Urgent Warning: Cops Beware ‘Black Guerrilla Family’ Attacks

Law enforcement officials in California have been warned about attacks by the “Black Guerrilla Family” gang, which has called for violence against officers on the street and in prisons as part of “Black August.”

The warning to law enforcement was issued on Wednesday, according to I-Team Reporter Dan Noyes via local KGO-TV in the San Francisco Bay area. The report states that a law enforcement source expressed to Noyes a desire to communicate the dangers facing law enforcement. The report on the source’s information read, in part, “In his words, when it hits the fan, you’ll know the reason why.”

Trump questions Clinton's mental stability

Donald Trump on Saturday sought to attach to Hillary Clinton one of the concerns that some have about him, portraying her as a mentally unstable person who is unfit for the presidency.

"She took a little short-circuit in the brain. She's got problems," Trump said, zeroing in on Clinton's comment last week that she had "short-circuited" an answer related to her honesty in discussing her email server.

"Honestly, I don't think she's all there," said Trump, who spoke during an evening rally in Windham, N.H. "I think the people of this country don't want somebody who's going to short-circuit up here."

Tapper: Oops, Hillary did it again!

“Is that true?” CNN’s Jake Tapper asked last night about Hillary Clinton’s repeated claims that James Comey’s FBI investigation vindicated her claims of innocence. “Did FBI Director James Comey testify that the repeated comments Hillary Clinton had made to the public about her private e-mail server, quote, ‘were truthful’?” It’s the pause and the glare Tapper gives that makes the succeeding “No” all the more delicious.

Not that it’s stopping Hillary from continuing to lie about it, however:

Syrian Refugees Resettled Hours Away From Wealthy DC Suburbs

According to data from the U.S. State Department’s Refugee Processing Center, almost all of the Syrian refugees resettled in Virginia since October have been placed in towns with lower incomes and higher poverty rates, hours away from the wealthy suburbs outside of Washington, D.C.

Of the 121 Syrian refugees placed in Virginia so far, 112 have been placed in communities at least 100 miles away from the nation’s capital; 105 were placed in cities where median incomes fall below the state average.

The D.C. suburban counties of Fairfax, Loudoun and Arlington are all among the nation’s wealthiest and, according to U.S. census data, collectively have roughly 1.7 million residents. The three counties have resettled a grand total of nine Syrian refugees, all nine of whom were placed in the city of Falls Church.

The other 93 percent of Syrian refugees in Virginia were all placed at least 100 miles away from the nation’s legislators: Charlottesville (116.9 miles away, according to Google Maps), Harrisonburg (130 miles away), Newport News (171 miles away), Powhatan (137 miles away) and Roanoke (240 miles away) received the rest of the state’s Syrian refugees.

Syrian Prof: Arabs Migrate for ‘Sluts’ and Welfare, Attack When They Don’t Get It

A Syrian professor has asserted that Arab migrants see “slut” German women as fair game for assault and warned that the country is set to see “big social conflicts” as a result of Angela Merkel and EU open border policies.

Prof. Bassam Tibi said that the mass sex attacks in Cologne were a result of the migrants’ “value system”: furious at not being given a luxury lifestyle, they intended to “humiliate” Germans.

The professor, who now lives in Germany, said that Arab men come expecting “great apartments, blonde women and the welfare state”.

The political scientist noted that tax payers are providing migrants with far more than they could expect even with wages in their homelands, but warned they find the hospitality “insufficient”.

Professor Tibi pointed to a number of factors that he believes led to the mass sex attacks in Cologne. He said migrants knew their behaviour was criminal but that they think “German women are sluts”, and felt they would face no punishment.

The decorated academic said that police’s “fear of the racist accusation” is greater than their fear of the decline of public order. This, he contends, leads migrants to view German police as “wimps”.

Lead Attorney In Anti-Clinton DNC Fraud Case Mysteriously Found Dead

Call it conspiracy theory, coincidence or just bad luck, but any time someone is in a position to bring down Hillary Clinton they wind up dead. In fact, as we noted previously, there’s a long history of Clinton-related body counts, with scores of people dying under mysterious circumstances. While Vince Foster remains the most infamous, the body count is starting to build ominously this election cycle - from the mysterious "crushing his own throat" death of a UN official to the latest death of an attorney who served the DNC with a fraud suit.

As GatewayPundit's Jim Hoft reports, on July 3, 2016, Shawn Lucas and filmmaker Ricardo Villaba served the DNC Services Corp. and Chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz at DNC’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., in the fraud class action suit against the Democrat Party on behalf of Bernie Sanders supporters (this was before Wikileaks released documents proving the DNC was working against the Sanders campaign during the 2016 primary).

Shawn Lucas was thrilled about serving the papers to the DNC before Independence Day...

Planned Parenthood Was Created to ‘Exterminate Blacks’

In a wide-ranging interview on the racial climate in America, Baltimore Ravens tight end Benjamin Watson brought up Planned Parenthood’s founding, saying the organization was created to “exterminate blacks.”

