Martin O'Malley Renews His Calls for Tighter Federal Gun Laws

Democratic presidential candidate Martin O'Malley called for universal background checks on gun purchases and a national age requirement for handgun possession as part of a gun control proposal announced on Monday afternoon.

During a roundtable discussion in New York City, O'Malley called gun violence in this country an "epidemic" and a "sickness."

"What we need in order to save lives is not words, but actions," O'Malley said at the Boys & Girls Harbor Inc. in the East Harlem neighborhood.

  2. Which gun "control" law has ever stopped a crime?

    None.

What cities and counties that allow open and concealed carry to all citizens have the lowest crime rate?

    ALL of them.

    Keep blabbering, Marty.

  13. Even the democrats don't take him seriously. His name isn't even mentioned in the MSM. He is like a third party candidate at best. When Brown lost the election, O'Malley should have realized that people were sick and tired of his Obama supporting agenda. Go get a real job O'Malley where you can't ruin other peoples lives.
