Police Step Up Patrols For Memorial Day Weekend

Maryland Natural Resources Police will be stepping up patrols as we head into the holiday weekend and the unofficial start of summer.

This is also National Safe Boating Week across the country.

Seventeen people died on waterways in Maryland last year.

There were 163 boating accidents in 2016 and more than 100 people were injured on boats last year.

  3. GOOODY! More money making for the state, the police use to be there to protect and serve. Now they collect and stalk. If they spent half the time in crime ridden areas as they do on RT.S 50, 113,13,90,413,They would have runn off some of these thugs running around the shore.

  7. Some of you on here know what window weights are. NRP comes by my property numerous times to check for crab pot violations. It is entertaining to watch them pull floats up only to find window weights. I have a waterfront home with close to 10 acres. The liberal tree huggers have no problem kayaking under my dock and along my 300' bulk headed waterfront. I ask them for their home address so I can drive around in their front yard. They never want to say where they live. The NRP say that they are allowed to do that. I did some research and I am allowed to shoot skeet from my yard and dock. Checkmate!

    Head of Cheerleaders.

You AGREE that ARMED AGENTS of the government should be able to stop, interrupt, question, search, and inspect ANYONE at anytime, for any reason (even NO reason). Resist and die (their words, not mine)
We fought a damn revolution to put an end to that BS.
    And YOU cheer them on????
Polish that swastika! It will come in handy soon.
