BREAKING NEWS: Death toll climbs to more than 700 in Mecca pilgrimage stampede

At least 717 people are dead and hundreds injured in a stampede near the Muslim holy city of Mecca, in Saudi Arabia, where about 2 million people are undertaking the hajj pilgrimage.
