What breed of dog is this? A lady was looking for her dog in Ocean City around noon today. Female... she told me the breed but I forgot. If anyone knows it may ring a bell.

She looks to be a terrier ...between 10 -15 pounds....she is very sweet...hope we can find her owner!!!

The lady looking for her dog in OC said she was "25 pounds" and her name was "Lucy".
