Las Vegas Sheriff Joseph Lombardo told a press briefing an officer was shot around 11 p.m. Monday night and is in critical condition and on life support at University Medical Center.
Lombardo said officers were dealing with a large group of rioters at a George Floyd protest near the Circus Circus hotel-casino when the officer went down.
Rioters were allegedly throwing rocks and debris at the officers before the officer was shot, KTNV Las Vegas reports.
“Our officers were attempting to take rocks and bottles from the crowd,” said Lombardo during the press conference. “Officers were attempting to get some of the protesters in custody when a shot rang out and our officer went down.”
SWAT and K9 at the scene responded and were able to apprehend the suspected shooter while a second shooting was also notified:

Democrats’ Chickens Come Home to Roost
There’s something I say all the time, only because it’s true: Frankenstein’s monster always returns to the castle to destroy it.” There are many other ways to put it: chickens coming home to roost, you reap what you sow, etc., – and it’s all true. That adage came true again this weekend as left-wing mobs turned on left-wing cities that have elected left-wing politicians for generations, many in left-wing states, and burned much of them to the ground. The monster came home.
Conservatives have been warning about the dangers of Antifa and other left-wing groups for years. No one in the Democrat media listened.
More than that, they cheered them on; defended them. Why not? After all, they were chanting the right things and targeting the right people, from the left’s perspective.
No progressive group would condemn them: Black Lives Matter didn’t, the Women’s March didn’t, CNN didn’t. They were helpful in beefing up numbers and energy at protests and marches Democrats deemed helpful. What did it matter if they threw a few rocks or Molotov cocktails? They were throwing them at police, a group those silent partner groups had declared the enemy – “What do we want?” “Dead cops!” “When do we want it?” “Now!” They weren’t about to criticize their own team.
But now those team members have turned unhelpful, so it’s game on.

Trump says NYC has been 'lost' to 'looters and lowlife scum'
The NYPD is cracking down ahead of a third night of carnage across Manhattan by canceling all office leave after failing to control looters on Monday night despite doubling its presence from 4,000 to 8,000 officers.
All non-essential traffic will be banned across Manhattan beneath 96th Street starting at 8pm tonight as the NYPD gears up for another night of carnage, the third in a row.
Earlier on Tuesday, de Blasio brought the curfew forward from 11pm until 8pm after another night of violence and crime that saw looters pillage Fifth Avenue, Union Square, Madison Square, Flatiron and parts of Soho.
Since the rioting began in New York City, more than 700 people have been arrested, according to NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea on Tuesday morning. A citywide curfew from 8pm until 5am is in place until Sunday.

South Philly gunstore owner guarding shop overnight shoots, kills armed looter: report
A 67-year-old South Philadelphia gun store owner shot and killed a man he said was looting his business for what he suspects is the second night in a row.
Greg Isabella, who owns the Firing Line Inc, one of the oldest gun shops in the city, said he saw a group of looters on his surveillance video breaking a padlock on his gate using bolt cutters and descending on his shop in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred just after 4 a.m. when Isabella then confronted the thieves, and one -- in a group of what he says consisted of 3 or 4 people-- pointed a gun at him, according to reports by Fox affiliate WTFX.

Donald Trump: Save New York City and Call up the National Guard
President Donald Trump on Tuesday demanded New York leaders call up the National Guard to defend the city.
“CALL UP THE NATIONAL GUARD,” Trump wrote on Twitter in all-caps with the hashtag #SAVENYC.
The president criticized leaders for placing an 11:00 p.m. curfew on the city, arguing it was too late.
“New York City put on an 11:00 P.M. CURFEW last night,” he wrote. “No wonder they ripped the place apart. Should be 7:00 P.M.”
Trump commented after New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a press conference New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio refused assistance from the state’s National Guard on Monday night, which led to widespread rioting and looting.

