  1. Sounds like they did a good job BUT don't understand what Wicomico County Sheriffs Office has to do with it? Can you elaborate?

  2. 8:23, Happy to. WCSO did NOT arrest or charge the SENATOR who clearly broke Federal Laws yesterday at the Salisbury Airport. Piss Poor Leadership.

  3. Perfect example! Of how leo's in MD refuse to acknowledged the Constitutional right of the People to bare arms and the right to self defense. And not just the "not so free" citizens of MD...but also anyone who happens to cross state lines unaware of the trap, the disregard, the hypocrisy of MD legislature and its thugs with badges to VOW to UPHOLD the CONSTITUTION....then violate it with pride.

    1. What "trap"? If you are carrying a gun, you BETTER know the laws and restrictions placed upon you. There is no "trap". When you receive a handgun permit, you are advised of restrictions. Failing to abide by those restrictions does not make you a "victim".

  4. This is NOT against the law in VA, nor in DEL, nor in PA. This is why we need national reciprocity. As for the senator at the airport, there are so many laws even law makers cant keep track. While I like to think Lewis done the right thing, its likely only because he caters to the "elite club" and his aspirations to be in politics soon. I have doubt that he'd done the same for a mere average ccw holder....

  6. there's a big difference between toting a stolen gun or two and carrying your own gun!

  7. Thank you O'Malley and Especially Hogan for doing nothing about the CCW process!

  8. If crazy people are running around shooting legislators and I'm a legislator with a FEDERAL right to carry you can bet your bippy I'm going to be carrying.

  9. The Delaware senator you are referencing is a ccw permit holder and the pistol in question was in a carry on bag
    Huge difference in both cases

  10. Re: Delaware senator. His permit is good in DE and states with reciprocity with DE. His permit does not get his gun on board the passenger cabin anywhere; it could be in checked baggage if unloaded and properly identified/revealed when checking in.

  12. I'm glad they have ccw in Virginia and Delaware. But until I as a citizen of Maryland have that same right, those coming from these states must follow Maryland laws and face what happens when they don't.

  13. I don't care what the court says, it is a restriction on the 2nd amendment that flies directly into the "shall not be infringed" instruction of the constitution. The founders saw firsthand what disarming can do and any restriction is just a tool for that end. Not immediate, but slowly over time. They will use fear and ignorance to make them unable to protect themselves.

  14. They got charges the same day. Will you post a retraction now?

  15. 4:51....why "get charges" later? Why not just arrest him and book him the same day as you would with EVERY OTHER CITIZEN? You had him IN CUSTODY. Now, a warrant or summons will be issued and a Deputy will have to waste time tracking him down and serving the paperwork. The crime was committed in front of the Deputy. An ON VIEW ARREST was the appropriate action. There is NO DEBATE!

  16. 1220, there is a debate. They did the same thing every other time it happened at the airport! Do you really want to take discretion away from cops? They would have to charge every time they see a crime or infraction. That is completely ridiculous. The guy obviously screwed up, but obviously had no malicious intent. Do you think that anyone in MD cares that he is a local politician from another state?

    1. No debate. It's a GUN crime. Am on view arrest is what was needed. A lot of people don't have "malicious intent" when they break the law but they get arrested. Drug dealers don't have "malicious intent". Their "intent" is to MAKE MONEY. That isn't "malicious".

    2. You're so dumb. A senator is NOT a "local politician". Educate yourself because your ignorance is showing.

    3. He is a state senator, hence a local politician. Works for the Georgetown area only. Your ignorance is showing.

  17. Lewis might be elected, but culver can restrict or change Lewis budget until Lewis gets his head out of his duffel bag. Culver needs to stand up to Lewis.

  18. You better believe if this were a middle class Black man his ass would be in jail. Lewis and his racial apes make me sick. Funny Mikey not out on the by pass stopping only Blacks in the last year. He knew the Feds were watching. Those who follow that midgets lead are just as corrupt as Mike is. Lewis is a crook.
