On January 13, 2014 at approximately 8:17a.m. a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy was in the area of U.S. Route 113 south bound and Shiloh Farms Road, in Berlin Md., and stopped a vehicle for following too close and an unsafe lance change.

Deputies searched the vehicle and located a clear plastic bag with three individual baggies of suspected marijuana, in a suitcase in the trunk. The right front seat passenger Troy Andre Michael Hazell 41 of Virginia, stated that the suitcase was his and the suspected marijuana inside of the suitcase was his. Mr. Hazell was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana.

  11. Not raw weed unless you are some kinda super Trooper lol. They must have been smoking. Now that you can smell fifty feet away. I did hear Mike Lewis can smell a seed at two hundred feet under three feet of sand and wrapped in bacon. The guy really is that good.
