ICE Arrests

The indictment alleges that since 2013, the drug trafficking organization distributed heroin, crack, cocaine, and marijuana, within the two public housing projects and other areas in the southern part of Puerto Rico, all for financial gain and profit.

During this enforcement surge, ICE officers made arrests in the following states: Illinois (28), Indiana (14), Kansas (22), Kentucky (12), Missouri (10) and Wisconsin (11). Three women and 94 men were arrested.

During this enforcement surge, ICE deportation officers made arrests in the following Texas cities: Rio Grande Valley (24), San Antonio (8), Austin (10) and Waco (3). Of those arrested, 41 were men; four were women.

Violence against the Citizenry Is the Left's Intent

The extreme controls and revisions envisioned by the Squad and many of the candidates for the Leftocratic presidential nomination for 2020 are actually leading not merely to vast governmental expansion, nor to a more secure future as they claim, but to vast governmental and economic collapse. The unspoken goal is to bring about the disintegration of the USA in every sector and to use violence against those who oppose them.

Although it is tempting to characterize the hatred of the presidency of Donald J.Trump as a burgeoning expression of themes that are both fascistic and communistic, that characterization would be only partially correct. Because of the ultimately destructive nature of the Leftocratic endgame — where centralized power in the name of the greater good leads to disruptions, misery, and ultimately collapse — it is more accurate to say the ultimate endgame of today's Left is murderous nihilism and brainwashing as enforced groupthink.

The primary example in this writer's life was the communist takeover of Vietnam. As a graduate student during the Vietnam War, the vector going from takeover to murder, brainwashing ("re-education"), and torture was systematically excluded from my thinking. In that time of my life, before I became a deplorable, I believed — not unlike the Squad today — that the Vietnam War was part of the Establishment's everlasting plan to crush "the people" in this country and throughout the world.

Joe, Hunter Biden seen golfing with Ukraine gas company exec back in 2014, photo shows

A photo obtained by Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight" shows former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter golfing in the Hamptons with Devon Archer, who served on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings with Hunter.

Earlier this month, Joe Biden told Fox News in Iowa that he never discussed his son’s foreign business dealings with him.

“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden said, pointing the finger at President Trump. “I know Trump deserves to be investigated. He is violating every basic norm of a president. You should be asking him why is he on the phone with a foreign leader, trying to intimidate a foreign leader. You should be looking at Trump.”

Rep. Adam Schiff Linked to Prominent Ukrainian Arms Dealer!

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff is connected to a Ukrainian arms dealer. Is this why he’s willing to lie in front of the nation when accusing President Trump of crimes?

Adam Schiff is arguably the biggest liar in Congress…. ever. He now leads the House Intelligence Committee and this past week oversaw the Intel Committee where he attempted to align President Trump with some ‘trumped’ up allegations concerning his phone call with the President of the Ukraine. Schiff lied in his opening remarks and claimed numerous falsehoods about the President’s call in spite of the transcript being provided the day before.

His entire description of the President’s call was a lie – we have the transcript and this was not in it!

Kids Who Do Chores Are More Successful Adults

Want your kids to grow up to be successful? Make them do chores. When they balk (and trust me: they will probably balk), you can tell them that scientific research supports you.

It sounds great, and it's true--but there is a catch. (We'll get to that in a minute.) For now, the science.

In the Harvard Grant Study, the longest running longitudinal study in history, (spanning 75 years and counting--from 1938 to the present), researchers identified two things that people need in order to be happy and successful:

Watch: New hoax, same swamp

First, Democrats in Congress and their footsoldiers in the mainstream media tried to overturn the 2016 election with an exhausting two-year investigation on alleged Russia collusion. It ended when a case built entirely on lies and deception collapsed in embarrassing fashion.

That they tried and failed already isn’t stopping Congressional Democrats, who are playing the same political games once again. Armed with a new fabrication, they’re determined to do what they couldn’t in a fair election: beat President Donald J. Trump.

Why are they so scared?

