If that was my son or daughter I would be waiting for him at the 18th hole.

ReplyDeleteSo he gets a Military Trial and gets a DISHORRIBLE DISCHARGE why if he didn't get a sentence ? Because he got a pass from the Obama judge.
ReplyDeleteOne of the soldiers who got hurt searching for this traitor should "honorably" discharge his weapon into this punks face.

*Court Martial*
ReplyDeleteMilitary justice system appears to be broken. Crazy major who killed at Ft. Hood and was eventually sentenced to die is still alive. Now a deserter who confessed gets only a dishonorable, bust to private and some reimbursal, plus it's automatic appeal of the dishonorable.
JAG is lawyers who get commissions and accelerated rank. Not much of a reality check.
I think the torture and imprisonment he endured for five years at the hand of the Taliban have certainly punished him enough
