    Does anyone else think this 'state of emergency' is a little premature ATM? I understand the news saturation to alert the population but., state of emergency?
    The law changes A LOT during a declared state of emergency. It unleashes enormous power to a legislature and executive branch not to mention LE. This is monumentally unnecessary for the moment and I see it as yet another 'training session' for the mass of lemmings being hearded.
