FARMERS’ ALMANAC: A BRUTALLY COLD & WET WINTER 2019-2020 COMING

I'm writing this on August 26th, 2019, which means that we still have nearly a month of summer left (28 days, to be exact), and nearly 120 days until winter 2019-2021.

But that's never stopped the folks over at the Farmers' Almanac from releasing their winter forecasts well ahead of time, and if they're right, we've got a wild ride ahead of us.

The 2019-2020 Winter Outlook from the Farmers' Almanac is calling for the Northeast to be "frosty, wet, and white" for the upcoming winter.

They're saying that the whole Northeast, from Boston to DC can expect "colder-than-normal temperatures for much of the upcoming winter," plus lots of precipitation.

  1. If the Farmers Almanac has balance in mind this forecast could be correct. In nature every action has an equal and opposite reaction.A blast furnace of a summer would naturally be followed by a cold winter.

  2. Well, I don't recall the Eastern Shore of Maryland ever falling in with the Farmers Almanac predictions. Our weather is unique I suppose because of the Bay and the Ocean. Either way it's probably better to look put the back door in the morning.

  5. Can't be, we all know Trump caused global warming. Probably be 85 degrees for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  6. The POTUS will now NUKE any pending weather threats and the Space Force will seed the atmosphere and turn deserts into oasis's and create resort weather for all. They will vacuum up all the CO2 emissions and turn it in gold to rain down on us all.

  7. It's cold every winter at times. I believe we are in the Mid-Atlantic part of the almanac not the North East.

The weather is scheduled and controlled.