Joe Biden Appears to Blame Police for Riots: They ‘Escalate Tension’
Vice President Joe Biden blamed police for “escalating[ing] tension” across the nation in a speech delivered Tuesday in Philadelphia’s city hall to respond to President Donald Trump’s nationwide crackdown on violent protest and looting.
Biden spoke on the morning after protests over the killing of George Floyd by police in Minneapolis, Minnesota, had once again erupted into violence and looting in many cities.
Biden criticized violent protest, but also blamed police:
There’s no place for violence, no place for looting or destroying property or burning churches or destroying businesses, many of them built by the very people of color who are [for] the first time in their lives are beginning to realize their dreams and build wealth for their families. Nor is it acceptable for our police, sworn to protect and serve all people, to escalate tension, resort to excessive violence. We need to distinguish between legitimate, peaceful protests and opportunistic violent destruction.
It was not immediately clear what Biden meant, though the New York Times claimed, inaccurately, on Sunday that police had responded to protests with greater force.
In many cities, in fact, many residents complained that police had retreated in the face of widespread looting and destruction in Santa Monica, Philadelphia, and other cities.

Ending the riots is as simple as letting the police do their jobs
Restoring order to America’s cities isn’t a complicated proposition.
All it requires is resources and determination, and a firm rejection of the longstanding progressive fallacy that an overwhelming police presence is “provocative” and “escalatory” and must be avoided.
As has been established across decades of civil disturbances, it is police passivity that emboldens mobs. When the cops stand by, or don’t show up or, even worse, run away, it is a permission slip for destruction. They might as well supply the spray paint, bricks and hammers for the crowds, and beckon them into the local Target or Nike store to take whatever they want.
Out-of-control looting is almost always a failure of municipal resolve or police tactics, and we have seen plenty of just such cowardice and foolishness over the last several days, most notably in Minneapolis, ground zero for this spasm of urban disorder.
In a display of sloppy wishful thinking at the worst possible time, the city’s leaders decided last week to vacate the 3rd Police Precinct.
Mayor Jacob Frey explained that they believed this would be “a way to both help de-escalate and prevent hand-to-hand combat.” Instead, it allowed for a major escalation, as protesters gleefully torched the police building, in the worst symbol of official abdication of this crisis so far.
During the first couple of nights of violence, Minneapolis barely managed to arrest anyone.

Antifa arrests coming, concerns over riots heading to suburbia, government source says
Agitators behind the rioting that has paralyzed the country over the past week want to move into more suburban areas, a government intelligence source has told Fox News.'
Much of the worry stems from the notion that many in well-armed, suburban, and rural neighborhoods won't hesitate to exercise their Second Amendment rights and elevated anxieties could lead to heavy confrontation.
"Antifa knows this," said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. "Local and state authorities have to get a grip on this because if it moves to the suburbs, more people will die."
Several analysts pointed to places that have served as something of "testbed" locations – including Madison, Wis., which was ransacked Saturday night, along with quiet pockets of Charleston, S.C.

Buchanan: Assaulted & Vilified, The Cops Save The Cities
On the fifth night of rioting, looting and arson in Minneapolis, the criminal elements were driven from the streets.
By whom? By the same cops who had been the constant objects of media derision and mob hatred.
Without the thin blue line, far larger sectors of dozens of America’s cities would be in ruins, burned to the ground by the mobs that showered police and their vehicles with rocks, bricks, bottles, Molotov cocktails and any debris that could be thrown at them.
Because they were the first responders in these riots, the cops were the first targets of criminal assault and the last line of defense of the law-abiding.
Wherever they had to draw back or pull back, anarchy ensued.
Consider the decision of Mayor Jacob Frey and Police Chief Medaria Arradondo to surrender and abandon the 3rd Precinct. As police cars pulled out and the cops fled, the exhilarated rabble invaded, pillaged and burned the precinct.
And America saw, in astonishment, a triumph of anarchy.
One wonders what the world thought as it, too, watched.
Now, consider the political coloration of Minneapolis.
Frey, who ordered the surrender, is a far-left Democrat. Gov. Tim Walz is a liberal Democrat, as are both U.S. senators including Amy Klobuchar. Minneapolis Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is a soul sister of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Minnesota was the political home of Vice Presidents Hubert Humphrey and Walter Mondale and Senators Eugene McCarthy and Paul Wellstone, liberal icons all. The state has not voted Republican for president since 1972. Even Ronald Reagan never carried Minnesota.
Yet, of his home state, this citadel of liberalism, Walz said last week, “Systemic racism must be addressed if we are to secure, justice, peace and order for all Minnesotans.”

