Hillary Clinton adviser, to provide networking opportunities for an activist plotting to overthrow Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak several years before the “Arab Spring” protests that led to widespread regime change in the Middle East.

COMMISSIONERS REMAIN COMMITTED TO CONSTRUCTING A NEW SHOWELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Because there’s been a lot of buzz in the media regarding plans to construct a new Showell Elementary School (SES), the Commissioners want to assure the public that they remain committed to constructing an affordable new school that is attractive, safe, and affords a climate that is conducive to learning.

The Commissioners took the first step toward making a new SES a reality on October 6, 2015, when they approved the Pro Forma cost estimate to construct a new, 90,000-square-foot SES at a total project cost of $37,181,000. At that time, they also approved funding of $225,000 to Becker Morgan Group to complete the Educational Specifications and Schematic Design phases for the SES project.

On September 20, 2016, BOE and Becker Morgan officials presented plans to the Commissioners for a 94,866-square-foot SES at an estimated cost of $45,967,959. Though no formal action was taken on the plans at that time, the Commissioners will meet with BOE officials again next Tuesday, October 4, to further discuss the design plans.

DHS Rubber-Stamping Citizenships Prior to Election

Agency waving security checks to register new immigrant voters

DHS is approving as many citizenship applications as possible in an effort to directly influence the the presidential election, internal documents show.

Senate Republicans obtained an email showing a Texas immigration office demanding volunteers to work overtime in an effort to grant as many people citizenship as possible before the end of September, giving them time to register to vote before the election in November.

The July memo, from a branch chief at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service’s Houston office, said the goal was to approve as many citizenship applications as possible “due to the election year.”

Jeff Sessions Pushes Back Against Clinton’s Suggestion of Global Right to Immigrate

Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions pushed back against Hillary Clinton campaign’s “radical” suggestion that foreign nationals living in foreign countries have a global right to immigrate to the United States.

As Byron York first reported, earlier this week, Clinton’s campaign indicated that she believes the world has a global right to immigrate to the United States—a position that essentially dissolves the United States’ status as a sovereign nation.
York explained that on Monday, Donald Trump delivered a speech in which he declared, “We want people to come into our country, but they have to come in legally, through a process. … No one has a right to immigrate to this country.”
As John Hinderaker noted, such a statement should be understood as a truism. However, via Twitter, Clinton’s campaign responded directly to Trump’s statement and indicated that she “disagreed” with it:

"No one has the right to immigrate to this country." —Donald Trump during his rally in Florida today

We disagree. http://hrc.io/2d3ulcQ

FBI Releases 189 Documents From Clinton Email Investigation

Platte River Networks employees refer to 'coverup operation

The FBI released 189 documents late Friday night from their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.

The documents include communications from IT employees who referred to an effort to delete Clinton’s emails as “Hillary coverup operation,” according to the Washington Examiner. The emails were sent by employees at Platte River Networks, a firm hired to help manage Clinton’s server.

An employee from Platte River Networks has been granted immunity by the Department of Justice. Two refused to testify at a congressional hearing on the matter.

If Hillary loses, Democrats face a long time in exile

There’s been lots of speculation about the fate of the Republican Party if (as most of the prognosticators expect and hope) Donald Trump loses. There’s been less speculation, though recent polling suggests it may be in order, about the fate of the Democratic Party if Hillary Clinton loses.

Certainly there’s reason to think — or fear — the Republican Party will change. Republicans likely won’t supply the bulk of support for free-trade agreements as they increasingly have for 40 years. Prominent Republicans probably won’t press for mass legalization of illegal immigrants, as they did in 2006, 2007 and 2013.

If Trump loses, the Republican electorate will have become more downscale and elderly — a continuation of a process that’s been in train since the middle 1990s. The long-term migration of voters southward along Interstate 95 will have made the East Coast just about as solidly Democratic as the West Coast, leaving a Republican rump in the interior South and the Great Plains.

Fresh proof the FBI’s Hillary email probe was a joke

Yet another surprise revelation suggests strongly that the FBI’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s e-mail mess was anything but a by-the-book investigation.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) said he learned only Friday that the Justice Department gave immunity deals to Clinton’s former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and two other aides. That brings to five the number of Clintonistas who got a pass in exchange for testimony and/or information.

But what makes it especially significant in Mills’ case is that she was allowed to sit in on Clinton’s FBI interview, asserting attorney-client privilege on Hillary’s behalf. This, even though Mills was herself a witness, even a potential subject of, the investigation.

