It looks like he was sentenced to 3 years with 2 years suspended...he gor 1 year and it will probably be in local detention center

DeleteIn MD, unless the indecent exposure was to someone under 18, the offender is not put on the sex offender list as it is not consider a sex offense. 😡
ReplyDeleteCheck the registry using the spelling KLIEMAN. I know it's wrong but he had another court case and that is how they spelled it. It was in another county. I only knew it was him because of the home address.

Too bad he is going to be in Summerset county jail instead of Wicomico, our prisoners would shive him. We have some of the most violent guys on the shore locked up here.
ReplyDeleteHe will probably be kept in solitary to keep him safe, and make him shower alone so he don't get excited..no for his safety but this creep will be talked about in the whole place. Any screw up on his protection and he will get it. Most of the guys locked up have families and a child molester is a good target.
Why aren't the parents of that grandchild being charged with child endangering? They know he is a convicted child molester and it is quite obvious he hasn't changed. When I think of what he probably has done to that little girl I want to throw up!

His history of touching, sexual assaults', exposing, fondling, masturbation, flashing and child porn he should be locked up forever! We have some of the worst, most useless judges in the state. This kind of judge that would render such a lenient sentence for a repeat offender should be sent packing. I've seen people get a heck of a lot more for doing a heck of a lot less. Shame of that POS judge. What is his name?

ReplyDeleteI know his behavior very well. I'm his cousin. Since we were preteens he would hide in the closet or under the bed in my room to watch me undress, then jump out to scare me. All thru our teen years he was always grabbing me trying to touch my body, which always led to fights and me crying. He has always been a creep and a big bulls*t artist. I never understood why Annette stayed with him.
