    1:07-They're much too dependant to start a war.Look what they would stand to lose.People may not realize it because it's right in front of their eyes,but they've been kept overly dependent for a reason.When they depend on the government,the government automatically has control over them.Remember the EBT experiment where funds were reduced? Riots ensued almost immediately thereafter.