Mr. Watson said black support for Planned Parenthood is “ironic,” given that the organization was founded by eugenicist Margaret Sanger in order to control “unfit” populations.

“I do know that blacks kind of represent a large portion of abortions, and I do know that honestly the whole idea with Planned Parenthood and Sanger in the past was to exterminate blacks, and it’s kind of ironic that it’s working,” he said in an interview with Turning Point Pregnancy Resource Center.

“We support candidates, and overwhelmingly support the idea of having Planned Parenthood and the like, and yet, that is why she created it,” he added. “We are buying it hook, line and sinker, like it’s a great thing.”

Rudy Giuliani: The Media Ignore Hillary 'Lied to a Gold Star Mother'

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” while defending Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani said Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s actions “don’t get the same attention that Trump’s do,” and he alluded to what he described as lying to a Gold Star mother.

Giuliani said, “I think her comments, Hillary’s comments, just don’t get the same attention that Trump’s do. For example, she lied to a gold star mother. She lied to Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith who was killed at Benghazi, I believe, because of her incompetence. Her incompetence in failing to secure that mission. She lied to her on September 14, 2012, right at the coffin. She said, it was due to a video. So,I think that’s far more serious or at least it should get as much attention as all the attention that was paid to the comments that were made about the Khan family.”

Court tosses Gary Johnson’s lawsuit

Neither the Libertarian nor Green parties are guaranteed a space in this year’s presidential debates, a federal court ruled Friday, dealing a blow to their candidates, who were counting on being able to get onto the stage in order to boost their long-shot bids.

District Judge Rosemary M. Collyer ruled that the commission on presidential debates is a private entity, not a “public forum,” and neither Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson nor Green Party nominee Jill Stein can force their way into a debate.

Mr. Johnson and Ms. Green had argued that the Commission on Presidential Debates was essentially a government actor, performing an important role in American democracy, and so it should be subjected to public oversight — including by the courts.

But Judge Collyer said courts have been quite clear in finding that debates are a private action, and those sponsoring them are generally protected in making their own decisions.

I Want You To Look Closely At This Picture

I snapped this picture off the national news just seconds ago. Here's what you should know. The Press is corralled to the very back of the stadium or location they hold these rallies. What we posted the other day was absolutely true. This is a Hillary Clinton event and very frankly, there's next to no one there compared to even an event like Trump had in Berlin, Maryland.

I'm just going to say it. Your Main Stream Media is a scam. The idea that allegedly the majority of Americans are supporting Hillary Clinton for President is simply a load of crap. We are being scammed.

We've watched, (for years) military practices all over the country, yes, even in Mardela. We have witnessed military vehicles being handed out to local law enforcement agencies. One only has to slightly wonder if our government hasn't been preparing for what might happen if the election is rigged and IF Americans finally say enough is enough.

Oh sure, you can sit there and call this post a conspiracy theorist post, fine. However, all I'm saying is what millions of people are thinking and in the end we're wondering, do you feel this is a possibility?

Click on the image and enlarge it. I'd guess this crowd is only 10 people deep and Hillary was on the stage live.

Revealed: Medal of Honor hero's anger that his request for backup was denied TEN TIMES

Revealed: Medal of Honor hero's anger that his request for backup was denied TEN TIMES by officers sitting kilometers away from where he single-handedly fought for seven hours against 60 Taliban

The American hero awarded the Medal of Honor earlier this week for his bravery in fighting off 60 Taliban almost single-handedly for seven hours has spoken of his anger that repeated requests for backup during the ordeal were ignored by his commanders back at base.

Retired Captain William Swenson was awarded the nation's top military medal by President Obama at the White House on Tuesday. The President said that when Swenson’s comrades needed him, he 'was there for his brothers'...'we thank God he was there for us all.'

But now Swenson, 34, has spoken out about his frustration that his repeated – as many as ten - requests for backup were ignored by commanders who feared involvement would lead to civilian casualties.

Obama to go beyond 10,000 Syrian refugees

Administration officials said Friday that the 10,000 Syrian refugees President Obama wants to welcome this fiscal year is a floor, not a ceiling, and they can go even higher than that total.

“We can now say that we’ve welcomed 8,000 Syrian refugees so far this year and we are very confident we will welcome at least 10,000,” Assistant Secretary of State Anne C. Richard told reporters in updating the flow.

At today’s pace, more than 12,000 refugees could be admitted by the end of September, which marks the end of the fiscal year..

Trump on Clinton: 'I don't think she's all there'

WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) — Republican Donald Trump questioned Democrat Hillary Clinton’s fitness to be president Saturday night, saying “she’s got problems” and that Americans “don’t want someone who’s going to short-circuit.”

Trump told a crowd of supporters that he’s not sure the former first lady and secretary of state is up to the job.

“Honestly, I don’t think she’s all there,” Trump said at a rally in a steamy gymnasium.

