I'm sorry, this seems fishy to me. I have dug holes as a child and my children did also. I don't see how an able bodied, even drunk person gets buried up to thier arm. Seems highly unlikely, I beleive her parents and wife are going to have this re-investigated as soon as possible.
This can happen - a 10 year old child was buried alive and killed the same way - in the middle of the day with people around on the beach. Unfortunately, the victim disobeyed the law since no one is allowed on the beach after 10 PM, probably due to the beach cleaners. So so sad.
I don't buy any of it. He filled the hole by pushing (caving) the side in with a shovel! I would like to see how both sides, the bottom and top cave in all at once burying a whole body except an arm! I have dug many holes on that beach and seen many dug but have never seen one dug by anyone in the shape of a grave, not in my 58 yrs of living here. Sure I have heard of people being trapped but most of them tried digging tunnels not shallow open 'grave' shaped holes!
So the headline makes it seem like someone came forward to admit to digging a 4ft deep by 6 ft long grave in front of a lifeguard stand. Something about this just doesn't add up. Lawsuit protection mode "on"
And if anyone's interested in purchasing land or homes I've got some beautiful ocean front property for sale in Arizona. If you buy it I'll throw the golden gate in free!
Yeah, and she just laid down in the hole and waited for a beach sweeper to come and cover her up. A reasonable person can't believe that OC is not trying to "cover up" a crime here. And someone is getting away with murder, as a result.
Of course they are gonna say that, they don't want to have to pay the family because one of their tractors plowed her under.
