I can see people on their roofs now. "Watching"???? WTF. What is Berlin going to do about it anyway. Tell everyone to stay out of town. Berlin wouldn't have anything to worry about in a CAT 3 storm but loss of electricity and a few trees down. Damn, stop acting like this is Armaggedon, folks. Its a frigging rain storm with some wind.