Clinton this week said that she “may have short-circuited” when she claimed that FBI Director James Comey said “my answers were truthful and what I’ve said is consistent with what I have told the American people” about her use of a private email server during her tenure in the State Department. She had made the claim in an interview with Fox News.

Comey told Congress that investigators had “no basis to conclude she lied to the FBI.” But he has also questioned the accuracy of some of the public statements she’s made about the issue.

Clinton’s statement drew rebuke from fact checkers as well as Trump, who earlier Saturday tweeted that, “Anybody whose mind ‘SHORT CIRCUITS’ is not fit to be our president! Look up the word ‘BRAINWASHED.'”

No External Cause Of Death Found In Autopsy Of Suspect Who Died After Arrest By Ocean City PD

(BALTIMORE, MD) – Complete results of an autopsy conducted on the body of a Delaware man who died after being arrested on drug charges by the Ocean City Police Department yesterday are pending, but the preliminary post-mortem found no signs of external injuries that would have caused his death and did find signs that he may have ingested drugs.

An autopsy was initiated today at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore on the body of Jerry L. Weston, 37, of Greenwood, DE. Weston and two others were arrested early yesterday morning on drug charges by the Ocean City Police Department. Weston became ill while being processed at the police department and was transported by ambulance to Atlantic General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 3:30 a.m. yesterday.

The Ocean City Police Department requested the Maryland State Police Homicide Unit investigate the death of Weston. A State Police Homicide Unit investigator attended the autopsy today in Baltimore.

The preliminary information from the autopsy indicates there was no sign of any external trauma that would have caused the death of Weston. Pathologists did find pieces of latex and a substance believed to be cocaine in Weston’s digestive tract, which is consistent with his statement to police and medical personnel while he was in distress that he had ingested cocaine.

Doctors at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner have ordered additional tests, including toxicology screenings, as part of this autopsy. Those results are pending and could take up to a month or more to obtain. Therefore, a ruling has not been made on Weston’s cause and manner of death. The autopsy remains open pending the results of the ongoing tests.

The Maryland State Police investigation is continuing.

Police Union: Clinton Snubbed Us

Top officials at the biggest police union in the country are upset with Hillary Clinton, saying she snubbed them.

The leader of the National Fraternal Order of Police told The Hill that the Democrat sent a signal through her staff that she wouldn’t be seeking the union’s endorsement.

"It sends a powerful message. To be honest with you, I was disappointed and shocked," said Chuck Canterbury, the president of the National Fraternal Order of Police.

"You would think with law enforcement issues so much in the news that even if she had disagreements with our positions, that she would’ve been willing to say that."

Clinton’s opponent, Donald Trump, is now actively seeking the union’s support as he trumpets a “law and order” message on the campaign tail.

Canterbury spoke to The Hill in a telephone interview Friday, shortly after he left Trump Tower in Manhattan.

He and other leaders of the police union — which says it represents 335,000 members — visited with Trump on Friday morning to sound out the Republican nominee about his positions on issues of importance to law enforcement officers. Politico first reported the meeting.

The union will not be meeting with Clinton because her campaign decided not to fill out a questionnaire that is required for seeking the police union's endorsement.

Barack Obama Was -- and Remains -- Unfit for the Presidency

Recently, President Barack Obama told a press conference: “I think the Republican nominee is unfit to serve as President … he’s woefully unprepared to do this job.” He added: “Mitt Romney and John McCain were wrong on certain policy issues, but I never thought that they couldn’t do the job.”

Of course, when he was running against them, Obama said that McCain lacked the “temperament” to be president, and accused literally Romney of killing a woman by laying off her husband from his job.

It is worth recalling how few qualifications Obama himself had — and how many factors ought to have disqualified him. Both Hillary Clinton and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) drew attention to his deficiencies — Clinton with her infamous “3 a.m.” ad, and McCain with his “Not Ready to Lead” slogan.

True the Vote Wins Legal Appeal Against IRS

Houston-based True the Vote, a prominent player in the Internal Revenue Service targeting scandal from 2013 has reportedly won critical portions of its appeal in a lawsuit against the IRS.

The “voters’ rights organization” known for promoting voter ID laws across the country initially announced the ruling on its Twitter account.

. @TruetheVote v. #IRS ruling: “The IRS cannot defend its discriminatory conduct on the merits…” Stay tuned..

— True the Vote (@TrueTheVote) August 5, 2016

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia found that the tax agency’s promises of reform and cessation of “Be-On-The-Lookout” targeting of conservative groups’ applications for tax-exempt status were not satisfactory and, therefore, True the Vote and others should not have had their cases dismissed by lower courts as moot. If the IRS elects to not seek a full appellate panel hearing, the case will be sent back to the trial court for further discovery regarding their claims of civil rights violations.

True the Vote Founder Catherine Engelbrecht hailed the decision in a statement obtained by Breitbart Texas.

