  4. JR 2:48,

You have been stirring the pot all day on this Blog and you need to go back to work and cut the crap. You keep picking on Lewis & Ruark as well and they're on to you.

You're a mental case that just won't go away. Take a pill and go hug a bunny, will ya.

  5. Anon 2:48..... I've been following this here on SBYNEWS. If presenting the evidence makes you say she's convicted, then she's in more trouble than you think!

The arguements in her favor are saying the boy concented, he is old enough to know what he was doing, he should be found guilty to something..... The thing is none of that matters. The boy could say he's in love and they want to get married! It doesn't change the law here and the law is very clear about "the age of consent." The boy should have known better, the teacher HAS to know better.

Like many have said, if the sexes were reversed, we'd probably have a lynch mob on our hands.

  6. Hahaha.

I was scanning the story titles, and thought this said "The Mayor Released on a $100,000 Bond."

    We can always wish, right?

  9. So Joe are you saying that
Sheriff Lewis and States Attorney Ruark go after those that speak out against them or their actions? Say it ain't so! I am glad they have moved this case to a different county. I hope they throw the book at her...if she is guilty.

  11. what is Mike and Davis onto? They do not worry me in the least. I don't break the law so they can stalk me like you do the mayor and by the way I am at work. Don't you wish you got PAID to do this.

  12. JR, Thank you for finally admitting you won't go away. Paranoid over Lewis & Ruark, eh? Must be a reason for that.

  13. Noone knows if she is guilty or not so dont make judgements. If someone accused you of something like this and you didnt do it, how would you feel knowing people are slamming you left and right on a blog for something you didnt commit. Maybe she did, maybe she didnt, but YOU, dont know.

  14. The case was moved because her husband works in the Wicomico County Court House.

  15. I bet all of you, that you would feel different if it were you're child that was violated! CAC and states attorney don't pull these charges out of a hat, it's investigated thoroughly first. I hope she gets what she deserves for what she did to that young man!

  16. I dont know the case and have not read all the info out there but here must be probable cause. If she is a teacher then she is the custodian of the children in her care. i think if she is guilty she should get ahtever a male would get in this case, Women have appeared more and more on the front. they are not getting away with things they would have years ago and rightfully so. She will have trail of her perrs and let thetruth be told. If she is innocent then I hope she can move on. If she is guilty then throw the book at her. Teacher are held to the same standards as police we are to uphold the trust of those we are to watch over. Again joe has come out and put it in the publics eye. At the very least this women needs serious counseling and this could have been prevented from the start.

  17. Well im sure the kid didnt resist. Its not like she raped him. They had consensual sex apparently, just so turns out he is underage and her student which makes it illegal.

  18. 10:02 check your info, the case has not been moved just being tried by Harford Cty. SA and her husband does not work in the court house or the court system

  19. Let me get a couple of things straight here.

#1. The prosecutor is from another County. The case will stay here, they're just bringing in someone else to handle the case.

#2. Her Husband doesn't work for the Court House, her Brother does.
