When you have no life and you sit around a scanner all day and night, this is what you get. They should rename that Site, FALSE ALERT.
Bottom Feeders with a LOOK AT MEEEE lifestyle can't resist scaring the crap out of our communities. With all the shootings lately, you'd think this group of Police Officers and Firefighters who run this site would CONFIRM this information first before they put everyone in a panic.
Friends contacted me today telling me they had to remove their contact via cell phone alerts because these people are sending out so much crap they couldn't take it any more. Someone else today stated they got so ticked off at them because they put up like SIXTY pictures of fire trucks at a fire and it alerted them like 60 times, every time they added a picture.
Now they are BEGGING for people to like them and please send your friends to this site. Sounds like a certain blogger to me.
Joe, I removed them too. I have better things to do with my life than get these alerts every five minutes. Thanks for clearing this up.

The reservation is a select area on the westside which is shady and meets close to the upscale booth street apartment complex.It is home to various activites not limited to open air drug deals,The destruction of county property.Sadistic torture of poor domestic animals.Country club and ripple beverage tastings and a personal free landfill for all the hood.Alot of real estate for sale in the general area most are no light homes in which the light of day cannot come in thru the boarded up windows and doors.Its a delightful hood in da bury.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, Joe, for telling the public what this site is and how it's actually a danger to the community and especially to the police and fire personnel. One wrong report taken from scanner chatter can put people's lives in danger. Two weeks ago (?) it was identifying the victim as the perpetrator. Next time it could be worse.

Ever since then, she's never posted on there again. I know she monitors the scanners, and I know that she posts on there as well.

You can see that the police calls get way more likes and comments than the fire calls, that's because the police departments are paying money to "boost" their posts through Facebook, to make it look like the police departments are actually "working"

They post inside information. And their posts match internal emails.

I personally heard Laura Mitchell say she posts on there. I know for a fact she does.

So you have 2 PIO's and a female dispatcher posting from SPD or you didn't finish HS and you don't know what of formulate a correct sentence?
The site was publicly discredited several (over three) weeks ago by Chief Duncan at a community meeting at a West Side church. She rightfully implored people not to believe what's read on the site or take what's heard on scanners as gospel, as much of the information is sketchy or unsubstantiated, as has been proven several times since the site began.