First Sept 11, Now Saudi Arabia Linked To German Terrorst Attacks

Several weeks after the US government finally released a redacted version of the secret "28 pages", which confirmed Saudi Arabia's key role behind the September 11 attack, even as both the Obama administration and Saudi Arabia claimed no such connection exists (when it clearly did for anyone who actually read the disclosure), a trail has now emerged linking the recent surge in deadly terrorist attacks in Germany to Saudi Arabia.

According to Der Spiegel, both the terrorist from the Wurzburg train axe attack, and the Ansbach suicide bomber who blew up an explosive-filled backpack, had multiple chat contacts with persons in Saudi Arabia.

As a result, Reuters adds, Saudi authorities are now in contact with their German colleagues, responding to these potentially explosive new findings which once again implicate the Saudi state with more state-sponsored terrirms, and show at least two attackers were in close contact via a chat conversation with possible Islamic State backers from Saudi Arabia. Traces of the chat, which investigators have been able to reconstruct, indicate that both men were not only influenced by but also took instructions from people, as yet unidentified, up until the attacks, the report said.

It may not come as a surprise that the state exposed as facilitating and coordinating the September 11 terrorist attack, and which admitted to have created the Islamic States (with US knowledge), is now trying to provoke a terrorist backlash in Europe too. Recall that after the Iraqi city of Mosul fell to a lightning Isis offensive in 2014, the late Prince Saud al-Faisal, then the Saudi foreign minister when speaking to John Kerry admitted that “Daesh [Isis] is our [Sunni] response to your support for the Da’wa” — the Tehran-aligned Shia Islamist ruling party of Iraq.

Ryan’s opponent: ‘Why do we have Muslims’ in U.S.?

House speaker blasts 'dark,' 'indefensible' comments by Nehlen

House Speaker Paul Ryan has rebuked his primary opponent for suggesting that it might be worth exploring the possibility of deporting all Muslims.

Ryan called the comments “dark” and “indefensible” in a Wisconsin radio interview Friday morning.

“I hate to even give such comments currency by even talking about them,” Ryan told Wisconsin WTMJ radio host Charlie Sykes. “This is not conservatism, this is not the U.S. Constitution, this is not the Bill of Rights, let’s just be really clear about this.”

WORLD Iran’s Former President Ahmadinejad Sends Obama Letter Demanding More Cash

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran’s former hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sent a letter on Monday to President Barack Obama, asking him to “quickly fix” a U.S. Supreme Court ruling allowing families of people killed in attacks linked to Iran to collect damages from some $2 billion in frozen assets.

While writing that his letter “is by no means of (a) political nature,” Ahmadinejad’s message to Obama arrives amid swirling speculation that the hard-line politician may run as a candidate in Iran’s presidential election next year.

It also comes as average Iranians largely have yet to see the benefits of Iran’s nuclear deal with world powers — something a discontent Ahmadinejad and other hard-liners could mine in any potential campaign against moderates.

In the letter, posted on a website associated with the former president’s office, Ahmadinejad focuses on the Supreme Court’s decision in April. The court’s 6-2 ruling allows families of victims of the 1983 Marine barracks bombing in Beirut and other attacks linked to Iran to collect monetary damages from Iran.

Government "Is" The Problem, Stupid!

Here are two charts that show how successful, government solutions are for the citizens of this country.

First off, even according to the manipulated and under-reported CPI figures, you have lost 65% of your purchasing power since 1978. Using a real measure of inflation, its closer to 85%, but why quibble. You are slowly but surely being impoverished by the Federal Reserve (aka Wall Street bankers) and the corrupt politicians you elected to represent your interests.

Doug Short presents the cost of college tuition, medical care and new cars over the last 38 years.

One of these things is not like the other.
The second chart shows the growth in Federal loans to students since 1995.

New mantra to deny Islamic terror: ‘Mental illness’

Governments, media 'trying to obscure motives' of attackers

Is “mental illness” the new cover for jihadist attacks on the West?

It certainly seems that way, says a noted expert on jihad.

The latest “mentally unstable” young man to launch a seemingly random attack on unarmed civilians was Zakaria Bulhan, a 19-year-old Somali Muslim who had been resettled in Norway at the age of 5. Bulhan singled out an American woman in London and stabbed her to death Wednesday on a busy square filled with tourists, then injured five others in a stabbing spree before being apprehended.

“Authorities have ascribed jihad terror to mental illness on numerous occasions,” said Robert Spencer, including the Orlando, San Bernardino and Chattanooga attacks in the United States. Sometimes it sticks, but usually, days, weeks or even months later, when few people are still paying attention, the police will retract their earlier statements and admit it was a terrorist attack.

Media's lies, double standards accelerate at blinding speed

The duplicity of the press reaches dangerous new lows

According to the media, not all grieving parents of fallen servicemen are created equal. Whether those parents are protected, defended and respected or ignored, dismissed and smeared depends on their political affiliation — and how useful they are to the “right” side.

