More BS From Salisbury University

Joan Williams has been hired at Salisbury University for, GET THIS, Chief Diversity Officer. Coming soon, a White Diversity Officer and when the wall is built they'll hire a Hispanic Diversity Officer. You know, because other races keep spray painting racist remarks and getting arrested and released because of their nationality. Oh, that's right, that would be Fake News, right? NOT!

    We almost followed it with a forced gender equality experiment - which would have been a follow-on failure of epic proportions.

  4. Unbelievable. When I replied to a fund raising email from SU with questions about the “domestic terrorism case” on campus, I was told the investigation is still ongoing. If you’re an alum, don’t give another cent without an answer to that BS.

  7. remember this in coming years when SU will be begging for MD and the US to save them. And we all know they will get the money. And we all know that the money will be wasted on more top down administration and made up fairy tale positions like this. And we all know that the SU students tuition will increase but the kids won't care becuase college will be made mandatory and student loans will flow like water.

    That is, unless the kids get wise and realize that college has always been a big scam.

Keep in mind he was hired without an open and transparent search then promoted without an open and transparent search. The word is, Janet was forced out because this has led to an impending class action discrimination suit.

  17. Here's how the scam works. Liberals are, of course, convinced that everyone is a secret member of the KKK (except them- of course, they are sinless).

    so, you hire a leftwing social justice warrior who...lo and behold, find racism everywhere. They are soo good at finding racism that they'll find in in the weirdest places. Remember a few years ago when we were told the Lord of the Rings movies were racist because the Orc were dark? Bet you didn't know you were a secret racist, right- you though you were just having fun at the movies.

    Anyway, hiring a SJW is like going to a Scientologist. In both cases you will NEVER EVER be labeled "clear" in the case of a Scientologist or "not a racist" in the eyes of the SJW. They WILL find something wrong with you and only THEY can cure you of your sins. (Starting to see a pattern here?)

    So, Salisbury University will hire this lady, and don't forget their utterly satanic office of "institutional Equity". By the way, look up the difference between equality (good) and equity (soviet style good)...your hair will stand on end.

    They will hire this lady and...lo and behold, she'll find racism everywhere. The kind of racism that requires federal dollars to erase. So SU gets propped up with fake money wile fake diversity officers find fake hate crimes so fake students can get fake degrees and never mind that they are being imprisoned for life with very REAL dept...hmmm... whats the update on the graffiti again?

    The American university system is worse than just bad. It is a full blown criminal enterprise. Hopefully, the good thing to come out of this pandemic with be SU and UMES and every other stupid halh wit school going out of business. By the way, it costs you nothing to read Shakespeare on your own time.

      I know for a fact she sends money and funds to radical elements that hate the United States.

      Olsen was let go from State Government
      ( SHE WAS A TEACHER AT E.C.I.)

      for unspecified reasons,and she hates our President Trump and all conservatives.

      Homeland Security out of Dover Airforce base , and some elements of the FBI are conducting investigations on her for terrorist funding..

      Olsen always writes hateful articles about conservatives and President Trump.

      If I were anyone near her...I give her great SOCIAL DISTANCE, because you may not want to be named in the Federal Indictments forthcoming on her radical beliefs and funding for terrorism.

  18. I think you have to remember this is a culture. The kids pay big money to be taught by a bunch of pompous professors who some, not all, don't even hold a teaching degree, or never taught in a public school setting where teaching skills and curriculum matter. Alot of them wouldn't last a week in another setting. They set their own rules, and lesson plans. If you only knew how much of that culture is about prestige,politics and indoctrination, as opposed to supplying a good education to your kids, you would be amazed.

  27. I applied for an admin position at SU when I first moved to Salisbury. I was sent a letter stating they were not hiring but would keep my resume on file. Spoke to our realtor who sold us our home and he said he knew a board member (friend) that could get me a job. There you go. I didn't apply for 2 reasons 1. The people I saw there the day I dropped off my application looked tired, no energy, lack professionalism - gave me the once over and said "put it in the basket" - really and 2. The extra money would put me in a higher tax bracket - only to give it back in taxes to MD which are already to high. My experience - Exec Secretary for 38 years - worked for high ranking officials at the Pentagon and Military. I think it could have been my age but believe I me what I saw in the Main entrance Admin was unbelievable for a University. Very sad.

