Chick Fil A would do good here and it would be nice to have another one since the one up north is always so busy!
ReplyDeleteTheres one in south Salisbury also
ReplyDeleteHow about a Red Robin ?
ReplyDeleteThat's $5300+ a month for rent, plus utilities, insurance, payroll, franchise fees, taxes. And workers wonder why they not making $15 an hour serving $8 meals!
ReplyDeleteIt's in a horrible location in a dead end road situation.
ReplyDeleteWhat about the vacant Wendy's across from the college?
ReplyDeleteRed Robin is a great suggestion!!! I enjoying visiting the one at the Annapolis mall. That or a cheesecake factory!
ReplyDeleteIf Wendy's couldn't make it there what makes you all think anybody else can. The numbers are stacked against you. Just another vacant building in the Salisbury city scape.
ReplyDeleteMaybe UMES would be as interested as it was in getting the old firehouse to set up a culinary school internship program.
ReplyDeleteStarbucks or Chick Fil A would probably do well in that location.
ReplyDeletelocation, location, location!!!!
ReplyDelete5,000 sg ft NNN restaurant lease = $17,500/mo.
ReplyDeleteWhy is Fake Day lying on Facebook saying that the Wendys will be opening back up in a few months?
ReplyDeleteThe Wendy's was poorly managed.
ReplyDeleteThis location is a great location and will get customers from the Exxon station.
Not everybody wants to eat at Subway, so I think he Red Robin is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteThere's a Wendy's in Centerville, Ohio that's got "Temp. Closed" on the sign.
If Salisbury can sustain one Wendy's much less two, how can you expect Harris Teeter or Whole Foods to want to be here? Dare to dream!
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of food could they serve there that isn't served at Denny's next door?
ReplyDeleteI can almost guarantee a Chic-fil-a would make a the site successful. If Chic-fil-a were to decide to open at that location, the traffic would be just like the one on North 13. Quite frankly - I don't know how the one on North 13 holds enough food for the amount of traffic volume.
ReplyDeleteGenghis Grill!!!
ReplyDeleteCrap location, sorry. No traffic or road frontage for signage. City would probably kill any tall signage to attract by-pass traffic, so no. More vacant properties for Smallsbury.
ReplyDeleteYou go for a business loan and agree to pay off the 785,000 in 7 years. Interest and principle will be over $1,000,000 so break that down per month. Average of an $8.00 combo, you would need to sell 1,488 transactions, 49 a day. That is not including salary, taxes, fees and other misc working costs. I see this will be an empty building for a while for that price.
ReplyDeleteHow does planet fitness pay 15000 month with 10 dollar membership?