Witness the tale of three parents that emerged during the course of the Republican and Democratic conventions. On the first evening of the Republican convention, Patricia Smith spoke lovingly about her son Sean, who was one of four Americans killed in the Islamic terror attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012. She reminded the world of the kind of man Sean was — a decent, hardworking patriot who chose to serve his country in one of the most dangerous places on earth.

She then directed her wrath at Hillary Clinton, who, as secretary of state, was directly responsible for the security in Benghazi before and during the attack — and for what happened in its aftermath. Mrs. Smith again accused Mrs. Clinton of lying to her face as her son lay just feet away in a flag-draped casket: “In an email to her daughter shortly after the attack, Hillary Clinton blamed it on terrorism,” she said. “But when I saw Hillary Clinton at Sean’s coffin ceremony, just days later, she looked me squarely in the eye and told me a video was responsible. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Hillary Clinton to explain to me the real reason why my son is dead. I’m still waiting.”

Twin Falls Crisis Imposed by Clinton-Era Pro-Refugee Advocates

Thousands of Muslim refugees are flowing into the small Idaho town of Twin Falls because of closed-door decisions made by a group of self-serving advocates in and around Washington D.C.

One key player is Lavinia Limón, CEO of the U.S. Committee on Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI). That’s a government-backed group that is paid to place migrants in Americans’ towns. Her group is also called a “voluntary agency,” or ‘VOLAG.’ The group’s local affiliate, the College of Southern Idaho, has already placed 1,000 Iraqi refugees in Twin Falls.

Limón is married to a man that she met in Saudi Arabia while bringing refugees to the United States, and since 1975, she’s been using the government-supplied flood of unskilled and culturally distant migrants to convert Americans’ neighborhoods into “new American communities.” Most of the targeted neighborhoods are in politically weak towns far from wealthy districts, who are protected from migrant inflows by influential politicians.

Limón is part of a circle of Democratic progressive politicians who believe Americans’ government should not favor Americans over foreigners, and that all humans — Americans and Afghans, Christians and Muslims, skilled and unskilled, healthy and diseased — should be welcomed in the United States. She is allied with various business groups — plus their GOP supporters — who use each annual inflow of migrant workers as replacements for prior years’ migrants, many of whom flee to better and safer jobs.

NC Will Ask US Supreme Court to Allow Voter ID Law to Stand

North Carolina will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to allow a state law requiring voters to show identification to stand, after an appellate court struck it down a week ago, Republican Governor Pat McCrory said on Friday.

The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday refused the state's request to put its decision on hold while North Carolina asks the Supreme Court to overturn it ahead of the U.S. general election on Nov. 8.

McCrory said the state will ask justices by early next week to stay the appeals court's ruling, which found that sweeping changes to the state's voting rules in 2013 intentionally discriminated against African-Americans.

An application for a stay would likely be directed to Chief Justice John Roberts, who has responsibility for emergency actions that arise from the 4th Circuit. Roberts could act alone or refer the matter to all eight justices. Five votes are needed to grant an application for a stay.

"Changing our state's election laws close to the upcoming election, including common sense voter ID, will create confusion for voters and poll workers," the governor said in a statement. "The court should have stayed their ruling, which is legally flawed, factually wrong and disparaging to our state."

About 42 percent of likely voters favored Clinton, to Trump’s 39 percent, according to the July 31-Aug. 4 online poll of 1,154 likely voters. The poll had a credibility interval of plus or minus 3 percentage points, meaning that the results suggest the race is roughly even.

Among registered voters over the same period, Clinton held a lead of five percentage points, down from eight percentage points on Monday, according to the poll.

The Mendacity Behind Obama's Mockery of the Cash-for-Iran Story

"It is not at all clear to me why it is that cash, as opposed to a check or wire transfer, has made this into a news story."

-- President Barack Obama, Pentagon Press Conference, August 4, 2016

Thus did President Obama scold those who are now asking why his administration secretly airlifted $400 million worth of cash to Iran this past January, just as Iran was releasing four American prisoners. By Obama's account, there's nothing to see here. Not only did Obama deny, despite the striking coincidence of timing, that the payment was a ransom. He also mocked anyone who might see the story of the cash itself as troubling news, or newsworthy at all.Obama dismissed such reactions as "the manufacturing of outrage in a story that we disclosed in January."

Welcome, once again, to the vertigo of the Obama "narrative," in which the priority of his "most transparent" administration is not to deal honestly with the American public, but to spin a web of half truths, enmeshed in complexities, to cover up highly questionable uses of power -- and then, if caught red-handed, use the bully pulpit to deride and dismiss the critics.

IRS Still Targeting Tea Party With Classic 'Catch-22'

A federal appeals court unanimously confirmed Friday that Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials targeted Tea Party and conservative non-profit applicants, with one of the judges calling the tax agency’s actions indefensible.

“It being plain to the Inspector General, the District Court, and this court that the IRS cannot defend its discriminatory conduct on the merits,” U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Judge David B. Sentelle wrote.

