Celebrate paying my home payment.
ReplyDeleteSell beer, I'll need a couple with the music. Let's invite the EVO Brewery to do a mobile.
ReplyDeletesorry, forgot to sign my comment about the beer. Orsonwells
ReplyDeleteSomeone remind me please how much did the Urban League just get $$$$$? I dont even have to print the second question, do I?
ReplyDeleteIt's a start. Come have some fun, or quit complaining and let the rest of us enjoy.
ReplyDeleteThe clay group has the best show of the year at this event. It's a "not to be missed." Great prices, local artisans, I guarantee a good time for any lover of hand crafted arts.
ReplyDeleteStart it, advertise it, bring more to it, I wish it the best of luck.
ReplyDeleteurban salisbury should be spending money doing something productive, not something last minute and half-baked. i guess the plan to actually alter the landscape of downtown and improve the safety is not as much fun as a slapdash party.
ReplyDeletegood luck parking. hold on tight to your purse.
Who wants to bet me that the negative comments are either Barrie Tilghman or Lynn Cathcart??????
ReplyDeletei posted one, and i don't know who lynn cathart is. i assume someone in government you don't like.
ReplyDeleteyou chose not to post my reply that there are many far more organized events locally that people could be attending that aren't a big waste. i guess you assumed it was from the old mayor. in any event, urban salisbury PROMISED big changes, not yet another stupid non-festival. i called several places downtown today to ask who, what, where, and would there be bands? where and when? i repeatedly heard opposing stories and confusion.
you go, mr. albero, have a good time, and let us know how close you had to crop the photos to make it look like there was anyone there or anything going on.
If Parker Place is participating in it...I'm in. I trust Ann's judgement.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this.
If Salisbury Taxpayer knew anything about downtown revitalization or urban salisbury, he/she wouldn't have posted such a dumb remark.
ReplyDeleteStay home ST. Pay your taxes. There are people who are trying to make things better. You're not one of them.
Sell beer, I'll need a couple with the music. Let's invite the EVO Brewery to do a mobile.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea, I haven't tried it yet and that would draw me there for sure. I'll be there.
Good move Jim, Salisbury needs to heal and move on. The bitterness of the last election almost matches that of the presidential election of 2000.
It's time to move forward.
How could anyone have a problem with a regularly occurring downtown event, meant to spur more people into involvement?
ReplyDeleteHow is that a BAD thing, people?
