Your only way out of this is to sue the developer and let the courts decide. You will get nothing from tom Stevens and the boy wonder. The court of public opinion means nothing here.
Seems to me they are trying to harass the owners for complaing about the law not being followed! Don't you people get it, if you have lots of money certain laws and ordainces don't apply to you but if you are of modest means they not only crack down but also dole out the maximun penalty!
Salisbury Ordinance 1913, Section J: says the working hours are between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., on weekdays. This video was taken at 6:40 a.m. In this case, they are in violation of the starting time.
12:59 I agree with you. If you must warm up equipment befor 7am at least move it as far away fron the houses as possible. In all honesty I'm a little surprised that equipment actually starts and runs.
Including me. The difference is, the City of Salisbury holds my feet to the fire in my profession, but they dont hold these folks feet to the fire. City officials had no qualms handing down the maximum penalty on a first offense. 90 days suspension (over a $100 discrepancy). No appeal process, no nothing. Just the Chief, Ireton, and Stevenson out to crush the little guy.
I am lost and apparently missing something.
ReplyDelete11:11 People are working...on a Thursday...