Indeed, she was a key player in the process that deleted tens of thousands of Clinton e-mails — many later found to be classified — before the FBI could subpoena them.

Colorado voter fraud revealed: Slew of ballots cast by the dead

A CBS affiliate’s evidence of voter fraud in Colorado has sparked an immediate investigation by Secretary of State Wayne Williams.

Election sleuthing by Brian Maass of KCNC-TV in Denver exposed multiple instances in recent years where dead Coloradans were still voting. A dead World War II veteran named John Grosso voted in a 2006 primary election, and a woman named Sara Sosa who died in 2009 cast ballots in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Mrs. Sosa’s husband Miguel died in 2008, but a vote was cast in his name one year later.

“This is the kind of thing you hear rumored, joked about in Chicago, that kind of thing,” Mr. Maasssaid during a Thursday evening broadcast. “Tonight, that changes. We did find voter fraud in Colorado that essentially waters down your vote.”

At one point Mr. Maass‘ investigation led him to the Colorado Springs home of Sarilu Sosa-Sanchez, the daughter of Mrs. Sosa. The reporter received the cold shoulder when he asked the homeowner about her mother’s “voting” record.

“Go talk to someone else,” the woman said. “I don’t have to clear anything up. I don’t know what that has to do with me.”

Loss of FBI Reputation Irredeemable: James Comey Will Resign

Via The Daily Bell

Fresh proof the FBI’s Hillary email probe was a joke … Yet another surprise revelation suggests strongly that the FBI’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s e-mail mess was anything but a by-the-book investigation. The FBI’s erosion of reputation – taking place this very day and minute as a result of the Clinton email mess - could not have happened to a more deserving operation.

For 75 years, the FBI has terrorized the American public with increasing vigor and brutality. Much of the FBI “crimes” it focuses on – insider trading and the like – weren’t even thought to be criminal a few decades ago.

It is increasingly clear that the drug-dealing prosecuted by the FBI takes place at the highest levels of America’s political office. Enough has been reported (certainly in the alternative media) about Clinton/Bush/CIA cocaine or heroin dealings to generate what may be a believable profile of these operations.

When it comes to white collar banking crime, the American public is increasingly skeptical about the engine of the industry – central banks themselves.

Wells Fargo Slammed With $2.6 Billion Lawsuit By Terminated Workers

In the first legal action brought by fired employees of America's largest mortgage lender and Warren Buffett's favorite bank - about whose criminal activity he was vowed not to say a word until after the election to avoid bringing attention to Hillary's hypocrisy of slamming Wells' illegal tactics even as she accepts support and money from Wells' biggest shareholder - two former Wells Fargo employees filed a class action in California seeking $2.6 billion from managers who fueled the creation of fake accounts on behalf of workers who tried to meet aggressive sales quotas without engaging in fraud, and were then demoted, forced to resign or fired.

The lawsuit (Polonsky v. Wells Fargo Bank & Co., BC634475, California Superior Court, Los Angeles County ) filed on Thursday, alleged that "Wells Fargo fired or demoted employees who failed to meet unrealistic quotas while at the same time providing promotions to employees who met these quotas by opening fraudulent accounts."

The lawsuit on behalf of people who worked for Wells Fargo in California over the past 10 years, including current employees, focuses on those who followed the rules and were penalized for not meeting sales quotas. It accuses Wells Fargo of wrongful termination, unlawful business practices and failure to pay wages, overtime, and penalties under California law.

It also offers details of how low-level bankers were allegedly pushed to create at least 10 new accounts a day in a sales initiative that has blown up into a scandal and prompted U.S. lawmakers to call for Chief Executive Officer John Stumpf’s resignation. Bankers were “coached” to secretly open fee-generating accounts and often resorted to using false customer contact information like NoName@WellsFargo.com on accounts so they couldn’t be traced back, according to the complaint.

Salisbury To Create Law To Eliminate Toy & BB Guns

You heard me right, much like the Presidential Debate last night where Hillary Clinton clearly pushed for more laws to tell Americans what they can or can't do and or how our children must be raised, Salisbury wants to eliminate toy guns. Next they'll be trying to close the Red Light District Toys too. Oh, wait, they already did that too, didn't they.

