Poor girl. But the first question that comes to mind is "what in the hell is Homeland Security doing in the catch a kidnapper game"? Are they supposed to be looking for sellers of counterfeit handbags? Kidnapping was previously the domain of the FBI. It SHOULD scare the heck out of regular Americans that our governments database is so large and technically advanced that they can take a blurred road sign in a country this large and tell you where it is...."should" being the correct verb here...
