    She will rule by decree. If you think that Obama's executive decisions are something, you haven't seen anything yet.
    Given Hillary's penchant for "it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission", she'll be waving her scepter at every opportunity and creating her own policy while thumbing her nose at the Congress, the Senate and the Supreme Court.