Shocking Evidence Suggests Coordinated Effort To Orchestrate An Uprising Inside The United States
Violence has erupted in major cities all over America yet again today, and we are being told to brace ourselves for more rioting, looting and civil unrest in the days ahead. The death of George Floyd was a great tragedy, and the vast majority of Americans agree that we do not want to see that sort of police brutality in our nation, and so this should actually be a moment that brings our country together. But instead, America is being torn apart. The protests against police brutality have been hijacked by sinister forces, and they are attempting to channel the outrage over George Floyd’s death in a very violent direction. As you will see below, law enforcement authorities all over the U.S. are telling us that they have identified a highly organized effort to orchestrate violence, and this appears to be happening on a nationwide basis.
Let’s start by looking at what is happening in New York. According to the top terrorism official in the entire city, “certain anarchist groups” were making preparations for “violent interactions with police” before protests in the city even began...
On Sunday night, New York’s top terrorism cop, Deputy Commissioner for Intelligence and Counterterrorism John Miller, detailed his office’s analysis and investigation into why the New York City protests have become so violent and damaging at times.
“No. 1, before the protests began,” Miller said, “organizers of certain anarchist groups set out to raise bail money and people who would be responsible to be raising bail money, they set out to recruit medics and medical teams with gear to deploy in anticipation of violent interactions with police.”
And once the protests started, these groups used “a complex network of bicycle scouts” to direct rioters to locations where police officers would not be present…
“And they developed a complex network of bicycle scouts to move ahead of demonstrators in different directions of where police were and where police were not for purposes of being able to direct groups from the larger group to places where they could commit acts of vandalism including the torching of police vehicles and Molotov cocktails where they thought officers would not be.”

“These Riots Effectively Are the Largest Joe Biden Rally on Record” – Tucker Carlson Nails It – And Democrats Know He Nailed It! (VIDEO)
Tucker Carlson hit a home run in last night’s opening on his show.
Finally, we have a news person who doesn’t lie about the nature of this latest Democrat Party movement — mass protests and looting.
Tucker even called the latest violence and rioting the “the largest Joe Biden for President rally on record.”
He’s right.
And it is telling that Democrats today are attacking President Trump and not the looters and cop killers.

Virginia governor REFUSED to send his National Guard to Washington DC
The governor of Virginia refused to send his National Guard troops across the Potomac River into Washington D.C., despite a request from the White House for the state to deploy its guardsmen to help disperse protesters.
'I am not going to send our men and women in uniform of a very proud National Guard to Washington for a photo-op,' Governor Ralph Northam, a Democrat, said at a press conference in Richmond on Tuesday.
White House officials also inquired about taking control of Washington D.C.'s police force as President Donald Trump sought to retake control of the situation after protests broke out over the country in the wake of the death of George Floyd.
Northam denied a request from the Pentagon for Virginia send between 3,000 and 5,000 members of its National Guard to the nation's capitol.

BLACK WOMAN WEEPS WHILE WALKING THROUGH LOOTED STORE: “I CAN’T EVEN FEED MY DAMN KIDS”
‘My momma can’t get her medicine’
A woman walking through a looted store on the southside of Chicago wept as she saw the destruction of the business she went into hoping to get food for her children and medicine for her grandmother.
“I’m walking through filth like I’m an animal. I feel like a God damn sewer rat. None of this is cool, my momma can’t get her medicine. What is she going to do without her medicine?” the sobbing woman asked.
Continuing, she added, “I got babies who need formula. Everything is gone and y’all out here stealing formula and selling it for double the price.”

George W. Bush breaks silence on George Floyd's killing
Former President George W. Bush broke his silence Tuesday afternoon on the death of George Floyd, the Minneapolis black man who was killed by a white officer on Memorial Day.
Bush said that he and former first lady Laura Bush were 'anguished by the brutal suffocation' of Floyd and disturbed by what they've seen since, chiming in on the side of legitimate protests, seemingly a veiled rebuke at President Trump.
'It is a strength when protesters, protected by responsible law enforcement, march for a better future,' Bush said.
He added that 'looting is not liberation, and destruction is not progress.'
'But we also know that lasting peace in our communities requires truly equal justice,' the ex-president said.

