  2. Maybe we can try to be more accurate?

    1. Ped killed by OCPD in unmarked crosswalk. Assuming he even knew he was in a crosswalk, he did this against the walk signal.
    2. OCPD rear ends school bus on RT50 near Rt90. Bus driver knew what he/she was doing because it's a law focused on bus drivers.
    3. Reckless Crotch rocket operator gets challenged by visiting law enforcement official who reacts by trying to escape. Operator dies. Official states that they didn't chase him (challenge? Chase? Challenge?)/.Video was on youtube but it disappeared. Why and how so quickly?

A visiting cop is not an authorized cop. There authority stops once they leave their jurisdiction. If everyone agrees, great. We can then concentrate on who should be doing what. You see, Maryland has TOO many cops (organizations) as compared to other states such as DE and that leads to turf and responsibility wars. It can also lead to unnecessary loss of life.

The article is about a person falling off a balcony, not a forum to rant about LE. By the way, you are wrong about their authority. They have MOU's.

  4. Once again, folks are trying to shift the responsibility for stupid acts away from the individual and onto someone or something else. The only person responsible for the these deaths is person who is now dead.
