The Delaware State Police have arrested a 77-year-old Bridgeville man Nov. 2 after a traffic stop leads to his 11th DUI.
A Delaware State trooper was driving southbound at about 6:40 p.m. on Coverdale Road just north of Hastings Farm Road when he saw a truck speeding, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.
The truck was in the southbound lane and swerved into the northbound lane several times, Fournier said.

Ok so how many times do you think he was not caught?
ReplyDeleteOnly eleven! I think he's going for a twelve pack.
ReplyDeleteGreat question 6:32.Most likely hundreds if not thousands of times.
ReplyDeleteThere is a guy named marty cane in salisbury who has 11 DWIs. Why is this allowed judges.
ReplyDeleteNo prosecutor ever thought to charge him as a habitual offender, and put him away for years?
ReplyDeletewake up, Pops.
ReplyDeleteMy DUI law proposal:
ReplyDeleteFirst offense: $500 fine, ignition interlock, probation for 3 years (pretty much the same as it is now).
Second offense: 5 years in prison, no parole
Third offense: Life in prison. No parole. Three strikes and you're out.
Sure would make the roads safer.
Safer and a lot less occupied
ReplyDeleteYeah, get him back out there!!! The stuff that gets swept under the rug around here baffles me. He's not even the worse. The worst offenders get off with a warning because of who they know.