Election spending boosted by secret money tops $100M as IRS ends donor reporting rules
Political groups that don’t fully disclose their sources of funding have already spent more than $100 million to influence 2020 races, a figure that is sure to rise as “dark money” backed super PACsunload their unprecedented cash reserves.
Dark money groups such as political nonprofits that don’t disclose their donors have spent nearly $14 million to influence 2020 races, according to Federal Election Commission filings. “Grey money” outside groups that disclose a portion of their funding — such as super PACs that take money from shell companies or political nonprofits — have spent over $89 million.
By choosing to keep their donors secret, these groups leave voters in the dark as to exactly who is funding their political activities. Under a new Trump administration regulation, the Internal Revenue Service won’t know either.

WATCH: Black Business Owner Dismantles Looters' Claim That 'Black Lives Matter'
Americans across the country have taken to the streets to protest the wrongful killing of George Floyd, an unarmed African American man who was killed when a white police officer pressed and held his knee into Floyd's neck. The officer kept his knee on Floyd's neck for several minutes even after there was no response from Floyd, which ultimately lead to his death.
Various groups, including Antifa, have hijacked the George Floyd protests across the country. Those that do that are not peaceful. They do not want justice. They are merely seeking an opportunity to steal from others and they are using the Black Lives Matter movement as cover. It's something a black business owner in New York City took issue with.
"The problem that bothers me is you said, 'Black Lives Matter.' I worked here part-time," she said, pointing to the business behind her. "Plus I'm a part owner of this store. You said, 'Black Lives Matter.' Why don't' you choke me? I'm black."
"Look what you did to my store. Look! Look what you did to my store," she said pointing.
The camera panders over a pile of garbage and debris a couple of feet away.
"Look at the things you've done. Look," she said, pointing to the pile. "We've been here all night cleaning up, all night cleaning."
Another lady jumps into the frame.
"And you got black people standing right here with her," the second lady said.

County Executive Calvin Ball Statement on Howard County Demonstration
ELLICOTT CITY, MD – County Executive Calvin Ball released the following statement addressing the Governor’s announcement this evening:
“Governor Hogan has given individual counties and regions the discretion to review our own data and make decisions about when it is appropriate for us to relax certain restrictions. Howard County does not meet many of the criteria that the Governor outlined in his four building blocks to reopen.”
Ball continued, “Our testing capacity has increased; however, we have only tested about 2% of our Howard County population, or nearly 6,000 individuals to date. Based on modeling to understand full exposure, we need to test up to 6,500 individuals a week. The Governor has demonstrated a commitment to acquire more testing, however these tests will likely go to larger jurisdictions first. Additionally, we do not yet have a robust contact tracing operation, we have 11 out of 45 positions currently filled, and need more time to achieve 15 contact tracers per 100,000 residents. Howard County has also not seen a decrease in cases or hospitalizations over the last 14 days, and borders six jurisdictions, a majority of which have significant case rates.”
“Lastly, while we have ramped up our supply of PPE, it is still scarce and reopening sectors of our economy will increase demand making it more difficult to secure a safe stockpile.
We do not have the building blocks in place that the Governor has outlined necessary for Stage One of reopening.
“We will continue to make decisions based on these data, and on the safety and welfare of our residents.”

Candace Owens: Democrats ‘Burned Our Economy’, Now They Support ‘Burning Entire Cities’
The Democrat Party “burned down our economy, impoverishing millions“, in 2020, according to Candace Owens, who warns that Democrats are now supporting the burning down of “entire cities” as an “act of war” against a duly elected president.
According to Owens, the Democratic Party is “trying to inspire a race war” in an election year in collusion with the mainstream media. She is urging her African American compatriots to stop rioting and acting “like a trained chimpanzee every single time the media runs a story.“
“That’s how you have to be black? Listen to your psychological conditioning,” Owens said.

First they burned down our economy, impoverishing millions through the lie of #coronavirus virulence.
Now they support burning down entire cities.
This year has been an act of war against
and the people that voted for him.
The Democrats are truly evil.