President Trump promised American citizens that he would fight for them—and, in the process, drain a swamp that’s served them countless empty promises for years. Democrats and the media cannot stand that President Trump has exposed their true colors with simple, brutally effective language that speaks to working Americans.

Trump's Two Big Wins for Farmers, Manufacturers, Workers vs. Dems' Impeachment Squad

“The radical Democrats’ impeachment squad and much of the American media are missing a great presidency. Just last week, in a single day, President Trump signed a historic Japanese trade deal in New York as a White House-led team negotiated a radical reform of the Universal Postal Union in Geneva,” White House Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy Peter Navarro writes for Fox Business.

“Together, these two quintessentially Trump deals will net American farmers, manufacturers and workers billions of dollars and create thousands of jobs.”

“I want to urge everybody who's fair to never use the word ‘impeachment’ for the current political process, because it has nothing to do with an impeachment. This is a legislative coup d'etat. It is an effort by the hard left, the news media, and the deep state to destroy the president chosen by the American people. This is a project they've been involved in since election night 2016,” former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich writes for Fox News. “No one should be confused by the current phony, one-sided partisan effort. It’s not in any way an impeachment process. It is a denial of the American Constitution [and] a repudiation of the American people's choice of president.”
In The Daily Wire, Ryan Saavedra reports that a letter dated from May from the Australian government directly disputes the accuracy of a New York Times report claiming President Trump “pushed” Australia to help “discredit” the Mueller investigation. “The development comes after The New York Times tried to suggest that it was a scandal for Trump to ask for Australia to cooperate with an ongoing Department of Justice (DOJ) [probe] into the origins of the Russia investigation.”
“Apple is boosting its commitment to the American workforce, part of a push to invest hundreds of billions into the U.S. economy. In a major announcement on Monday, Apple said it will build its redesigned Mac Pro in Austin, Texas,” Paul Conner reports for Fox Business. “We’re proud to be building it in Austin,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement. “We thank the administration for their support enabling this opportunity.”

Special prosecutor in Jussie Smollett case donated to Kim Foxx's campaign

CHICAGO - The special prosecutor appointed to look into why the state's attorney's office in Chicago abruptly dropped the case against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett allegedly staging an attack on himself acknowledged Monday that he donated to the top prosecutor's campaign and that his law firm co-hosted a 2016 fundraiser for her.

In a document filed in Cook County Circuit Court, Dan K. Webb says he doesn't recall writing a $1,000 check to State's Attorney Kim Foxx's campaign. The Chicago Tribune reports he also says he doesn't remember attending the fundraiser thrown by his high-powered firm, Winston & Strawn.

Included with Webb's filing was a copy of the flyer touting the fundraiser. The invitation notes lawyers in the firm including Webb, a Republican, supported Foxx, a Democrat, in her campaign for state's attorney.

Mayor Jake Day Lied On TV This Morning

Click HERE to see Mayor Day claim he has not raised taxes in 3 years.
 Mayor Jake Day said,
“It keeps our tax rates low. We’re proud that for three years running, we’ve been able to keep our taxes flat in Salisbury, no tax increases, and we hope to keep that running for as long as we can and this is how you get there, by managing every cost that comes into the city and one of those is electricity.”
The contract will go into effect in June of 2020, and end in June of
2025.

*************

See THIS article where he DID raise taxes with Heath in support and Jackson opposed in 2017

The proposed new tax rate is $.9832 per $100 of assessed value, a 4 cent increase over the current $.9432 rate.

The consensus to raise taxes across the board came after a lengthy
discussion at Monday night’s work session in which Councilwoman April Jackson said she opposed the two-tier system that would have imposed a higher rate on rental properties which landlords said would result in higher rents.

“In my district, all this will fall on the renters,” she said. “They’re
barely making it now, they’re struggling.”

Jackson and Councilman Hardy Rudisill said they favored maintaining the current tax rate, but that would require cutting the budget in which spending remained even with the current year, Day told them.