The court overturned a previous decision that said IRS employees proved they had stopped sending Tea Party tax exemption applications into what one agency manager called a “black hole.” The three-judge panel did, however, agree that Tea Party groups couldn’t sue individual IRS officials.

Despite America’s Unnerving Cultural Shift, Your Friends Are Not Unreachable

Your un-churched friends are not unreachable. How do I know? They’ve said so themselves.

We’ve all heard the statistics about the growth of the religiously unaffiliated in America—the sociologists call them the “nones”—those who don’t belong to any church or denomination. We’ve seen the effects of a secular worldview displacing America’s Judeo-Christian consensus, with the decline of religious liberty, respect for life, and marriage. On top of all this, some of the churches best known for doing evangelism are declining, with fewer and fewer of their members sharing the good news of Jesus. In our guts we can feel the cultural ground moving beneath our feet, and it’s unnerving.

It’s no wonder that evangelizing our un-churched neighbors can seem like a daunting task. More and more of them are downright hostile to the things of faith, right? Wrong!

That’s not my opinion—it’s straight from a new online survey of 2,000 un-churched Americans from LifeWay Research and the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism. The survey reports that nearly four in five of those who haven’t been to church in the last six months—except for weddings and funerals—say they don’t mind talking about faith if it’s really important to a friend. Not only that, but 47 percent say they will discuss religion freely if the subject comes up. Nearly another third say they’ll listen without responding. Remember, we’re only talking here about people who don’t go to church!

Unfortunately, even tragically, only a third say someone has actually bothered to explain why they should be a Christian. “Un-churched folks are not being overwhelmed by Christians talking about their faith,” says Scott McConnell, who’s the executive director of Lifeway Research. “If faith is important to you, then your friends will be interested in hearing about it.”

A Big Damn Difference

A reader – a Libertarian friend – chastises me for supporting Trump over Hillary; for supporting any candidate who isn’t a principled Libertarian. I thought some of you might be interested in a principled Libertarian’s thoughts on this business:

Dear X –

Here’s a stark difference to consider: Hillary is a murderer. A mass murderer. By proxy, yes – but a murderer, nonetheless. Eager to have people killed. Arguably, more guilty of murder than Julius Streicher – who washanged for merely inciting murderous hatred. Hillary has ordered people killed. Has literallyreveled in the murder-by-sodomy of Quaddafi, which she helped to orchestrate.

She is an obvious psychopath. Worse than The Chimp, even. And The Chimp was pretty got-damned awful.

Trump is arrogant, a blowhard. He may be a dick. But he hasn’t killed anyone that I am aware of, either himself or by proxy.

He doesn’t seem eager to get the US involved in more wars. Hillary does.

If she is elected, more people will die – a certainty.

Physicians: ‘Absurd’ to Say Anyone is Born Into ‘Wrong Body’

The American College of Pediatricians (ACP) has released a position paper denouncing popular approaches to transgender, declaring that the current protocol is founded upon “unscientific gender ideology,” which lacks any basis in real evidence.

The physicians argue that the assumption that gender dysphoria (GD)—a psychological condition in which people experience a marked incongruence between their experienced gender and their biological sex—is innate contradicts all relevant data and is based on ideology rather than science.

Studies have shown, the authors contend, that the “perspective of an ‘innate gender identity’ arising from prenatally ‘feminized’ or ‘masculinized’ brains trapped in the wrong body is in fact an ideological belief that has no basis in rigorous science.”

“GD is a problem that resides in the mind not in the body. Children with GD do not have a disordered body—even though they feel as if they do,” the doctors note. “Likewise, although many men with GD express the belief that they are a ‘feminine essence’ trapped in a male body, this belief has no scientific basis.”

“Conditioning children to believe the absurdity that they or anyone could be ‘born into the wrong body,’ and that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse,” the paper argues.

Kaine: We ‘Paid and We Got Hostages Home’

Sunday on on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” while commenting on the $400 million dollar payment to Iran by the White House at the same time American hostages were released, Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) bragged the U.S. government had “bargained it down to a fraction and paid a portion of the claim” and added “we got hostages home.”

Kaine said, “Chuck, here is the only thing new about this. This arrangement, the settlement of a claim with Iran, the payment of a portion of that settlement, hostages coming home, thank God. This was brief to Congress and the American public months ago.."

As Obama Slams Iran "Ransom" Allegations, He Refuses To Answer One Simple Question

Unable to keep the $400 million cash drop to Iran off the front pages, the Obama administration came out swinging today with denials, conspiracy-theory-accusations, and allegations of biased reportingas the mainstream media was forced by the striking actions of The White House to ask uncomfortable questions.

Bloomberg reports that critics of Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran say the payment was ransom, a contention the White House has strongly denied; that it will encourage Iran to take more Americans hostage; and that it’s likely the money will be funneled into terrorist groups.

