    What a time to happen. During Cruisin' Weekend. You have to wonder if OC really ever truly prepares for their various weekend activities and Summer Season. Their City Hall seems to be about as effective as Salisbury's Day and Judy show.

    Nearly all traffic signals were out S of the Convention Center. Route 50 bridge left lane onto Baltimore ave north closed at foot of bridge. It's a real mess for sure.

    Ocean City sounds like a roach motel right now. People get in but they can't leave.

    Sorry, WAZE can't help this mess. Nearly all their traffic signals are/were out rolling out any left turns anywhere on the Island. About all you can do is hole up in a cold bar until the heat wave clears out tonight.
