10:11 AM Short term? It has been hovering in the teens for years. Is that what you speculate to be short term? While everyone else is in the single digits we hold tight in the teens.
A lot of foreclosures are because people and the banks allow purchases that far exceed their ability to pay! People attempt to buy more house than they can afford!
Just the tip of the iceberg. I am sure there are many more home in pre-foreclosure with people living in these homes and not paying any mortgage, waiting for the banks to finally foreclose on them.
NO WONDER !!! Costs of Living too High / Pay Too LOW !!!