“If true, this report confirms our longstanding suspicion that the administration paid a ransom in exchange for Americans unjustly detained in Iran," House Speaker Paul Ryan, a Wisconsin Republican, said in a statement.

"It would also mark another chapter in the ongoing saga of misleading the American people to sell this dangerous nuclear deal."

Obama administration officials have, of course, dismissed the controversy as old news, noting that the settlement was fully disclosed by the White House and State Department at the time the Iran nuclear deal was announced.

“The United States of America does not pay ransom and doesn’t negotiate ransoms with any country -- we never have and we’re not doing that now," Secretary of State John Kerry said Thursday in Buenos Aires.

As The Hill reports, President Obama chastised the press for their coverage of the payment, noting that the deal with Iran was announced months ago as part of a larger diplomatic settlement.

"This wasn’t some nefarious deal," Obama said.

Analysis: When Clinton Insinuates Gold Star Mom Is Lying, Media Gives A Pass

When a Benghazi mother came out to say that she still held Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton responsible for the death of her son, the media came out to call her testimony into question.

Pat Smith, the mother of Stephen Smith, told the audience at the Republican National Convention that she blamed Clinton for her son’s death in Benghazi. She said that Clinton had lied to her about the circumstances of her son’s death. Specifically, Smith was referring to a meeting she had with Clinton in which she alleged Clinton told her that the “producers of a video” degrading Muslims would “be arrested.”

There’s no way to prove, since no transcripts exist, if the conversation between Clinton and Smith occurred the way Smith recounts. Regardless, there’s strong evidence implicating Clinton’s department had loose security requirements in Libya and ignored repeated requests for more security.

Sen. Intel Chair on Pallets of Cash to Iran: Keeps Getting Worse

The Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence told Breitbart News Thursday the more he learns about the reality of President Barack Obama’s Iran deal the more shocked he becomes at its reckless disregard for the safety of Americans.

“The Obama Administration and Secretaries Clinton and Kerry insisted that the Iranian deal was beneficial to the United States, and proceeded with the deal despite warnings from experts and the wishes of the American people,” said Sen. Richard Burr (R.-N.C.), who is a direct descendant of the family of Aaron Burr, Thomas Jefferson’s first vice-president and the man who shot Alexander Hamilton in a duel July 11, 1804 at dueling grounds in Weehawken, New Jersey.

“Now, we learn that the administration sent pallets of cash to the Iranians, a designated state sponsor of terrorism,” he said. “This decision from day one was a bad one for the American people and it keeps getting worse.”

Legal Precedent for Failure to Comply

A. Legal Precedent for Failure to Comply: The Filing of a Motion to Quash Does Not Automatically Stay a Deposition.

In Stephen L. Lafrance Holdings, Inc. v. Sorensen, 278 F.R.D. 429 (E.D. Ark. 2011), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas addressed this issue in a nearly identical context. In Section (d) of this opinion, titled "Effect of a Motion to Quash," the Federal Court held:

[T]he filing of a motion to quash does not automatically stay a deposition. The mere act of filing a motion does not relieve a party of the of the duty to appear; the party is obligated to appear until some order of the court excuses attendance.

Id. at 436 (citations omitted)(emphasis supplied)

In addition, "the burden is on the movant to obtain a ruling on a motion to quash before cancelling the deposition." Id.

B. Federal Rule 45(e) Contempt.

Federal Rule 45(e) provides that "[t]he issuing court may hold in contempt a person who, having been served, fails without adequate excuse to obey the subpoena. A nonparty's failure to obey must be excused if the subpoena purports to require the nonparty to attend or produce at a place outside the limits of Rule 45(c)(3)(A)(ii).

Bolton: Hillary Can’t Face Benghazi Mother Pat Smith -- 'Tested in a Crisis Situation, Hillary's Character Failed'

Former UN Ambassador John Bolton spoke with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Stephen K. Bannon about Hillary Clinton and grieving Benghazi mother Pat Smith Thursday, saying, “I don’t think [Hillary Clinton] can face Mrs. Smith today.”

Continued Bolton, “Mrs. Smith and her agony and what she and the other families of the four Americans assassinated that day demonstrates is a failure of character on Hillary’s part. I really think it comes down to that. You can talk about Donald Trump all you want. Tested in a crisis situation, Hillary’s character failed.”

“I think Mrs. Smith makes a very important point. Her son died in the service of our country working for Hillary Clinton, and she won’t even meet with her to talk about what happened. And I think the reason why the media doesn’t take it seriously is the media is going to do everything they can to elect Hillary,” he added.

Obama’s Cash Payment to Iran Broke Criminal Law

Did it ever occur to President Obama to ask why he couldn’t just cut a check to the Iranian regime?

Outrage broke out this week over the revelation that Obama arranged to ship the mullahs piles of cash, worth $400 million and converted into foreign denominations, reportedly in an unmarked cargo plane. The hotly debated question was whether the payment, which the administration attributes to a 37-year-old arms deal, was actually a ransom paid for the release of American hostages Tehran had abducted.

