No one can make a judgement as to the quality of the teacher based on a 60 second video. I can make an informed guess that this kid is probably more drama-queen than inquiring mind. 'Yo' - give me a break.
The kid already knows what's going on, 11:19, and he's pointing it out to the teacher in no uncertain terms; and he's completely correct here. Sometimes, somebody just has to stand up and say it out loud.