In the video with above article he says he is lowering them but the
whole article is about him raising them

Federal judge upholds two Virginia abortion laws, strikes down two others

A federal judge upheld two Virginia laws that restrict access to abortions and struck down two others on Monday.

U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson upheld a mandate for women to get an ultrasound 24 hours prior to an abortion and a law requiring all abortions be performed by physicians, The Associated Press reported. The latter prevents nurse practitioners and physician's assistants from performing the procedures.

The judge overturned the other two contested laws, one of which mandated all second-trimester abortions to be completed in a licensed outpatient hospitals. The other would have obligated all clinics that conduct first-trimester abortions to meet the criteria as general and surgical hospitals, according to the AP.

States across the country passed stricter abortion restrictions this year, with some enacting de facto bans on the procedure. Many of those laws are being challenged in court.

Judicial Watch Steps Up, Sues for Records on Firing of Biden-Ukraine Prosecutor

Joe Biden deserves a trophy for his audacity, but he’s not going to escape serious scrutiny over his apparent threatening of the Ukraine government for his son’s personal gain.

We filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for records about the firing of Ukraine’s top prosecutor after then-Vice President Biden threated to withhold aid. We filed the lawsuit on Wednesday against the U.S. Department of State.

The latest impeachment/coup assault on President Trump is an obvious attempt to protect Joe Biden from the corruption scandals involving his son. Our lawsuit will be the first of many to try to get to the bottom of this influence-peddling scandal.

Bongino: Democrats are 'panicking' as illegal spying is set to be revealed

As Democrats ramp up their impeachment efforts against President Trump, Fox News contributor Dan Bongino said the party is starting to panic at the possibility of being linked to illegal spying, as the Department of Justice inspector general prepares to release his report on the matter.

"It's never going to stop. I mean, the republic is dying a slow death," he said Monday on "Fox & Friends." "We're on life support here... They're panicking because the IG report's about to come out, which is about to expose a massive government spying operation against Donald Trump.

"Here's the key takeaway -- in collusion with foreign governments," Bongino continued. "That's why they're panicking. And they're panicking because... what the Obama administration did is 1,000 times worse than what they're alleging Donald Trump did."

Naked photos: Democrats pressured foreign countries for dirt on Trump

Democrats and their operatives sought foreign help for anti-Trump dirt on a number of occasions during the 2016 election and afterward, including the infamous Kremlin-sourced dossier and Rep. Adam B. Schiff’s attempt to obtain from Russians supposed photos of a naked Donald Trump.

Democrats also reached out to Ukraine to collect political smut on President Trump and his aides.

Republicans believe the Ukrainian intervention, which is now under Justice Department investigation, included the creation of a bogus “black ledger” whose disclosure felled former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.

Three Democrat senators pressured the Ukrainian government last year to help special counsel Robert Mueller investigate Mr. Trump.

Today, Democrats are moving to impeach Mr. Trump. They say he violated the law by urging Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a July phone call to contact Attorney General William Barr.

“It’s a reliable rule of thumb in these information operations that whatever the Democrats accuse you of doing, they’re doing themselves,” said Rep. Devin Nunes.

What Conservatives Must Understand About Black Americans

Over the years, many prominent conservatives have asked me why blacks are not more involved in the Republican Party and the conservative movement.

The answer is very simple: Conservatives have shown no demonstrable indication to the black community that we are welcomed by the party or the conservative movement.

As a matter of fact, conservatives force “real” blacks to make a false choice: to be black or conservative, as though we can’t be both.

Most blacks are conservative by nature and by upbringing. “Real” blacks don’t check their blackness at the door when they join a conservative group.

We still know and experience racism whenever we leave our homes. We still sometimes hear and experience racial insensitivities when we go to meetings of conservatives.

Is this done on purpose? Of course not, but it happens because the few blacks whom conservative surround themselves with tend not to have any connection to the black community.

They tend to be blacks who will go out in public and say things that a white person can only dream of being able to say and get away with it.

