If I had it to do over, I wouldn't do it.
ReplyDeleteOur first was born in Maine when I was stationed there in the Navy. We were miles from home and my wife and I were all alone. My wife was 20 years old and was in labor for over 20 hours before the doctor decided to deliver using Caesarean section. In the mean time we had a huge snow storm and I walked to the hospital some three miles away. Of the most memorable times of our lives and we loved it as we love our children.
ReplyDeleteWhen this was me one was throwing up in the toilet the other the sink at the same time. It only lasted for a few weeks for him.
