Bullsh1t. They put the price up before the delivery to pad themselves for the next one. The gas in the storage tanks hasn't changed. Gouging....plain and simple.
Cato now owns those gordy stores and they are not as competitive as before. Gordy always kept prices close to wawa but the Cato people are more willing to raise the price of gas. As a long time customer I can tell you the stores are not nearly as nice now as they were before. The employees are not as happy either and it really shows. I like the Royal Farm stores a lot and their chicken is greatly improved in recent years. Don't care for Wawa and I don't know why everyone likes them so much.
This is off subject. Every time I go in Gordys, they ask for my birth date. I'm tired of the ritual. Its none their damn business unless I am buying alcohol and I'm 70. Done with them.
Even though Trump has opened up the oil reserves which means we won't have any shortages the price gouging local stations will use any reason to jack up gas prices. Start turning all of them all into the Justice Dept because price gouging is illegal regardless of circumstance.
RF sign is broken. They are 2.53 everywhere else.