Biden Proposes Training Cops to Shoot Attackers in the Leg to Reduce Fatalities
Joe Biden on Monday suggested that police forces could train officers to shoot attackers in the legs in order to reduce potential fatalities.
There is “the idea that instead of standing there and teaching a cop when there’s an unarmed person, coming at him with a knife or something, to shoot him in the leg instead of in the heart,” Biden said. “There’s a lot of different things [policies] that can change.”
Biden made his remarks while meeting with African American community leaders at the Bethel AME Church in Wilmington, Del. The former vice president was discussing the widespread protests touched off by the killing of George Floyd, an African American man, at the hands of white police officers in Minneapolis, Minn.
Protests have spread from Minneapolis to major U.S. cities including New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles. The demonstrations have been widely varied in makeup, with some instances of peaceful protests and others that have devolved into riots with widespread looting.

Trump says GOP 'forced' to seek other state to host convention, slamming North Carolina governor
President Trump announced late Tuesday that Republicans are "forced" to seek another state to host their convention, saying North Carolina's governor was "still in Shelter-In-Place Mode" and had "refused to guarantee that we can have use of the Spectrum Arena" in Charlotte, despite earlier assurances.
The president didn't name an alternative venue. Earlier in the day, GOP officials said they had started visiting potential alternative sites after Gov. Roy Cooper, a Democrat, told them the coronavirus pandemic required them to prepare for a scaled-back event if they wanted to hold it in Charlotte.
"Had long planned to have the Republican National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, a place I love," Trump wrote on Twitter. "Now, @NC_Governor Roy Cooper and his representatives refuse to guarantee that we can have use of the Spectrum Arena - Spend millions of dollars, have everybody arrive, and then tell them they will not be able to gain entry. Governor Cooper is still in Shelter-In-Place Mode, and not allowing us to occupy the arena as originally anticipated and promised. Would have showcased beautiful North Carolina to the World, and brought in hundreds of millions of dollars, and jobs, for the State. Because of @NC_Governor, we are now forced to seek another State to host the 2020 Republican National Convention."

NY Attorney General Letitia James Threatens to Sue Trump Over Possible Military Deployment to Save Looted and Destroyed New York City
Police officers in New York City were beaten and run over by a car in three separate attacks on Monday night.
The attacks were all caught on video.
Looting and rioting in Manhattan was described by a reporter as “complete anarchy”. One police officer was seen lying injured on the sidewalk.
“Hard to describe how rampant the looting was tonight in Midtown Manhattan and how lawless it was. Complete anarchy. Literally hundreds of stores up and down Broadway, Fifth Ave, Sixth Ave. Kids ruling the streets like it was a party.”

AG Barr Responds to Judge Emmet Sullivan’s Actions in General Flynn Case with Massive Fire Power
Not only did the Department of Justice respond to corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan’s actions in the General Flynn case yesterday, but they did so with massive fire power.
The Barr Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last month after bombshell documents were released that proved Flynn was framed by Comey’s FBI.
But the Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a shocking, political, move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn.
Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.

Larry Johnson: Why Are Democrat Leaders Persecuting Law Abiding Citizens and Letting Criminals Walk?
The COVOID crisis juxtaposed with the George Floyd riots has fully exposed the double standard that Democrats, as well as some RINO Governors (i.e., Republican In Name Only), apply to average citizens trying to go about normal life and their total surrender to anarchists. The contrast is stark.
A good friend of mine with a condo that sits on the beach in Pompano, Florida–that is Broward County–was out jogging along the waterfront seven weeks ago. He was the only one on the beach as far as the eye could see until two police on ATVs showed up and threatened him with arrest if he did not get off the beach. He posed no risk to anyone and was not threatening property, but that did not matter to Broward cops who were acting at the behest of Broward County offiicials.
We now know that this kind of stupidity is not limited to Broward County, Florida. It is rampant in most Democrat led states, counties and cities across the United States as well as some ostensibly Republican led states (Maryland and Massachusetts come to mind). These control freaks are enraged if citizens demand to assemble in church or synagogue or mosque in groups larger than 10. “This cannot be allowed”, they shout.