It is a waste of time to debate that point further. The Iranians have bragged that the astonishing cash payment was a ransom — and Obama has been telling us for months that we can trust the Iranians. The hostages were released the same day the cash arrived. One of the hostages has reported that the captives were detained an extra several hours at the airport and told they would not be allowed to leave until the arrival of another plane — inferentially, the unmarked cargo plane ferrying the cash. The reason American policy has always prohibited paying ransoms to terrorists and other abductors is that it only encourages them to take more hostages. And, as night follows day, Iran has abducted more Americans since Obama paid the cash. No matter how energetically the president tries to lawyer the ransom issue, if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck . . .

More worth examining is why the transaction took the bizarre form that it did. To cut to the chase, I believe it was to camouflage — unsuccessfully — the commission of felony law violations.

New York Times hits Clinton's 'untruthful claims' on emails

The liberal New York Times editorial board said Hillary Clinton essentially lied last week when she claimed she had been forthcoming with the public about sending classified information over her private email server.

In an editorial printed Friday, the Times said that Clinton is breeding distrust with voters, who polls show are already skeptical of her level of honesty, even as her opponent Donald Trump has seen his overall standing in national and state-level polls rapidly decline.

"So where does this leave Mrs. Clinton?" the paper said. "It does not give her the luxury of sitting back and hoping Mr. Trump will implode, but it does present opportunities — to lure wavering Republicans and independents, not merely by stoking outrage at his statements, but by addressing in policy terms the economic anxiety and fear that underlie Mr. Trump's appeal, as well as lingering distrust of her. Instead, she played into that distrust this week by repeatedly asserting untruthful claims about her careless handling of government emails."

It was in a Fox News interview last Sunday that the Democratic nominee was asked to respond to FBI Director James Comey, who recently said that while Clinton was secretary of state, she mishandled government information on a private email server. She was also asked to respond to Comey's testimony in a congressional hearing, wherein he disputed much of what Clinton had said publicly in her defense of using the server.

This Company Has Built a Profile on Every American Adult

Forget telephoto lenses and fake mustaches: The most important tools for America’s 35,000 private investigators are database subscription services. For more than a decade, professional snoops have been able to search troves of public and nonpublic records—known addresses, DMV records, photographs of a person’s car—and condense them into comprehensive reports costing as little as $10. Now they can combine that information with the kinds of things marketers know about you, such as which politicians you donate to, what you spend on groceries, and whether it’s weird that you ate in last night, to create a portrait of your life and predict your behavior.

IDI, a year-old company in the so-called data-fusion business, is the first to centralize and weaponize all that information for its customers. The Boca Raton, Fla., company’s database service, idiCORE, combines public records with purchasing, demographic, and behavioral data. Chief Executive Officer Derek Dubner says the system isn’t waiting for requests from clients—it’s already built a profile on every American adult, including young people who wouldn’t be swept up in conventional databases, which only index transactions. “We have data on that 21-year-old who’s living at home with mom and dad,” he says.

Virginia’s Syrian Refugees Resettled In Poor Communities Hours Away From Wealthy DC Suburbs

CNN Busted After Claiming Secret Service Confronted Trump…

The Reuters news service has poured cold water on CNN’s overheated claim that the Secret Service warned Donald Trump’s campaign that his gun rights rhetoric seemed to threaten the safety of Hillary Clinton.

Reuters reported that “a federal official on Wednesday said the U.S. Secret Service had not formally spoken with Republican Donald Trump’s presidential campaign regarding his suggestion a day earlier that gun rights activists could stop Democratic rival Hillary Clinton from curtailing their access to firearms.”

Trump gleefully broadcast Reuters’ refutation of the CNN article.

Reuters just announced that Secret Service never spoke to me or my campaign. Made up story by @CNN is a hoax. Totally dishonest.

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 10, 2016

On Tuesday, Democrats, and many parts of the established media, claimed that Trump had casually threatened Hillary Clinton during an off-the-cuff campaign speech. This media-magnified claim — just like other claims, whether true or not — helps the Democrats’ push their narrative that Trump is too unstable to risk putting in the White House.

Hillary Clinton urges journalists to go after Donald Trump

Telling the Fourth Estate that it has a “special responsibility” in an election cycle like this one, Hillary Clinton on Friday urged journalists to keep up tough coverage of Donald Trump, and said that any news organization targeted by the Republican presidential nominee should be proud.

Mrs. Clinton, who has come under fire for rarely answering reporters’ questions and almost never holding legitimate press conferences, tried to put herself squarely on the side of the media. Speaking to a joint meeting of the National Association of Black Journalists and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, Mrs. Clinton recited many of Mr. Trump’s ugly clashes with the press and said journalists have a civic duty to keep after the billionaire businessman.

“He talks about curtailing press freedom as well. We need to stand up as a country and say, ‘Donald Trump doesn’t represent who are are and what we believe,’” she said.
