  3. Don't call me a racist because I am not being derogatory about age. BUT, aren't circuit court judges in MD required to retire at age 70 (mandated)? I realize they can return as visiting. This person is 15 years past that. I had a difficult time keeping with her, not up with her. Again, not poking at her age, I'm following close behind her myself. I would think salary and retirement package would allow for a time out.

  4. Federal Supreme Court judges are appointed for life. They can choose to retire at any point or choose to die on the bench.

  6. She looks like Stephen Hawkings sister.
or, spending a Weekend at Bernie's. They're just propping her up, pretending she's still alive.

  7. So much disrespect for a fellow American. So much disrespect for a civil servant who has dedicated her life in service to this great nation.

    Seriously, how dare you?

ESPECIALLY when what she is pointing out is that in the past there wasn't all of this partisan poison, republicans and democrats worked together.

You are what it has become. If this is what "Deplorable" is, then I have no interest in it. Don't dare call yourself Americans and act like that, and don't call yourself Christian either.

    Call yourselves shameful.

  8. This is an incredibly accomplished woman who supports progressive causes and does so without the hoopla that Leftists throw. At least give her that and honor her for her service, service that hasn't upset the Nation's stability or trampled on the Constitution or Bill of Rights. I can't say that I've agreed with all of her decisions, but I respect her for them.

  9. RBG is a totally reliable Prog vote. She was viewed as a moderate when Clinton appointed her in 1993 to her current position. Obviously her views have drifted over the years.
