Is Jack Heath A Graduate Of UMES?

When you decide to run for County Executive and put your resume out there claiming you were a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you might want to make sure your grammatical and spelling is accurate first. What's with all the acronyms? What's with all the improper capitalization and grammar? The list goes on and on. Idiot!

Ladies & Gentlemen, this guy is simply a pawn for Mayor Jake Day and you can expect several more names to pop up before the election. Their intent is to take as many votes away from Bob Culver as possible. Why, because it's a GAME to these Good Ol' Boys / Liberals. It's not what's in your best interest, unless you are into higher taxes, gay marriage and stuff like that.

  2. Joe you're absolutely on top of these duds. As you've stated previously and in the initial paragraph the people that are chosen to lead and decide by their vote are merely pawns in a pretty corrupt city. They talk the talk but not one ever goes against the status quo to do what's right for everyone. Merely padding their wallets enabling day and his posse to do the social media success facade like so many in their age group are addicted to. Until the repercussions start effecting them on a personal level nothing will ever change. You have a bunch of sissies running this local government and a bunch of old hats that lay in the shadows waiting for the next grant or tax allotments to devour.

  5. 927 - ha, the person responsible will probably state its discretionary to review credentials. So tiny time our eastern shore has become. 21st Century and we have no electoral clue!

  6. He looks like a rodent

  7. I wouldn't vote for him just because of his close association with Jake Day. Heath's recent enthusiastic support for a $50,000 mayoral salary raise was too telling.

  8. Heath's candidacy will just be a distraction, nothing more.

  9. Please, please, please do this with the resumes of Jake's two new deputy admin hires. I implore you, Joe!! It will not disappoint!!!!

  11. We will stick with Bob Culver. He might not please everyone but who would. Bob is from a working family. He is one of us. He puts on no airs. He is who he is and does an outstanding job. He has our vote!

  15. Apparently people like Jimmy the idiot Ireton, Jack Heath and Jake Day forgot about what happened a year ago. Their ideology died in America.

Station 2 volunteers were alerted via pagers and Salisbury EMS as well to the Corner of East Church Street and Linwood Street well after this shooting for an MVC.

Acting Assistant Chief Frampton responded to the scene and said to alert outside EMS for the ambulance response to this call. Nothing else was said about the "non-existent" volunteers. Parsonsburg EMS responded to the scene for the Ambulance call.

Then when time was up for the re-alert for the Station 2 volunteers acting assistant chief Frampton said that he and the ambulance can handle the MVC. So he basically canceled the fire engine response to the MVC.

So, several things here that can be said:
    1) Proof that a fire engine isn't needed to respond to automobile MVC's.
    2) Proof that the surrounding volunteer stations can handle many of the calls in the "Salisbury Fire District," at least in the county.
    3) Acting assistant chief Rob Frampton set the Station 2 volunteers up knowing they were going to scratch and try to embarrass them in the name of job security.
    4) The assistant chief positions aren't really needed if they have time to respond to minor MVC's.
    5) IF the Salisbury Fire Department really needs manpower/positions to staff a fire engine then they can use the 4 (FOUR) paid assistant chiefs that ride around all day in a $100,000 SUV. That would give them the minimum staffing of 3 for one shift with an extra man.
    6) IF the Salisbury Fire Department really needs manpower/positions to staff a fire engine then they can use the 7 paid fire officers in the Administration wing that sits around doing nothing all day long.
    (1)- Chief Hoppes
(2)- Deputy Chief John Tull, Deputy Chief 1
(3)- Deputy Chief Darrin Scott, Deputy Chief 2
(4)- Captain Tony Webster, Training Officer
(5)- Lieutenant Chris Truitt, EMS Officer
(6)- Lieutenant Bryan Lewis, Maintenance Officer
(7)- Lieutenant Eric Cramer, Fire Marshal 1

You see that is 11(ELEVEN) paid firemen doing basically NOTHING every single day. That roughly enough manpower to staff 4 more fire crews so don't go telling the public we have to raise taxes because we need more paid firemen because we have no volunteers.

Something else the city can do is sell all of these fire department staff cars and trucks that are not needed. How many is that now, 12?

If Jack Heath was a leader he would have resolved this problem in Salisbury.

He claims to have been a volunteer fire officer in all those departments, but look what he let happen to the volunteers in Salisbury he was sworn to protect.

  18. Jack Heath and Muir Boda need more time to work on the campaign website for Heath against Culver.

I thought Muir Boda was a Republican? If he is what is he doing helping a Left Leaning "Independent" run against a current Republican??

Didn't Muir Boda take money for all his campaigns as a Republican from the Republican Party??

Someone from the current Republican Central Committee and the Wicomico Republican Party needs to investigate this and act on it or I will report it to the MDGOP and the RNC. I will also campaign against any current Republican associated with the Club and the WCC.

  19. What should concern locals more is the fact this guy got elected to any office at all! From his resume, we now know he's practically illiterate so how can he understand anything higher than a 4th grade reading level, yet people from his district voted into his current position. This should keep you all up at night. The level of voter competency is astounding.

  20. My concern is more than that Jake the fake day is willing to flat out try to conspire to totally corrupt both city and county government in order to manipulate political due process in favor of whatever off the wall agenda he can come up with. This guy is absolutely dirty as they come, and sadly I think he believes the lies he comes up with

  21. That old man is a dork looking for false leadership. Based on trends he is a fool that should retire. That resume sucks. A true leader can find and acknowledge their own errors. Idiot
