STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Judge Thomas Lipps reached a decision on Sunday in the trial of two Steubenville high school football players accused of raping an allegedly drunk 16-year-old.
He handed down a guilty verdict on all three counts and sentenced the boys to time in a juvenile correctional facility.
When I saw one of the pictures the rapists proudly posted on line the day after the incident of them carrying her unconscious (one boy holding her hands and the other boy holding her feet with no shoes on) with the mid section of her body dragging on the ground...It made me tear up. Justice has been served.
Couple of things, first they are no longer accused, they are convicted rapists. Second, she wasn't allegely drunk, she was proven drunk.
ReplyDeleteEven her being drunk does not excuse the actions of these punks! Glad justice prevailed in this case.
ReplyDeletespoiled brats.
