  1. Oh and if she had been detained without consent then we would hear how the School Officer abused his authority and people would be calling for him or her to lose their job!!! Tell us more about the story....was she angry at something, was she not feeling well, does she know to report to the office and request a parent to pick her up, is she taught to respect school authorities????? Lot more to this story! I do hope she is safe!

  2. Back in the day we had TRUENT OFFICERS patrolling the areas outside of the school for wondering kids getting in trouble. But now we worry more about speeding than kids.

  3. Schools top heavy with administrators yet a 14 year old can walk out. While the state democrats want more tax money for the schools.

  4. Detained or taken into custody - not sure what that means but I do hope she returns home safely.

  5. Does the school have the authority to keep her on the premises against her will or has that been taken from them by the State as well?

  6. Blames the school....figures. One can only imagine what she would blame the school of if they restrained or detained her daughter for attempting to leave without permission. She's 14, and obviously thinks she can do what she wants. Where did she learn that? "Mom," term used loosely, should look in the mirror if she wants to assign blame.

  7. I hope you find “SheenaSupreme” safe. Sounds like she could use an asswhuppin’ and a name change.

  8. If the school tries to stop her from leaving they will be accused of abusing their authority. If they let her do as she pleases the school will be accessed of negligence. It's a no win situation for the school.
Maybe the child's father and mother can take some responsibility.

  10. Schools no longer have authority over student behavior thanks to the state. Go into any secondary school in Wicomico County and you will see students doing as they please. Walking the hallways, cussing out staff trying to get them to class, smokin up in the toilet stalls, and the list goes on. So whatever right?

  11. sounds like a case for cps! or the courts, not the schools

  12. Schools should not be babysitters. Schools should not be responsible for any student - except the very young - 1st graders etc. A 14 year old knows right from wrong and parents are responsible for their kids actions - not the school.

  13. Where is Paul Harvey when you need him, and now the Rest of the Story. You can bet there is way more to this story then will be released.

  14. You can bet there is an older boy or young man involved in this,14 year olds are immature, gullible and think they know everything, I pray that she gets home safely.

    1. I’m glad I’m not the only one that’s disturbed by the comments. A mother is trying to locate her daughter. At what point does their skin color come into play? Would the comments be the same if the picture was a blonde hair blue eyed white girl? Because we all know that white people would never live off the system!! School administrators are there to get a paycheck.πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

  16. I agree

    CPS should be involved

BUT, we have a 8 and 10 year old left by themselves for hours alone at home near our home.

We called CPS...they said they are old enough to be left alone

  17. I long for the day I ever catch someone calling CPS on me for some BS. You better call the police next. You'll need them.

      you think
I am scared of you ?

you'll need a Coroner for you when you threaten me a hole

stop selling Marijuana in front of your young kids

  18. Uh huh. That's why cowards like you make anonymous calls and smack on the computer. Haven't met a single anti-muslim, pro cps for whatever, tough guy yet on the streets.

I'm sure someone who uses the term A hole is a killer.

As for Marijuana in front of kids, no idea what you're talking about there.

Anyway, keep thinking people won't change your life for trying to have their kids taken. Anonymous calls are only so anonymous when the parents can narrow down who has a reason or access to information about their life. Take from someone their reason from living and nothing you can do will stop them from catching you unaware and ending you. Simple as that.

Look up what you "think" before you comment. Don't say stupid stuff, trying to be funny, when you don't know what you're talking about. Diana Ross and the Supremes were certainly not men.

  20. Oh yeah, and if she had been detained, she and you would have had a cussing fit. 9 months from now you will find out where she was.

  21. @ February 20, 2020 at 5:51 PM . She is one the other. Cannot be both. Ask people in Africa and they will tell you she is in no way African.
