Scam Alert In OC

Ocean City Police Department

We have received several reports of a scam involving pizza flyers left on hotel room doors. The flyer appears to be an ad for “Romeo’s Pizza”, however, the business does not exist in Ocean City. We believe this is a ploy to get potential victims to place an order and provide a credit card number to pay for it.

    Romeos Pizza is on Philadelphia Ave between 11th and 12th in the old Woods Texaco station next to Mayor Kelly’s old house.

    The OC Police have just put themselves in a legal situation with Romeos in OC.Winning a lawsuit will be a slam dunk.
