Went from a fire fighter to Lieutenant to captain and now an acting Assistant Chief under Rick Hoppes. Jay Jester with another DUI in the fire department had to blow through a straw to start his truck. Promoted by Rick Hoppes. What role models Rick Hoppes is producing. NOT!!
