As many drunk drivers as we've dodged over the years while driving home from work, I have to disagree wholeheartedly!! This isn't some arbitrary law, it's pertaining to public safety. Some don't have the common sense to not drive while under the influence.

  4. 6:17 These are in West OC and there are plenty of Uber there. They will take you to Annapolis if you want and can pay. Still cheaper than a DUI.

  7. They will spend $50+ in a bar drinking but won't spend $10-45 to get home safe and not get a DUI. Bottle rocket scientists!
