If their pay goes up I can promise you there will be some Salisbury City officers leaving for Delmar. Ivan is the best thing to ever happen to Salisbury. Not leaving him at Chief changed the city completely. Nobody likes Duncan.

DeleteClean house! Rid of the worthless cops in Delmar! The waste of these officers and take home cars that get used for everyday use and a family shuttle. The small armory and motor pool of military equipment has to go! And more active patrols instead of responses!

ReplyDeleteAwesome news and one who really has earned it. I wanted him for SPD Chief I know what our dept thinks of him and how badly they wanted him for chief. When we had our neighborhood meetings totally impressed, he is someone to admire. Congratulations.

ReplyDeleteI respect both Duncan and Barkley. Campbell and Cohen were ready to support Barkley, but Ireton wanted his Democratic croney (he's a good guy, but...) Ireton never put Barkley forward.
ReplyDeleteBoth Barkley and Duncan showed class working together. She fought to get him a real #2 position, a promotion.