These are the blacks who claim they see no color; they claim racism doesn’t exist. They never miss an opportunity to criticize Al Sharpton. But they always seem to get a sudden case of laryngitis when a conservative says something negative or inappropriate about the black community.

They planned the perfect fall wedding, then a snowstorm hit

SPOKANE, Wash. —The bride lost her veil in the wind. A bridesmaid face-planted in the snow. Nearly 20 guests couldn't make it.

It sounds like the perfect conditions to put any bride and groom into a panic, right?

That wasn't the case for Sean and Brittany Tuohy. They ran out in a complete snowstorm to take wedding photos and said they wouldn't change a thing about their special day.

For 11 months, Brittany and Sean had planned what they thought would be the perfect fall wedding. The couple booked a venue in Spokane, Washington, for Saturday, hoping it would be a pleasant day.

They wanted the changing fall leaves to be the backdrop of their wedding and planned to have nearly the entire event outside.

Barr asked Trump to speak to other countries in Durham probe, official says; source pushes back on NYT reporting

A Justice Department official told Fox News on Monday that Attorney General Bill Barr asked President Trump to make introductions to foreign countries that might have had information pertinent to U.S. Attorney John Durham's ongoing probe into possible misconduct by the intelligence community at the outset of the Russia investigation.

But, a person familiar with the situation told Fox News it would be wrong to say Trump "pressed" the Australian prime minister for information that could have discredited former Special Counsel Mueller's now-completed probe, as The New York Times reported earlier Monday.

"The countries have been helpful," the source said. "There was no pressing required."

Limbaugh: Everything Media’s Telling You About Trump Impeachment Is A Lie

Conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh came loaded for bear on Monday, repeatedly taking aim at the Democrats’ and the Drive-by-Media’s impeachment narrative, which he said is made up entirely of “lies.”

“The one thing that will get you through this and the one thing that you have to understand, is practically everything in the media about impeachment is a lie,” Rush said on his radio program Monday (transcript via RushLimbaugh.com). “Everything is a lie. There isn’t any of it that is true, except if you switch things and have it apply to things the Democrats have done. Then most of it becomes true.”

“It is the most amazing thing, and they continue to make it up as the days and the hours go by,” he said. “They make it up to fit whatever objection is raised. They make it up to fit whatever suspicion is raised about what they’re doing. There are no boundaries here, folks. They’re gonna get rid of Donald Trump by hook or crook no matter what, and it doesn’t matter how.

Los Angeles officials looking for governor to declare state of emergency on homelessness

Some Los Angeles elected officials, looking for ways to combat a growing homelessness problem in the area, are hoping Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom will declare a state of emergency to combat the issue.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas and City Councilman Joe Buscaino have proposed the idea, which could potentially allow for more state and federal funding in effort to provide solutions, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The county has seen its homeless population increase to nearly 60,000 people, up 12% over last year. The county has instituted a Measure H sales tax to raise $355 million to put toward "expanding the County's strategies to combat homelessness."

‘Potential criminality': Top Republicans push watchdog on timing of changes to whistleblower complaint form

Three top House Republicans wrote to the inspector general for the intelligence community Monday to find out if whistleblower reporting requirements were improperly loosened in order to accommodate an allegation against President Trump.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California, Rep. Devin Nunes of California, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, and Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, the top GOP lawmaker on the House Oversight Committee, wrote to Inspector General Michael K. Atkinson to demand information related to the decision to loosen whistleblower reporting requirements so that non-firsthand accounts would be accepted.

The change to the reporting requirement was made in August, the same month a whistleblower reported Trump’s July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

2 people broke into shed, hacked into computers to put pornography on billboard

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Auburn Hills Police Department said two people broke into a shed under a billboard, hacked into a computer, and put pornography on the digital billboard along I-75 over the weekend.

"(A) 3-foot by 3-foot shack, which houses a computer inside," said Auburn Hills Police Lt. Ryan Gagnon when describing where the suspects broke into.

That computer was hacked to play the pornographic video.

The video played Saturday night around 10:30 on northbound I-75 near M-59. Police said the company that operates the billboard took the video down once they discovered it was playing. It may have been playing for around 15 minutes.

