Four Black Teen Thugs Surround, Attack WOMAN While Walking Dog In So-Called “Knockout Game”

This is so pathetic and cowardly. How is it that four teenagers can be so bereft of conscience that they decide to surround and attack a 36-year-old woman who is just out walking her dog in Brooklyn? How does that happen?
