ReplyDeleteI did acid in college, many years ago. I can get behind this! Non political, no stance taken, some degree of talent. I like it. Is it possible the "powers that be" made a good decision? However, the boy looks like he's wearing an old timey baseball glove as a head.

ReplyDeleteLet it go. Nobody is concerned if you like modern art, Some like "thingamabobs and display it in their homes, others like .thingamabobs not so much and would not waste their $. Me,- if I liked thingamabobs.- could not use them in my decorating as I wouldn't know which end to hang up. I have spent $ on those .thingamabobs because my daughter and her husband have a home decor where the thingamabobs look great. Don't knock what is not you pleasure, It would be a boring world if everybody enjoyed all the same stuff...

ReplyDeleteSuch bad taste except for the bottom one. They are an eyesore but a necessary eyesore and now look worse then ever. You don't paint them to stand out. You paint them to blend in. Doesn't Salisbury have like an architectural review committee? If they do they need to be fired.

They look much better than they did. Great job local artists. Let's keep the positive attitudes going. Salisbury needs some serious beautification. Many parts look like it's been rode hard and hung up wet!