How MSM Impeachment 'Pollaganda' Shapes Public Opinion

Now that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has green-lighted the Demos’ Obstruction 2.0 charade — an “impeachment inquiry,” but without an actual House vote on this political theater — impeachment speculation churn has saturated every news-cycle loop. And that means (SHOCK) that when media outlets then poll public opinion on what they have been telling them 24/7, opinions will shift.

Recently, I pulled a top-of-the-fold headline from The Washington Post to demonstrate how the news cycle serves, in effect, as a mass “push poll,” or what we coined years ago as “Pollaganda” — “mainstream media saturation of news-cycle loops with a particular narrative bias, then polling media consumers for their perspective as shaped by that narrative or bias.” It is an incestuous cycle of media deception.

Consequently, public opinion is shifting on impeachment of Donald Trump.

After the Democrats’ Obstruction 1.0 charade was exposed for the fraud it was in the final Mueller report, poll numbers supporting impeachment dropped significantly.

However, Democrats and their Leftmedia propagandists have now re-fired their base with their latest ruse, and accordingly, polling in support of impeachment has climbed. In July, a Quinnipac poll reported that 32% of Americans supported impeachment. In August, a Monmouth poll reported 35% support for impeachment. By the end of September, the Politico/Morning Consult poll reported 43% support for impeachment.

Completing the impeachment Pollaganda cycle comes this headline from The Hill:

Antifa Blocks, Berates Elderly Couple Crossing The Street

The brutal far-left organization Antifa showed its true colors over the weekend when a video went viral showing several of the organization’s members blocking an elderly couple from crossing the street outside a college in Canada.

In the video, which sparked massive outrage online, an elderly woman with a rolling walker can be seen trying to cross a street alongside her husband as a horde of Antifa thugs repeatedly shout, “Nazi scum off our streets.” At one point, when the husband tries to reason with a female member of Antifa, she immediately shouts back, “Don’t you f***ing touch me.”

The incident unfolded outside Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario on Sunday, which was hosting an event featuring commentator Dave Rubin and founder of the right-leaning People’s Party of Canada, MP Maxime Bernier. As the video went viral, several conservative commentators expressed outrage on social media, especially over the fact people nearby did nothing to help the couple as they were being harassed.

Whistleblower attorney says '60 Minutes' 'misinterpreted' key letter

A lawyer representing the unidentified whistleblower in Congress' impeachment investigation blasted "60 Minutes" on Sunday, saying the program "misinterpreted" a letter from his legal team in reporting that it indicated his client is under federal protection.

Mark Zaid, the attorney, tweeted that the famed news program "completely misinterpreted contents of our letter," which he linked to from his Twitter post.

The CBS program tweeted a brief defense of its report, saying: "60 Minutes stands by its sources and reporting on the whistleblower."

This prompted a more scathing response from Zaid.

"Is @60Minutes now asserting it has a source other than letter our legal team sent to @ODNIgov? Because if it doesn't, and I know it doesn't, then it is literally making stuff up. That helps no one, especially the #whistleblower. The media should always accurately report facts," he tweeted.

'There is no climate emergency,' hundreds of scientists, engineers tell U.N.

Lost amid the coverage of Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg at last week’s U.N. Global Climate Summit were the 500 international scientists, engineers and other stakeholders sounding a very different message: “There is no climate emergency.”

The European Climate Declaration, spearheaded by the Amsterdam-based Climate Intelligence Foundation [CLINTEL], described the leading climate models as “unfit” and urged UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to pursue a climate policy based on “sound science.”

“Current climate policies pointlessly and grievously undermine the economic system, putting lives at risk in countries denied access to affordable, reliable electrical energy,” said the Sept. 23 letter signed by professionals from 23 countries.

Most of the signers hailed from Europe, but there were also scientists from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South America.

“We urge you to follow a climate policy based on sound science, realistic economics and genuine concern for those harmed by costly but unnecessary attempts at mitigation,” the letter said.
