A Viewer Writes: I wish I got paid to read to students

  1. I think this is pretty much part of the job for any politicians. All the way up to President of the US. Good community outreach and I can’t imagine how anyone would be offended by this.

    1. If it was Christ Almighty himself in the picture reading to these kids, some of these people would find fault with it.

  3. You would have to be able to read first...
I understand the feelings for this bozo but c’mon, even when a bozo is doing a good thing, give props when props are due.

  4. Imagine your parents paying for you to attend UMD College Park, Carnegie Mellon, and Oxford...and you still have to ask your Daddy for a job at Perdue after all that?

  5. I agree with 8:47. He's doing a good thing and you still give him sh!t.
Not unlike CNN dumping on Trump. When someone does good, give them credit no matter how much you dislike him.

  6. Invest 4 years of study, get a teaching degree, pass the Praxis exam, and get your wish. You can get paid for reading to kids! Plus the extra benefit of grading papers and breaking up fights and lunch duty and attending parent meetings plus listening to all the fools complaining about how easy you have it.

  7. There were 3 different posts on this Jack A$$ reading to our kids in the Wicomico County Schools. And this clown wants to get a full-time salary as the mare of Salisbury? This proves that there is no need for a full time paid mare in the Ghetto 'Bury. Especially when the city is run by a full-time city administratory and 2 fulltime assistant administrators. All four are millennial know-nothings who have never had real jobs. I hate to say it but Barrie Tilghman knew how to run the city better than this clown. The City of Salisbury reminds me of a Summer Camp ran by part-time high school kids.

    "Mare Day's valiant attempt" LMAO

City of Salisbury, Maryland was live.

Watch Mayor Day's valiant attempt to get through the tongue twisters in Fox in Socks. 😂

  8. They're hiring substitute teachers and teachers' aides all the time, so your wish can come true anytime you like.

  13. As a county taxpayer, I am sick and tired of seeing mare Jake Day in the school system posting photo op pictures. Jake Day nor the City of Salisbury contribute NOTHING to the school system and they need to stay out of the schools pushing thier liberal agenda.

Donna Hanlin, you are a POS just like Jake Day is and we are going to pressure the BOE to not renew your contract. If they don't listen then we will make every effort to defeat them in their bid for re-election.
