    I'd say drunk driver whenever my neighbor a couple doors down goes out I pray for everyone on the road.Yes she has one of those devices she has to use before she drives, she goes to AA meetings and has had her license taken away numerous times. She has even had a pedestrian wind up on her hood, but until the vehicle itself is taken away she'll still drive first stop every day more booze and marijuana store on Snow Hill Rd next door to Johnson McKee Vet. Keep up the good work, they think they take the license away, and locks on the car and they just unlock them.
