A Viewer Writes: THE PROBLEM WE FACE TODAY IS NOT GUNS

In 12 States a 14 year old can get an abortion WITHOUT even telling a parent! In 15 other States, a parent must be notified, but CANNOT stop, a 14 year old from getting an abortion. That's 27 States where a 14 year old child has the right to decide to kill a baby...

THE PROBLEM WE FACE TODAY IS NOT GUNS, IT IS A LACK OF MORALS AND A LACK OF RESPECT FOR HUMAN LIFE!

    Wow. Leave it to the conservatives to bring abortions into the gun argument. It IS possible to not group things together and have a different opinion on both.

    It is the lack of morals of our legislators, they alone ignored the facts and instead MADE these gun free target rich zones....in an effort to further march their mission to destroy the Constitution. They must disarm America before they can FURTHER enslave us all. They ALONE, MUST be held accountable.

    18 is Too young to go to War also , should be 21 Draft Age

    25 is Ridiculous to rent a car too , make that 21 also

    21 for drinking , may as well be 21 for sex too !!

    Why is it nobody can address one issue without pulling others into It? It's the reason Congress never gets anything done. Every bill gets a bunch of crap tacked onto it. Apple's and oranges here people

    18 = Adult for Sex / Draft / Car Rentals (should be)

    Drinking (should be )

    Guns Laws only affect Law abiding good people & have NO
    affect on criminals >>>> Common Sense Folks !!!!

    Plus, it will Always Take a Good Guy with a Gun to Stop
    a Bad Guy with a Gun .....No way around it !!! Dugh

    The point here is not abortion or gun ownership, 8:34 and 9:12. The point is how much responsibility is it reasonable to expect at a certain age. Are you responsible enough at 14 to make life or death decisions, either with an abortionist or a rifle? I would say in most cases, no.
    I do also agree with 8:47. If we don't think you are responsible enough to own a rifle at 18, you aren't responsible enough to be shooting "the enemy" either.