I don't care if the gun is fake or real. If an adult pulls out either one, SHOOT THEM! They know exactly what's coming and guess what Chief Duncan, they can't shoot first, (or back) if the gun is fake.

ICE Director Defends Returning $113M in Funds for Detention, Removal of Illegals

(CNSNews.com) - The director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Thursday defended her agency’s decision to return $113 million in funds allocated for the detention and removal of illegal immigrants in FY 2015.

“Your organization operates with limited resources, and yet, in fiscal year 2015, you gave back to the Department of Homeland Security $113 million in funds that were specifically appropriated for detention and removal. Why did you give this money back given the problems that were decided by Mr. Smith and the fact as Mr. Conyers noted you have limited resources to begin with?” House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) asked at a committee hearing on ICE oversight.

“Our statistics alone with respect to the beds, those are filled with people with one or more convictions that we are preparing to remove from the country. Last year, we had some beds that were not filled. This year, we have the opposite problem. We have more people in beds than we can afford, but we’re working very hard to manage that problem through the end of the fiscal year,” ICE Director Sarah Saldana explained.

Time to deflate some of these "stars"!

Subject: To the NFL commissioner

Commissioner,

I've been a season pass holder at Yankee Stadium, Yale Bowl and Giants Stadium.

I missed the '90-'91 season because I was with a battalion of Marines in Desert Storm. 14 of my wonderful Marines returned home with the American Flag draped across their lifeless bodies. My last conversation with one of them, Sgt Garrett Mongrella, was about how our Giants were going to the Super Bowl. He never got to see it.

Many friends, Marines, and Special Forces Soldiers who worked with or for me through the years returned home with the American Flag draped over their coffins.

Now I watch multi-millionaire athletes who never did anything in their lives but play a game, disrespect what brave Americans fought and died for. They are essentially spitting in the faces and on the graves of real men, men who have actually done something for this country beside playing with a ball and believing they're something special! They're not! My Marines and Soldiers were!

You are complicit in this!

You'll fine players for large and small infractions but you lack the moral courage and respect for our nation and the fallen to put an immediate stop to this. Yes, I know, it's their 1st Amendment right to behave in such a despicable manner. What would happen if they came out and disrespected you or the refs publicly?

I observed a player getting a personal foul for twerking in the end zone after scoring. I guess that's much worse than disrespecting the flag and our National Anthem.

Hmmmmm, isn't it his 1st Amendment right to express himself like an idiot in the end zone?

Why is taunting not allowed yet taunting America is OK? You fine players for wearing 9-11 commemorative shoes yet you allow scum on the sidelines to sit, kneel or pump their pathetic fist in the air. They are so deprived with their multi-million dollar contracts for playing a freaking game! You condone it all by your refusal to act. You're just as bad and disgusting as they are. I hope Americans boycott any sponsor who supports that rabble you call the NFL. I hope they turn off the TV when any team that allowed this disrespect to occur, without consequence, on the sidelines. I applaud those who have not.

Legends and heroes do NOT wear shoulder pads. They wear body armor and carry rifles. They make minimum wage and spend months and years away from their families. They don't do it for an hour on Sunday. They do it 24/7 often with lead, not footballs, coming in their direction. They watch their brothers carted off in pieces not on a gurney to get their knee iced. They don't even have ice! Many don't have legs or arms.

Some wear blue and risk their lives daily on the streets of America. They wear fire helmets and go upstairs into the fire rather than down to safety. On 9-11, hundreds vanished. They are the heroes.

I hope that your high paid protesting pretty boys and you look in that mirror when you shave tomorrow and see what you really are, legends in your own minds. You need to hit the road and take those worms with you!

Time to change the channel.

Netanyahu Promises:,'We'll Remove All the Illegal Aliens From Southern Tel Aviv'

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday evening vowed that the government would work to remove all the illegal infiltrators from the neighborhoods of southern Tel Aviv, which have for years been facing ongoing problems caused by infiltrators from Eritrea and Sudan.

His comments came at a toast in honor of Rosh Hashanah with hundreds of Likud members, held at Kfar Maccabiah.

“What happens to countries that fail to keep their borders secure? They are flooded with infiltrators,” said Netanyahu, who added, “We stopped the infiltration into Israel.”

The Prime Minister promised, “60 thousand illegals entered. Until today we have already removed 20 thousand, and we will remove another 20 thousand. We'll remove all the illegal aliens because they are illegal, even the ones in southern Tel Aviv.”