There's another $100,000 (plus program expenses) to address the foolishness of the few, promote "inclusiveness" by holding world menu events and culture-specific lectures and exotic and colorful entertainment moments, and to be there to assuage the fears of the majority when somebody does something stupid; the officer makes the statements to the public, takes the heat, doubles down on the inclusion mantra and curriculum, and wishes more than anyone that it would all go away. The University is getting into lockstep with more progressive schools where a minority face is put to the program as veritable proof of the institution's commitment to promoting whatever it is that happens to pass as diversity this week.

  37. The Impeachment Hearings followed by the Global Pandemic, have effectively served the purpose of SU Leadership, second floor of Holloway Hall. That is, it was hoped the collective SU community would somehow forget the case(s) of the terroristic graffiti. However, in the midst of a state mandated hiring freeze. we learn of the hiring of another $100k beaurcrat, adding another layer of management to area seemingly covered by a present administrator. Why?
    SU professed full transparency to the community while the case of terrorist graffiti was still red hot. During the soul baring ,gut wrenching town meetings last fall, 2nd floor HH pledged a full investigation, and ultimately those responsible would be held accountable. The only response now from 2nd floor HH is no response. President Wright has advised publicly he has no information to share on the case. Where is the transparency? After completing their investigation on this case, SUPD deferred to the Wicomico States Attorney for charges? This in itself is unusual since it is the role of LE to charge suspect(s) and SAO to prosecute defendants. Incidentally, the Wicomico SAO referred the case back to SUPD for charges. Where is the transparency? Evidently if SUPD deferred to SAO for charges, then a suspect(s) was identified. Where is the transparency? Any thorough investigator will follow the evidence whenever or to whomever it leads. The evidence apparently led to someone for charges to be considered. But, still no further information from 2nd Floor HH. Where is the transparency? Did the evidence and facts look lead to an unanticipated and possible unacceptable conclusion? So this is the result of the prior pledged transparency which has now faded to black?
    Is SU so self-indoctrinated in a politically correct agenda that it cannot recognize it's own basic responsibility to social justice, and that would be honesty? Every SU constituency, students, families, faculty staff, alumni, and the community deserve the truth. Is the truth being withheld because it may be inconvenient, unexpected, or perhaps offensive? Until then, SU's institutional integrity is being risked. In the meantime, within the current crushing economy, we have frontline SU employees facing the prospect of furloughs or layoffs.
    Regardless, another well paid administrator is hired which somehow appears linked to this case. Where is the transparency?
    As this Pandemic rages on, it is a certainty SU will face severe financial decisions. The revenue stream will thin as students drop out or cant return due to financial issues. Recruited students will opt for more affordable options such as community colleges or colleges in their home state. The Legistlature will cut annual appropriations. Academic majors will be discontinued, programs cancelled, faculty laid off, athletic programs downsized or abolished. Not planning for any of those realistic outcomes, we watch as SU continues to needlessly spend resources in areas currently fully covered or to perhaps publically support a specific agenda. Nevertheless, this is a lot to risk given the consequences SU will struggle face in the coming fiscal year. Where is the transparency?
    I suspect alumni will aggressively pursued in the near future for financial support. Probably more so than ever in SU's history. Giving Day may turn into Giving Seven Days a Week. I urge Alumni to demand the transparency. Before you give, demand transparency, demand the truth. Whatever that truth is.

There are lots of white kids selling drugs, walking around with rope, coloring their faces black, and playing anti police music. (sorry, my bad, please substitute the word white kids with faculty)

Can she explain why so many black families do not have a father figure in the family? Can she explain why so many blacks commit crimes in America? Can she explain why blacks claim that there is rampant racism in America, when there ISN'T? Is she an expert on those subjects also? Plus what is it that will keep her busy all day while she is supposed to be working?