Trump mobilizes US military to end unprecedented riots
WASHINGTON — President Trump on Monday invoked a law from 1807 allowing him to send military forces to states rocked by unrest over the death of George Floyd in a sudden White House Rose Garden address interrupted by the sounds of protesters being cleared out by police nearby.
“We cannot allow the righteous cries of peaceful protesters to be drowned out by an angry mob,” Trump said, declaring himself the “president of law and order” while blaming extremist groups such as Antifa for the unrest.
It was last used in 1992 by President George H.W. Bush to quell the LA riots, which were sparked by the police beating of Rodney King.
“If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them,” Trump said of the act.
Under the Civil War-era Posse Comitatus Act, federal troops are prohibited from performing domestic law enforcement actions such as making arrests, seizing property or searching people. In extreme cases, however, the president can invoke the Insurrection Act, which allows the use of active-duty or National Guard troops for law enforcement.
The president’s last-minute address came in juxtaposition to the scene outside, where a series of military vehicles rolled out front on Pennsylvania Avenue and military police and law enforcement clashed with protesters at Lafayette Park, firing tear gas, flash bangs, rubber bullets and pepper spray on a large but peaceful crowd.

Attorney General Frosh Urges Walmart to Strengthen Worker Protections During COVID-19 Pandemic
BALTIMORE, MD – Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh today joined a coalition of 12 attorneys general in calling on Walmart to strengthen measures to protect the health and safety of their workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a letter sent to Walmart CEO Douglas McMillon, the coalition expresses concern over media reports and complaints by employees alleging inadequate safety measures for employees and customers, insufficient sick leave policies, failure to inform customers and employees of potential exposure to COVID-19, and pressure put on employees to return to work while exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
“Walmart must take steps to minimize the spread of COVID-19 for its employees and customers,” said Attorney General Frosh. “Walmart employs and serves millions of Americans. It must help to contain this deadly virus by establishing hygienic practices and ensuring sick employees are able to stay home from work.”
To adequately protect customers and employees, the attorneys general ask Walmart to confirm it is adhering to all applicable state directives and commit to:
- Monitoring enforcement of social distancing guidelines, including six feet of separation between customers and employees;
- Establishing and implementing a plan in case of exposure to a probable or confirmed case of COVID-19, which includes cleaning and disinfecting all shared areas, informing employees and customers about incidence of confirmed COVID-19 cases, and promptly alerting employees who were in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19;
- Providing non-medical masks for employees to wear;
- Installing shields or other barriers at registers and check-out areas to physically separate cashiers and customers, using every other register, and rotating customers to a previously closed register every hour to allow for regular cleaning;
- Assigning an employee to wipe down carts and handbaskets after each use;
- Reducing the number of customers Walmart allows in its stores to ensure that workers and customers at its stores can remain six feet away from each other at all times; and
- Informing state and local health departments about the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in each of Walmart’s stores.
Additionally, the attorneys general call on Walmart to adopt a policy of paid sick leave that provides the minimum protections required under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), including:
- Two weeks (up to 80 hours) of paid sick leave at the employee’s regular rate of pay when the employee is unable to work because the employee is quarantined and experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and seeking a medical diagnosis;
- Two weeks (up to 80 hours) of paid sick leave at two-thirds the employee’s regular rate of pay when the employee is unable to work because of a need to care for an individual subject to quarantine or to care for a child whose school or child care provider is closed or unavailable for reasons related to COVID-19; and
- Up to an additional 10 weeks of paid expanded family and medical leave at two-thirds the employee’s regular rate of pay when an employee is unable to work due to COVID-19 or has a need for leave to care for a child whose school or child care provider is closed or unavailable for reasons related to COVID-19.
Finally, the coalition asks Walmart to provide the attorneys general with documents and records containing information related to Walmart’s policies and practices in place to protect employees against the spread of COVID-19.
Walmart plays an important role during this crisis by providing groceries and necessary supplies to millions of Americans, and it has seen increasing profits and expansion. The coalition argues Walmart has an even greater obligation to ensure their employees stay safe and healthy while working throughout the pandemic.
Joining Attorney General Frosh in the letter are the attorneys general of California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
