    It's the public street between athletic fields of Salisbury University...there is no warning before you turn down that street advising you the road is closed...

    It's been that way for months. This is not breaking news. There is new stadium grandstands/locker rooms being constructed there. That entails heavy equipment being operated like cranes and earth movers. Would you rather have the street open and have a student or pedestrian get injured or killed in an accident? SMH.
