Pennsylvania Judge Robert Simpson sided with his state’s Voter ID law today.
The ACLU and others sued over this new state law, which was enacted five months ago. The law requires voters to present identification when casting ballots, which the ACLU argues is unconstitutional. The challengers sought a court order in the form of a preliminary injunction, blocking the law from going into effect before the November 6 election.
I've never voted without presenting an ID.I've always assumed they needed to see it.
ReplyDeleteI have always shown my ID to vote. I always thought everyone had to. It only makes sense. You present your voter card and your drivers license or state issued ID. Whats the problem with that. How does that violate anyones rights
ReplyDeletegood! you can't buy in radio shack w/o id...so why not to vote?
